Nineteen800 has made living in a new area in the middle of a pandemic feel better than what I would have thought possible. The community is friendly and the amenities are nice but I cant stress enough that the biggest wow factor is the people. Whether they work or live here everyone is amazing and caring.I do like not having to drive much thanks to the local food market/Japanese grocery store/target. Many things close by enough that you can walk to them. You he courtyard is pretty great too. Aces all around really.

I really enjoyed the life my family lived at Nineteen800 and it all started with my first phone interaction. The building is wonderful and has such a diverse group of residents. Singles, families, young and old, not to mention cute dogs. Before Covid 19 I felt like the apartment complex was full of life. Children enjoying their afternoons playing in the safety of the courtyard and people exercising and just enjoying a little time outside. I spent many nights looking at the stars from the courtyard and my balcony and it felt peaceful. There are minor things that can be overlooked like hearing the neighbors from upstairs running across the floor, because the quality of life for my family was worth the sporadic noise. The location is great and walking distance to a diverse range of restaurants and grocery stores. Feeds into nice schools. When not during times of pandemic, good community events that are beautiful and excellently planned. During the pandemic she planned some really fun classes for all of the residents to express themselves artistically (painting, sculpting, origami) and also physically (Online gym membership). The maintenance staff and house keeping are quick, courteous and are nice people. The office staff is always helpful. The security staff helped my children feel safe and you will see them frequently. Luxor was kind of bad but that wasnt the buildings fault. It depended on the delivery service and I could forgive that seeing the drastic influx of online deliveries over the last few months. The last thing I will say is that the good neighbors within the complex make it a great neighborhood.

Good apartment, but expensive rental. Sometimes having good promotion price for new comers, but allowing no bargain to those who have been lived here for years when they are renewing contract, even just on the same time with price promotion, which is really unfair. Lots of people love this place but need to leave because of their pricing policy....Maybe they will learn how to treat current recident when more and more tech companies adopt permanent WFH and people no longer choose this apartment.....

For a while Ive lived here and its in a really convenient area as it is close to my practice, and the prices are very competitive. However, and Im not one to typically complain, I have an issue with some of the staff. The other day, while having dinner with my wife, a conversation about the apartment staff was discussed after talking about the constant issue with the fire alarm system--which needs to be addressed, but thats not why Im here. A few months ago I passed one of their young maintenance men, Brian I think is his name, and he smelled of someone that had recently been drinking alcohol, it was on himself like a strong perfume. I let that go as I didnt want to hassle the staff, and gave the young man the benefit of the doubt, telling myself, he may have had a long night. That being said, during this dinner conversation with my wife, she mentioned that she smelled a strong alcohol scent on a young maintenance man performing upkeep on a light fixture. I dont like to complain, and I certainly know what its like to have a long night out, but this has been starting to concern me as this young man may have a problem. I dont know the extent of his problem, but it makes me uncomfortable, especially considering my wife of 13 years this August is often home alone.*Edit 2/20/2019, 7:45pm: After speaking with another resident about the issue, they told me the young mans name is Ryan, not Brian. And this particular resident has issues with the staff as well. The reason I am posting this for the public instead of with them directly is so they will be more inclined and pressured to look into this issue. In the past it seems like issues brought to them personally are taken less seriously.

Been living here for two months. So far my family is happy with this apartment. Especially my kids love the huge gated playground in the 2nd floor. Every evening they cant wait the play time with their friends.

Good food, with a nice variety of plates.First time I visited a rotation sushi place and I liked the model. Food arrives fast and the waitresses were nice and efficient. I guess I was expecting fancier options for the price that was charged, hance the 4 stars.

This place should be sued for fire alarm issues they are unable to resolve all these years. Ruining hundreds of peoples quality of life while raising rent is unexcusable.

Touch screen sushi and rapid automated delivery. Jetsons. So cool, and the product is top notch.

Watch your wallet on move out. We left a spotless place and they kept most of the security deposit. The front office personnel changed frequently. Paper thin ceilings (if your upstairs neighbor goes to the fridge, you hear it).

Great covered parking spaces especially for summer! They have only a few restaurants here so foodies may not like this place. It is right next to Cupertino new downtown.

I went in there and was told there was more then an hour wait to get my car. There were also several other people ahead me who had been waiting much longer. However the man at the counter was very kind and honest and let me cancel my rental for not extra fees.

Management needs to stop all the fire drills/fire alarm tests. Theres pretty much an hour long fire alarm test every single month as well as false (or tests?) alarms during nights 10PM and even 2AM. With the latest false alarm, I see most residents now staying in their unit and not running out and that is really bad.People with small children & pets should avoid this community completely.

Constant false alarm issues over the years that will literally destroy your eardrums. Overpriced and average amenities. Were done, not renewing the lease bye!

I dont like this place. My daughter loves the conveyor belts that carry the food around so we come here when she really insists. There is much better and fresher sushi in many other places. It feels like the place is set up to increase the efficiency - very few servers, sign up for a table on a tablet etc. What was really annoying was that when we walked around we got a text message to come back and wait and then had to wait for another 15 mins or so (you provide a phone no on the iPad when you arrive). There is always a long line and you need to wait (which means a lot of people like the place) so take that into account. The concept itself is nice - food going around and you just grab want you like or order extras on a tablet on the table. Its fast and lets you order more as you go.

Been here for almost 4 years and ready to move solely due to lazy and poorly run management. My neighbors feels a similar sentiment. They will lie and misdirect you any time you need assistance or have a valid complaint. Worse is the botched alarm system. Residents have been complaining about it for years but they keep making excuses and do nothing to fix it. When these go off for no reason, it is so loud that it is unbearable. Anyone with children be very careful when choosing to rent from here.

I really love the sushi place. Its awesome that sushi comes minutes after you order it via a touchscreen. Dont spend the 15 plates to get the prize because you might just get a sticker. The top prize is a sushi eraser.

There are several restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops in this place. We usually can find parking spot at 1st floor of the building. The entrance to parking is not so obviously from street. It is on vallco parkway. Though technically the building is on the same block as Main Street of Cupertino, it feels differently. We usually go to kura revolving sushi bar, and very often have to wait outside on side walk of vallco parkway. Some stores came and gone, like a sweet shop for ice cream with smoke (dry ice) becomes Sweet Moment now.At the side of the building, there are several charging stations for electric vehicles. It is a multiple story building with retail, restaurants at the bottom and residential on the top.The nice part of the parking there is mostly indoor. There are some spots outdoor as well.

The management is terrible!!!! They will make you wait and wait and come and stand while they sell there apartmentsDont expect any response from them. Also they openly agree about miscommunication between their members and dont take responsibility. I went there 5 times and then when finally I lost it they told me it was all miscommunication in their team!!!!! They have no sense of responsibility .. After walking to the leasing office 5 times and having my request logged in.. I was told firstly I could not touch the log to show my complaints and requests.. So beware.. keep your own log if you trying to show how many efforts it took you to get a simple answer. Secondly, they will push you to the limits and then expect you to be all happy and nice. No customer service period!!! If you paying 4000 dollars for this might as well go across the street!!

This 6-story high apartment erected in 2014 is tailored for city people. It consists of 4 sides buildings to form a rectangle park in the center on 2nd story with a mini playground for young kids. Access to each floor is strictly by residential key only and CCTV cameras are installed so as to ensure high level of security. It is also equipped with the standard amenities for a modern apartment, gym, business center, community room and theater except for swimming pool. Restaurants, bars, AMC, ice rink and offices are within minutes of walk. The underground carpark is for residents, and the ground carpark is for businesses. The rooms are very spacious and appliances are brand new. Home schools score 10 points online. The only downside is the high rental and noise at night. Again this apartment is more suitable for people pursuing city life..
