Not sure, why only 3-4 years old review are online. Its a good community of people but for the dark apartment rent is high. also we have come across most apartment homes have sewage problem.. every now and then toilet overflows. We know 5-6 families and each of them had the problem at least once within a years span..office manager is good and responsive but the property is old and doesnt command much rent. It has good place for kids to play in the evening but mind you it can get noisy if your apt is near the playground..

Very bad management. There has been no one work in the office for more than a year. The office always closed. The swimming pool and gym are not open for use. Insufficient parking spaces. Another car must be parked outside on the street, often receive a ticket or broken the car window. The indoor space does not match the number of square feet mentioned on the Internet. You must be cautious and cautious. None of the neighbors who moved out got their deposit $700 back. They will not refund your deposit for many unbelievable reasons.

Dark dungeon apartments.. with lack of light and no cross ventilation, apartment units are pretty suffocating and dark specially during winter season. Not a recommended apartment for the price ..

Let me tell you about my time in Siena Apartments:1. Every issue that I had got resolved, swiftly. The apartment maintenance manager, Oscar, is very biased for action and resolved every problem that we had very quickly and without hesitation.2. Neighbors are quiet, respectful, kind. I never had any complaints about indoor/outdoor behavior.3. Personal parking space is spacious, public parking space is always available for 2nd car.4. Location is key: right on the 85, easy connection to everything.5. When I had to finish my lease, our landlord Mike was super supportive and helpful. When you rent an apartment, its crucial that your property management will be supportive and fair.Sienas management is *exactly* that, and this is why Im recommending them.

My family and I have lived here for many years and we feel very lucky to have found Siena. Since weve moved in we have created so many fond memories inside our apartment, and with our community I cant ever imagine moving. I appreciate how hard Oscar our maintenance man works, and how friendly the office staff is whenever I go in with a problem. They work very hard to make us comfortable, and bring us together yearly for parties and celebrations. Siena staff has always accommodated us and have gone above and beyond the call of duty. We moved from out of state, and not being able to see the apartment before making a decision made me very apprehensive. Lily went out of her way to help me feel comfortable and confident about leasing. When I arrived my apartment was everything she had promised and more. Siena is definitely a well kept community, and raises the standard in customer service. :D

Place is old with two huge issues:1. Before you move in they tell you that you have two parking spots, one assigned and one unassigned. Reality is that your unassigned spot is also given to 5 other people like you, so unless you are coming home before 3pm on a work day and dont leave for any reason - forget about it. And street parking costs you $70 two times a month due to street cleaning.2. You are not getting your security deposit back under any circumstances. After the fact if you ask, they might tell you that its company policy. They charge you for cleaning apartment no matter how much you cleaned when moving out. And they use rates higher than the maximum rate prescribed in contract clause that should have applied in case if you would have left it dirty.

Siena is a great place to live. Both management and maintenance are responsive and resolve issues in a timely manner. The grounds are kept well and clean, as are the fitness area, business center, laundry room and swimming pool. Throughout the year, management hosts various events and parties that bring the whole community together. This is definitely one of, if not, the top spots in Cupertino to live!

I have been living in Siena for almost 10 months now and it has been a very pleasant stay. The entire management team: Pary, Lily & Oscar are wonderful. They try to accomodate all due needs. Overall a great community to live in.

We love this apartment complex. It feels more homey than than the prior apartment complex we came from. The tenants are friendlier and the staff is awesome. Our maintenance requests are resolved very quickly. They have hosted numerous apartment sponsored events i.e. back to school or diwali which where a lot of fun.

The owner sold this apartment to Prodesse Property Group 7-8 months ago, I lived in the apartment about year and a half. after moved out a few week, I received bills, cleaning and painting for $500, carpet cleaning $100. If you want to move into this apartment, Please think again, or prepare your cost after moved out. Also the free parking is so small, set up for compact car, most people have standard cars or bigger, my cars got many dents and scratches from other people tried to open the door to get in and out. Last thing, The district manager, i dont remember his name, short and fat guy, he was very rude to me. not a professional. Manager is always right. Renter is always wrong. Think again if you want to move in to this apartment.

I lived in Siena for one year. There are many pros and just couple cons in my opinion.Pros first: Nice location, good schools, park nearby, good management team, very clean territory, its also a safe place (we had our new bikes on pretty low ground floor balcony, also many times forgot to close cars). We never have had any issues with repair service, if we had any problem it was fixed in one day. My kids loved parties that were organized by Siena, like Easter eggs hunting and back to school party.Cons: A lot of unsupervised kids, they ride bikes and scooters and make a lot of noise. Very small gym, only 3 machines sometimes you have to wait 30 min to do a work out. Problems with parking space if you have more then one car.

This is amazing community. I have spent great 2+ yrs here. Play area is helpful when you have kids.Pari (Manager) and Escar (Maintenance) are amazing, always helpful and attentive to the problem. When a issue is reported to Pari, consider it solved. However, we had bad experience with Lilly. She is rude and she is not prompt in handling issues. Once problem was reported for my garbage disposal, for a week no one appeared. Then i contacted the office again. I got to talk Lilly again. Same results this time too. I visited the office and talked to Pari without even letting her know that i reported it two times already. We got the garbage disposal fixed that evening. Somehow, It seems that Lilly doesnt enjoy the work she is doing and she is there to create trouble for people than helping them. That being said, we enjoyed all other things in the community. We would recommend the community to anybody.-Shyam
