Ryan is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He always makes sure I’m taken care of when I go there! He’s very professional and always has a great attitude.. I even get a good laugh or two when I’m there. The guys that do the repairs get the job done and really put my mind at ease. I’m a single mother and there’s nothing like knowing that you are getting the quality of customer service that you deserve, for the money that you spend! Thank you guys for everything!

Had Dodge repaired costly, Before got home engine light on. Repair they did was over priced. Did not repair car. I dont give second chances screw it up once will screw it up again.

I really dont know I may have given someone else their review, if it was the air conditioning place... As it turned out I didnt need a compressor. Regardless these people were cordial - my regular milk can it was able to take care of the problem, it just took more time they had to order a part. Not a big deal.please note if you are concerned about people wearing masks these people do not nor do their customers.

We paid $600 for a special ordered Kia automotive A/C compressor. A few days later my wife change her mind and adked for a refund. %15 restocking fee is normal for most places. They just told me it is a 20% restocking fee, instead we ended up with a 31% restocking fee. We were warned about this restocking fee on the same day we put up the deposit. I believe their restocking fee is excessive. I know you are in the business to make a profit but 31% is excessive.

They go above and beyond to find out the issue and to fix it, Im very pleased with this place. Customer service very friendly and would help to resolve issue .

Beware!! Could care less about their warranty, I should not have to bring my truck back (1hr 15 min drive) to do work that should have been done right the first time. I had to pay again to have someone do it correctly. I was a very simple task of tightening my suspension components from a lift that was recently installed. Really don’t think they knew what they were doing, as they stated they did. Please ignore the lies they have placed below.

About a month ago I was traveling super far from home and my car broke down. These guys were able to quickly get my car back up and running at the end of the day, even getting my part I needed ordered super quick. Awesome service, 100% military friendly, and great people in general!

Both my wife and I have taken our vehicles to CARS for years because everyone here does such a great job. The staff is helpful and personable, and the guys here (shout-out to Ryan especially) always remember us and take excellent care of our vehicles.Frankly I am often impressed by the work they can do; I had been told by other mechanics before that the same repairs/improvements were either impossible or would just cost a ridiculous sum of money. CARS on the other hand has basically worked miracles keeping my aging, half-dead vehicle going for as long as possible, without charging exorbitant prices. Indeed, the prices here are fair, honest, and up front.I strongly recommend CARS; its worthwhile forging a good, long-lasting connection with the folks here because they will definitely treat you like a valued and important customer.

I sent my daughter to Covington Auto Repair with her car, as her check engine light came on and she was experiencing loss of power. The guys checked it out and told her to call Hyundai with her VIN # (they even gave her the vin number) to check and see if the issue was covered under warranty.Come to find out, it WAS covered under warranty and didnt cost us anything to get fixed. These guys are awesome!! Its so nice to find a business who is honest!! They could have easily just not said anything and did the work, but they were great about this! I will definitely be taking our cars back there!!! 😊😊

Have been using this shop for years now for one main reason,They are Honest !!!We drive a 1999 Chevy & a 2002 Nissan both need maintenance.I cannot tell you how many times Ive taken cars to other shops before CARS, and discovered they were just trying to scam me by diagnosing non existent problems and charging a bunch of money. This will Not happen at CARS. They use updated technology and good old experience to diagnose & fix my car right. The prices are fair. 2 or 3 times, they diagnosed that the car really didnt need anything, except a wire was loose, a connection was dirty, or it WA just too many miles. They never up-sell but offer advice on what a new repair would do. They have even advised me Not to get something fixed because, it could cause major problems. I like knowing that Ill get the truth about our vehicles. I trust them

CARs provided excellent service at an affordable price! In fact, they were able to complete the service for lower than the price they quoted. From my experience, they are very honest, thorough, and have great customer service. Although I am from North Carolina, I will definitely use CARs again if I need automotive work in the greater Atlanta area.

Took my car in for an oil change and got it back leaking, took it back to them and one of the techs took me to the back and showed me where he believed the leak may be coming from (Thermostat) But that he would need to keep it and run test to be sure and that it would cost me 80 dollars just to run test. Funny thing is my thermostat was just fine the day before I took it up there. But it started leaking the very exact minute I left C.A.R.S. I told the guy no thanks took it to another shop had them check it and the tech told me it looked as if someone had purposely loosened the thermostat. The other place fixed the problem C.A.R.S created for little to nothing. I will never use this company again because I feel they were dishonest and trying to get money out of me.

I can’t even say I had the same problem after I got my car serviced because they actually made my car worse. I have more problems now with my car then I have ever had. All of my lights that I took it in for are all still on plus my car runs very loud and slows up when driving it; never ever had these problems before. I am out $1200 with the same problem and more added!!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to take their car to them. Decent personality with terrible workmanship!!!! Absolutely terrible!
