Pre-maintenance is a must, and I wouldnt trust anyone else to do my vehicle its justice. Great customer service. I did a overnight drop off of my car on a Sunday. Monday morning I received a call letting me know what the issues where concerning my air condition. I was also informed about the electrical issues concerning my back right tail light. The parts where ordered Monday and my car was ready for pick up Tuesday afternoon. Great work. They worked on my car in a timely manor and I honestly feel like they gave me a fair price on what they did. Had great service. Julie, the lovely lady that answers the phone at the front desk, is not just a pretty face but is also very knowledgeable of cars. Which makes discussing my vehicle concerns with her a lot easier.Last but not least, comes Jay. He’s the best Certified Honda Specialist in the area. With him, you pay for dealer work, dealer parts, without the dealer price. The way it works is; Julie relays the customer concerns to Jay; then Jay executes the plan.If you’re lucky enough to actually see Jay and/or talk to him (being that he’s always busy) you will see that he’s a down to earth, honest with your car, professional guy! Great, No Pressure Advice! My car didnt start this morning after dropping my son off to school. I Uberd home and started looking online for local places that could help me. I saw positive reviews on Google for Brown Bridge Auto Specialist. I called and described my problem to Jay who gave me some very good advice and alternatives to consider (my car may still be under warranty), as well as a realistic cost estimate if I were to use them. Even though I havent brought my car in, I feel like Ive already received great service. If it turns out I do need a mechanic, I will be choosing Brown Bridge Auto Specialists!

I recently got a quota from another place that wanted to charge me a arm and a leg. so i decided to bring me vehicle over here to see how much they would charge me and it was half the price of what the original place wanted to charge me. The guys at Automotive Specialists are top notch, very knowledgeable about almost any vehicle. I trust them with anything from oil changes to engine work to parts of any kind. Ive used them for brakes, oil changes, routine maintenance, alternator, tires, etc... Id rather pay them to work on my car than the big name dealerships or auto places.

Could not have ask for a better experience!!! Jay is a top notch mechanic and who will be doing my automotive work from now on. I had to have my Acura MDX Towed to shop because of my mistake. Jay found several problems going on with the engine. He called me to discus what he had found and the price to repair. Very detailed and honest. would rate more stars if able!!!

After having the AC fixed in my Honda Accord, i noted that it was not cooling at ideal. We had just had it in the week before to have the AC compressor replaced. I can tell you, I was not happy about the having to replace the compressor especially after just having it in the shop for AC work. The Team at Brown bridge got us in the same day and had it fixed in no time. It needed a new fan motor. Since this was the 3rd time we had it in for basically a problem with the same system, they were nice enough to not charge us any labor to install the fan. They also ran the codes for me and was able to let me know that we had an O2 sensor that was back. Thank to the team there.

I got a battery from Kauffman Tire two years ago it had a six year FREE replacement so I took my truck back to check out the battery and it was not doing to good so the manager told me that the battery will be Free but it will cost me $36.00 to install it I told him for $36.00 hell I can install my own battery so he told he will do it for $10.00 so I said OK after installing the battery the truck was still hard to start so he told me that I needed a starter I ask how much would that cost he told me $389.00 which include labor so I went to AUTOMOTIVE SPECIALISTS ON BROWN BRIDGE ROAD IN COVINGTON GA.When I walked in I was greeted BY CALEY the service mgr. He was very polite and courteous he gave a price of $199.99 with a year warranty I will go to AUTOMOTIVE SPECIALISTS for all my auto needs 1. Courteous service 2. Great price 3. close to home
