Literally made buying a used car super easy. I went to a few other dealerships and there were no cars even close to my price range. One dealership actually recommended that I go to trust capital. I went and fell in love with the first car I drove. It had some minor issues and they fixed it up without charging anything extra. Most likely gonna buy my next car from them.

If your looking to buy a car shop else where I bought a car from here and the engine went in the first month I contacted them and they basically said aint nothing they can do. BEWARE OWNER IS A SCAMMER!!

Customer service was ok. Add said cold ac . Was told after test drive and ac did NOT work just needed a charge. After scheduling a charge for TWO weeks out first available. Needles to say I drive all day for work . So this morning I go to charge it. Its full, so now Im in for a few hundre for a new compressor if thats whats wrong. I ALREADY WENT TO HAVE IT CHARGED ITS FULL AND STILL NOT WORKING.....on top of that my drive out tags were good till 8/28 ...I called for 2 weeks before that date and kept getting told all was good. then the 26 the day I went to pick it up no tag!!!! So I call back and the lady said o I read it wrong and put 2003 and it is a 2009 wow!! Needles to say my tag wasnt ready until yesterday and all I was told was sorry!!!!! Wow I will never shop nor recomend this place to anyone. And the last slap in the face is that I have already put more money into the engine than the car even cost ... what a scam!!!!

Since purchasing my car 1 week ago I have had a check engine light turn on for 2 02 censors they changed for free I purchased parts, transmission control unit, thermostat, low voltage. Ive had to buy a new battery I have had to have the tire adjusted because it was banging they tried to fix for free but is still banging, I have had a tire go flat Ive had the bumper wind guard rip off at highway speeds and left me stuck on side of highway due to string and zip tie attachments. I had to have a break line replaced for 178$ bc in 2 days of driving it they said I somehow broke a break line. Ive spent hours waiting in there shop and days waiting on my car. . Owner did discount 500 off asking price but Im already 600 plus in. Sales guy was friendly though. Im inclined to rate lowly due to the extra bs but now car seems to be running like a champ

$20.00 oil change which is a deal was not explained fully about they use a blend of synthetic oil and if you want full synthetic oil it costs $20.00 more, still a good deal. I bought tires advertised by Aaron on Facebook. He told me I couldnt take my old tires but then charged me disposal to dispose of my tires I wanted to keep. Once the new tires were installed I drive my truck a mile down the road and it vibrates. Once I stop i realize they didnt balance all 4 tires. I never had a tire shop install a new tire without balancing them. When I call about it he wants me go to another shop and says he didnt the guys didnt tell him. I would have preferred him just be straight forward with me from the beginning even if balancing was extra, communicating that would have made it clear. I drove over 50 miles to this place.

I highly recommend them! They not only fixed my car, helped me get it towed and didnt rob me even when they found out I was in a bind. These guys truly are exceptional. Will definitely get my business again!!

They lied about putting a new engine in there the manager had a attitude everytime I took the car back to them trying to explain this car keep giving me problems .. Trust capital has helped me get the car of my dreams that I could not find anywhere else at a price that I could not refuse.. The owner Aaron allowed me to take the Hell Cat on a test drive and I fell in love with it right away. I took the car to a Dodge dealership in Morrow to make sure I was not duped out of my money. It was just to good of a deal he gave me for it to be true. Comes to find out the car I bought was in A1 condition and they even tried to buy the car from me. I’m not at all pleased with Trust Capital Automotive, I totally was ripped off at this establishment. I seen them on Facebook market selling parts to cars. There was a car they had with the same make in model but not year , I ask the manager/Owner Aaron Lane if he knew if the car was compatible with mine before purchasing because if there not I DONT want it.He assure me it was in said he looked it up himselfWhen I arrived he insisted the car was compatible he EVEN HAD His mechanic come to reassure me it was compatible in that it would work !!!! NOT only did it not work !!! But I bought a fender that wasn’t even compatible door handles that look like were glued a head light that’s not compatible.. I told him later that day that these items were not matching up correctly he told me that he can see about about other items I might be interested in to switch out .. long story short he didn’t say anything to me back after that not followed up or anything . I went there to only be able to switch out the wrong headlight for donut not even a tire or a rim ... I definitely don’t have extra money to give out...

Trust capital has really great customer service. I didn’t feel rushed when I was undecided about a purchasing. To this day I still get my car topped off with all my fluids From them. Im not one give bad reviews. My hubby bought a Buick from them in April. It had a few faughts, but like all cars your goin have that. Staff was pleaseant and helpful. They jumped to our every need. I just hate they were no longer in the McDonough area. But cant complain. Covington was just 30 mins away. I if ever get the funds available goin to be back and purchase either another family ride or truck for the hubs. They have decent prices and works with your budget. I recommend trust capital.

I purchased a 2000 lexus es 300 from Trust Capital in April. The bottom of the car is so rusty that noone wants to touch it. I took it back to them for some work and needless to say they just took money from me. Found out today that it will cost over $2000 to fix the problem. I feel they took advantage of me and now Im out of about $3500+ including purchase and trying to fix.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!! I purchased a vehicle and a warranty from these con artists and they kept the warranty money and the vehicle broke down shortly after purchase. They gave me the run around like thieves do and now theyre are filing bankruptcy. Only trust is in the name. No integrity.

I bought a vehicle from this place a week ago. Two days after having it it broke down which they did fix that then one day after I picked up my vehicle from them The check engine light came back on with several different codes and the transmission is going out as well. This company is a joke and I would never recommend anyone buying a vehicle from them. When I bought the vehicle the guy told me what an honest person the owner was and he would make things right if a serious problem occurred within the first few weeks. Now the owner is saying that I took that chance when I bought a used vehicle from him and he is not willing to fix anything without charging me. I am a single mother with four kids and this was all the money I had for a vehicle and now I have nothing. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I’m speaking with a lawyer about this issue. These people are crooks and need to be stopped.Do not do business with these people.
