We were getting ready to sell our house. We had scheduled photos to be taken in a week. However, that all changed overnight when we had a water leak and caused several rooms in the carpeted basement to get seriously wet. I called the ServPro office in Covington KY and Im thrilled I did! The motto of ServPro is Higher Standard but experts from the Covington office-Jason and Jeff are clearly THE HIGHEST STANDARD. These two people did an AMAZING JOB. 1. Showed up quickly 2. Assessed the situation 3. Went above and beyond on little details. 4. Display an incredible work ethic not often seen these days. 4 days later we are ready to have photos taken.I know who I will ABSOLUTELY call for any future mitigation needs I have.
