Called on Friday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out on Saturday (between 9 and 11). They didn’t show up for the appointment. I called the number provided in my schedule confirmation and had them message the on call person, asking they call about the service appointment. Never heard back from them. I used Aire Serv in Covington to install a new hvac system a few years ago. The customer service was great. My understanding is the Covington business is now under new ownership?

I was contacted an hour after leaving a message about my broken blower motor. William showed up shortly after and diagnosed the problem. He arrived the next day with the replacement part and had the AC blowing in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable! Wouldnt hesitate to call them again!

I am still waiting for a call back for a part to be ordered to repair my AC. Only the upstairs is currently being cooled. I will not be utilizing these folks anymore. I’m assuming they do not need my business. Oh well...

I contacted Air Serv to perform several projects needed to sell my home. I would not hesitate to hire this company again for any future projects. The technicians were professional and very good at there jobs. Thanks again Air Serv for a job well done.

Really great service. Response time is excellent. They email a photo of the technician, so you know who will be at your door. They show up when they say they will. Courteous, friendly, competent.

Great company with great employees. My HVAC was dying in July 2018 and I called Aire Serv. I had a new system in two days and have no complaints at all. Courteous, punctual and excellent at their jobs. I recommend this company to everyone I can!

Would give negative star if that were an option....My ac stopped working and I called to schedule an appointment. I was so happy when i was told they had an on-call tech who would be on the way. Same day services, wow! Well....Waited all afternoon-evening for the on call technician to come and no one showed up or call to say they were not coming. AC still not fixed. :(

Mr. Jackson is amazing. Very professional, friendly, patient and courteous. He took the time to explain the process and options. The gentlemen that came to the house are equally amazing. I am extremely pleased with Aire Serv from beginning to end and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them
