We had to call Coit for an emergency cleaning, and Chris was beyond helpful, extremely friendly, and reassured us that his crew would get our issue taken care of. They came and took my rug and they brought it back after a couple weeks it smelled the same the stains were still there including coffee stains which I expected to come out I contacted them a woman called me when I was shopping and I told her I couldn’t talk then I had my two children with me and my hands full and she said a manager would call me back no one ever did I don’t believe they cleaned my rug. Will not use this company again

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with COIT. I recently purchased a building and in doing upgrades, did not have the budget to re-do the floors in the breakroom. The floors had been neglected for some time (years), and were not only dirty, but dull and stained. They just looked really old. I dont know how they did it, but the team at COIT was able to make these floors look new again. I could not believe how beautiful and shiny they turned out. It completely changed the look and the feel of the space, so much so that weve decided to keep the floors as is, and not re-do them in the near future. I would absolutely use COIT again, and highly recommend them.

Service was fine but customer service is not part of their business. I was mischarged on my credit card. Fee should have bee $368 for duct cleaning. To my surprise this morning, I had a $504.50 pending charge on my charge. I promptly called Coit, they recognized the error, and proceeded to add the correct amount due to my charge, but failed to remove the incorrect $504 charge. That, I am told will take 2-3 days. So, my charge now has $872 on it. Manager and customer service says their sorry but can’t do anything about it. This is not acceptable in my book. Sorry-I can’t recommend this company for anything. They need to take responsibility and fix this ASAP.

Mike did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He called in the morning to let me know what time he would arrive, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He was fast, efficient, extremely professional. He left an itemized bill, so I knew exactly what I was paying for before he started and the price was much better than what I have been charged by previous carpet cleaners. After he was done, he asked me to walk through to ensure I was satisfied with his services. He even went above and beyond by giving me recommendations on how to spot clean my carpets between professional cleanings, as well as certain products to purchase to lengthen the life of my carpets. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, being a younger female homeowner. He even called me after he left to inform me that he accidently charged me for a service fee that was already included in the 40% special I had paid for, and proceeded to tell me the correct price that would be charged to my card. Most other companies would have not blinked an eye at overcharging a customer! Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and Mike was the epitome of hard work, professionalism, expertise, and what it means to go above and beyond! I have dealt with other carpet cleaning companies in the past. But now I am a lifelong Coit customer and will ask for Mike until he decides to retire!

We booked online- very easy. The work was done very well. We are beyond satisfied with our familys first experience with COIT. We will certainly use them again for other properties and jobs.

So easy to schedule on line. Follow up communication was good. Cleaning occurred in a timely manor. Mike was friendly and I felt comfortable with him in my home to clean the carpets. I would use Coit again.

Got our 3,000 wool rug cleaned, yes it had pet odors , but if they couldnt do it they could have told us that! 220.00 and it smells EXACTLY the same. RIDICULOUS! Also they took it a second time atfter we complained, and it doesnt look any different!

They were supposed to clean on July 3rd. Someone from the office called a few days ahead and said they were closed for three days so it had to be rescheduled for a later date.We were told they would move couches and would clean as far as possible under beds so we removed all furniture except couches and beds.When they arrived, there were two men. The older man was very unhappy that he had not been told that we were having carpet in 8 rooms plus two stairways and a hall cleaned. He complained most of the time they were cleaning.They did not attempt to move couches or even try to get close to beds. After they left and the carpet dried, we saw big streaks in our family room where they didnt get their passes close enough together. There were also spots on the carpet they didnt get up. I was able to easily clean the spots myself after they left.I would not recommend Coit to anyone based on this experience!

Scheduling in-plant cleaning of my area rugs was easy. Jeff phoned with his arrival time. During the conversation I mentioned the need to move some furniture which alerted the need for a second good man, Robert. Coit workers perform like a team. Their arrival was prompt as was the cost calculation which was very competitive. I am impressed.

Kris was such a professional , called to let me know his arrival time then called again when trying to find my home. He did a thorough job that was so much better than my last experience with a carpet cleaning company! I will continue to call coit and will ask for Kris!

It appears that calling your company to clean our rugs is really an opportunity to pester the customer with, I see you have tile in your bath, we can clean the title and grout, I see you have tile in your bar area, we can clean that tile and grout as well, I notice you have your heat registers off, we clean heating ducts, are you interested? The last time we employed your services, your tech told my wife that they may not be able to clean the carpet to our satisfaction because,you have cheap carpet.There are too many carpet services available to be pestered by your tech to perform services that we neither invited or need.Your services will no longer be needed by this householdHarry Starkey

Coit rep was polite and prompt. he did have to reach out to his supervisor due to our touchy situation with microsuede furniture. overall he did a good job.

I am not usually one to post negatives, but our experience with Coit was nothing short of unbelievable. We had scheduled them to clean our entire house as the Lee Carpet warranty requires, and subsequently needed to also have a spot cleaned where my sick daughter had thrown up the night before they arrived. The gentleman who did the cleaning was in and out very quick, which for 3 floors seemed odd, but whatever, maybe he was just quick. I handed him my credit card in my driveway while he was standing next to his Coit van, as he indicated he was ready for payment. 5 minutes later he comes up to the door and says he lost my credit card. He lost my card in my driveway OR his van, and after nearly an hour of looking, NEVER found it. I immediately called my bank and canceled the card. I asked for and was assured I would be contacted by his company to follow up on the lost credit card.... NEVER got a call. I called them, and was told they would discount the bill by some meaningless amount. NOW all this is enough, right?... I go back in and my daughters room still smells like vomit. I called Widmers who came out the next day, cleaned the spot, deodorized it, and FIXED the issue. To date I have yet to receive anything from Coit except a bill and threat to report me to the credit bureaus or send me to collections over $150... Still have not received any communication from the company other than a solicitation, and nothing regarding the lost credit card or the poor cleaning job. As the card had numerous auto pay accounts associated with it, the frustration and inconvience of switching these accounts continues today. The icing on the cake is, I was set to leave for several days of training with my USAF unit, AND my wife was going out of town on business, so canceling our card was a HUGE issue. My experience with this company was terrible. I will be communicating with Carpet Land, who Coit now provides service for, as well as Lee Carpet about how terrible our experience was with Coit in Cincinnati Ohio.

Service was OK, but pricing was outrageous. I thought Id give them a try but they cost me 3 times more than the previous company I used. I definitely did not receive 3 times the service or anything else to justify the pricing. I will not use them again. I will stay with my previous carpet cleaning company. Shame on you Coit for gouging your customers.

The technician did not take the time to clean my carpet with proper technique. I have patterned carpet with a rough texture that you can not steam clean with fast strokes as if you are vacuuming. If you try to clean with forward strokes the head will just bounce over the carpet. The first technician cleaned my basement, LR/DR, bedroom and hallway in ~35 minutes and left areas of dry carpet. When the second technician came back to redo the basement he only cleaned 10 minutes and then left without saying a word to me. When I went outside he had already loaded up equipment and just waved and sped off. I used COIT several years ago and that technician took his time and the carpet looked great. The spots did not return until about a year later. This time they didnt even try to get out the spots. I know how carpet is supposed to be cleaned and they were just in a big hurry to get their money and get out. I would NOT recommend COIT.
