Dont waste your time with this company!!!! I had an appointment for 8 am yesterday to clean my area rug, quoted over the phone for $100. They never showed. No phone call. I called at 9:30, she said that shed call the technician. I never received a call back, even from the receptionist.I just called this morning, and she asked for my address. Are you kidding me? Forget it! Ill find a company who is professional and actually shows up, or at least calls if theyre running late.I had read the previous review of this happening with someone else, but thought Id give them a try. This is the purpose for reviews, to warn others...Again, dont waste your time!!!

This company was so unprofessional, 1st scheduled appointment was rescheduled by the tech until the next day. I was ok with that I understand things happens. The next day came I had my furniture moved and waited, and waited. No one came and no one called, so I called the company to find out what happen to the carpet tech? The receptionist call the tech to find out he had equipment problems but didnt feel the need to call me to let me know. So she called another tech to come out the couldnt come until 7pm that night. So I wait for the second tech and he was late as well, so I called the company again and they tracked the tech down and he called to say he is 20mins away. So when he arrived he quotes me a price 3 times the original quote and said he cant go down on pricing because the tech was late that morning and he was late as well. I told him to cancel the service, he stood around and didnt leave them ask for 10 bucks for coming out, NO! You were late and your are very unprofessional. He left, but I couldnt believe going through all this with a company. I would not refer nor recommend this company to no one. Honestly Im going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Worst experience ever.

One star is too much for this company, dont waste your time and money.
