Purchased a ring, and later on the same day discovered the website had listed my new ring at 70% off. Ugh.... Called the store up and Mercedes and Serafina didnt hesitate to tell me to come back in asap for a price match and adjustment. 1000% helpful and we left happier than we were with our initial purchase. After shopping their competition for dozens of years I am here today to say... Kay is by far the better Jewelry Store to the Average Joe. From quality of product , experience , and personnel. I am very fortunate to have been served by Maria at the CC,Tex Mall store who knew every answer, moved the sale FWD, presented the product with grace, even when it came time to remove any pesky sticky tags on the watch I bought. Even after shopping the Net I find prices and location made it a worth while experience. I am in love with my Movado Saphire watch !

Husband had to order my anniversary ring due to everything being shut down for the covid, it was ordered May13th. Got charged twice for it. That got fixed. Husband got an email that it would be delivered on the 22nd of June.... nope no ring. He called a week ago and was told in a rude manner that he would get an email advising of delivery... he said the web site said it shipped, she then said You. Will. Get. An. Email. When. It. Ships. Tried calling the number... and now your on hold FOREVER!!!. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My husband at the time paid for a set of wedding rings from them and paid $600.for the set, when I took them to pawn shop they said they werent worth anything! He said all he could give me was $5.00! Can you believe that! It seems they are Shady! Make sure you youre rings are worth something before you pay the full amount! Just saying! 🤡

Worst experience ever with my wife’s wedding ring. It takes 2 weeks to get back from the repair shop each time it’s sent out and it’s broken again within a month. Now it’s back from the repair shop and it wasn’t even fixed properly. I’ll never buy jewelry from Kay’s again and I’ll encourage my friends to boycott as well. Every kiss does not begin with Kay, it just ends with a wife in tears because she can’t wear her ring I paid so much for.

I told the woman my budget and what I was looking for and she continued to show me the exact opposite of what I was looking for and 200/300 over my budget and didnt even seem interested in helping me. Very rude,wont go back

This ring was originally bought back in December right around Christmas time. The ring was purchased in Brownsville Texas at the sunrise mall. When my boyfriend first purchased it they told him that the resizing fee was free. We decided to go get the ring resized At the Kay jewelers location in Mercedes Texas where they try to charge us the resizing fee. We called the Brownsville mall where they said to bring it back to them so we did. We left it to get resized and after about four weeks we never received a call about it being ready. So we went to go and see what What was happening when they said that they had forgotten to send it in. We then took the ring back. Where It sat in the box for almost a month until I had time to take it to another Kay jewelers here in Corpus Christi Texas at La Palmera Mall. Here they charged me $15 to fix it and at that point I just paid it because I really want my ring fixed. When I went back to pick it up the stone/ diamond setting was not the same as my original ring. This is not okay! I have had problems with 3 different Kay Jewelers locations! I am never purchasing anything from there ever again!!

Me and my husband bought a ring from them we ask if it could be sent out to get sized they said not until its half way paid off then we paid it all the way off and they said you have to pay a fee to get it sized we were supposed to have the ring one Valentines Day its now a almost march and still no ring they said lasted week it would be here on the 27th now there saying it justed got shipped out today I think they need better communication skills with their staff
