Great service! I came by to get a watch repaired which I had purchased elsewhere. Johnny helped me out and was able to take care of this within minutes.He also had some watches on sale.Not only was my repair service experience great, but also my sales experience was just as great. When I asked about watches for sale, he had no problem showing me a few different watches after assessing my needs. I knew he was definitely in it for my best interest when he had no problem selling me the half off watch at cost.This is a jewelry shop worth visiting to somebody who is not as concerned about price as they are quality of service. Johnny is professional and friendly. He values customers relations and it is self evident as to why he has been in business for an extensive amount of time. I will be telling my friends and family about this place.

I came in to have a watch battery replaced. Additionally, I asked if he could fix an antique silver and turquoise ring that had been my grandmothers. The stone was loose. It was not fine jewelry but he cheerfully took it to fix. It is beautiful! He did a great job and was so sweet. Great to support local shops! Thank you.

I highly recommend Johnnys Jewelry Repair! Johnny and his staff were super friendly and kind. They were very knowledgeable and honest. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. My girlfriend and I had went to Jared’s across the street before going to Johnny’s. The staff at Jared’s were so rude! They completely ignored me and my girlfriend. Every great review posted on here about Johnny’s Jewelry Repair is true. Trust me, I would not take my jewelry anywhere else. I even told my mom about the great experience and she told me Johnny and his wife (Bless her heart) have always been good honest people. I hate to talk bad about this place but don’t waste your time or money. The Jeweler was way over price and had no idea what he was doing. And I only asked him to change out my bracelet on my very nice watch. Bam $80 down the drain. Shame on me and worst double shame on him.

Visiting from Chicago for the winter months. Backing on my wristwatch was in need of repair. We were referred to Johnnys Jewelry Repair, Corpus Christi, TX. Mr. Johnny and his assistant were absolutely wonderful and accomaditing. Would highly recommend this establishment for jewelry repair.

As I am typing this, Johnny is currently installing 2 new watch batteries. He gave me the prices right up front, fixed them immediately. I inquired about a new glass for my watch as it has a scratch across the face. Again he was very honest when he told he to wait to have it replaced. He said they are expensive and it would be better to wait until the face has more damage. Great service from someone who is looking to provide great service and not make a sale at your expense.

This location never fixed my wife’s watch and when we went to pick it up and get our money back they were very disrespectful throwing the watch around and slamming the credit card. Very rude and disrespectful my family will never do business here again!
