I picked up my ring from being repaired on Sunday March 7th and I had the best customer service I have ever had there. Nicole was very friendly and personable. She definitely knows how to treat customers. Thank you so much for everything you do.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. i have had the absolute worst experience in this store. i ordered my ring in january and havent seen it at all in person. the store employees continued to order the wrong size, and then canceled it all together without me knowing. i’ve been paying all this money on NOTHING. the women in this store are so uneducated & so unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. an engagement is supposed to be a happy experience, this was absolutely the worst experience.

Super judgey employees, if youre not looking for traditional bridal sets the employees make faces at you the entire time. Only 1 of the 3 employees we dealt with truly showed us what we were interested in without judgements. The other 2 made for an awkward and unwelcoming shopping experience.

Came into see a coin necklace listed on their website to see it in person. They did not have it in stock but the staff was very helpful and recommended another jewelry for me to check so kudos to them!

Ive been a customer for years at Zales and they have always provided quality service to me and my family. They are very helpful in finding what Im seeking and very courteous as well. If your purchase is $100 or more ask about a lifetime warranty, usually its not expensive and worth the little extra cash to maintain your jewelry in case of needed repairs etc (life happens) *** If your purchase warranty coverage remember to go in every 6months for inspection so it doesnt become voided. They are just checking it and will clean it for you and depending what you get if you have wear and tear on say a ring you can send it in to get re-dipped or replacement diamonds if they fall out. Its great! Keep in mind it will take a few weeks to get it back but its worth it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced by far!!! I went by yesterday afternoon and after waiting patiently for about 10 minutes and browsing through displays looking around not one individual asked if I needed help or even acknowledged that I was there. It was not even busy at the time. I will never walk foot into this store again. You get better service at a restaurant.

Pushy sales people and even after you buy dont expect good service! Sat for 30 minutes for a ring they still didnt have in after a month for resizing. Go to a boutique, dont settle for this low end trash.

The staff doesnt seem to know much about their products or promotions. They are pushy and rung up items that I had just asked to see. She kept telling me come on! lets do this! come on, cause it really helps me out too. I asked for a total price, she keyed in some numbers in to the calculator, I reluctantly agreed because she promised me there is another coupon I could use. When she told me the total is was about $200 more than her calculator showed. She replied with ya, I dont know what I typed in, the calculator was messing up. THEN turns out they do not have a coupon, they want me to go through my emails and find one. I left. It really makes me wonder if these are just bad sales people or if the company pressures them THAT much they turn in to pushy car-sales-man type people.

Ordered a name ring from there and when I received it everything seemed ok as I looked at it with more detail it had random carvings all over the ring and extra metal on the ring still , not at all what I expected from zales “the diamond store “ piss pore effort on the making of the ring Definitely will not recommend to anyone whose looking for quality jewelry.

I was extremely satisfied when I left and all the jewelry was beautiful, Im very satisfied with my purchase!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Zale’s and Gordon’s closed for repairs, I see Brad standing outside the store as I’m leaving and say, “Hey you’re the watch battery guy from Gordon’s, I have to go somewhere else because of this mess.” He asks what I have and straight up replaces the battery in my watch, and brings it back out to me free of charge, and apologized for the inconvenience.

I’ve been here a couple times and never been greeted and past two times that I have been in I’ve waited a long time to be helped at least 30 minutes. It wasn’t by preference that i went to zales that’s just where the jewelry was bought from.

I love Zales. The jewelry is beautiful and when I order something online or bring something in for repair, they call me to inform me it is in.

I’ve had such a bad experience with Zales. My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band there in 2016 and from day one theyve had such horrible service. Since he bought my ring with insurenace, I have to get it cleaned every six months and I’ve started to dread it. Everyone that I have dealt with has had terrible costumer service. Wish my ring was bought elsewhere.

Had a horrible experience went In trying to find something nice. I ask for some advice and was looking for a ring. They looked at me and I told them i was keeping my options open and got mad and let me be since I wasnt buying. I guess thats how commission based jobs operate.

I got exactly what I wanted, they told me discounts they had going on and had a non pushy sales person.

I bought jewlery from zales. Everyone pays sometimes alot of money for jewelry and expect it to be taking care. My engagement ring came back the wrong size and my wedding band wasnt engraved, as promised. They sent my wedding back another two times because its policy that they have to send it, I couldnt drop it off at their repair shop. Even though, it would have been convenient, so I could tell them exactly what was suppose to be done. I wont be purchasing from this zales again. Their customer service is a 1. Even when you stay come with a good attitude. In the end they try to make you feel like its your fault not theirs. But Im not the one behind the counter typing in the repairs. They also dont call you when your repair is in.

They have very poor customer service. I had ordered a ring when I came in I was not notified and when I received the ring the spelling was wrong they ordered another ring to fix what was messed up its already been a month the ring should have been in called to check and I get hung up on multiple times .

Turned in my grandmother wedding ring to het soldered they broke it lost stones then said i gave it ro them like that. And refused to make all repairers
