Went inside with my work clothes and I’m only 20 years old so I look pretty young and the dude didn’t even want to talk to me. I asked him if he could appraise my ring with 10 real 2 point diamonds and 14k gold and he told me 50$. He wouldn’t look at the rocks or test them. Went to three different pawn shops all offered 600$+ and got it actually appraised and found out it was worth more than 2 grand. I’ve bought silver every month from his stores and I know a decent amount about precious metals. Don’t know if he was trying to scam me because I’m young but you lost a regular customer.

Very friendly jewelry store. I saw watch repair on the signage out front and so I stopped in to get the battery replaced in my watch. I was in and out quickly, but when I took a shower with my waterproof watch, I noticed the face had a fog build up underneath. I found the back cover was loose and turned by hand. Very disappointed in what should have been a simple battery swap. I guess I should have stuck with the pros at Walmart jewelry dept...

Tried to sell them a chain they sold for me about 350 after taxes. Only wanted to give me 45 dollars for it. I wouldn’t suggest selling them anything as they have no problem selling a hollow chain for 350 but have a hard time considering it’s value when asking them to buy it. Basically they wouldn’t buy what they sell you for a fraction of the price.

My wedding ring had a few prongs that were broke and had 2 diamonds that fell out after only a week of having it cleaned and examined by my prior jeweler. I had been taking the ring in for cleaning every 6 months, but they failed to do a good job inspecting my ring and then they quoted me an outrageous price for the repairs. My husband recommended I take my ring to Afram’s to see what they could do and have them give me a quote and I’m so glad I did. The ladies at the counter were very accommodating and extremely nice. I was so relieved when she came back with the quote from the jeweler! My ring was ready within a week whereas the previous jeweler would take 2 to 3 months to return it to me. I was extremely pleased with the job the jeweler did on repairs! It turned out beautifully and I am immensely grateful for the excellent workmanship performed by the jeweler! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone!

This place is excellent. Go to store on Airline and the owner will get it right. He did an excellent job on difficult sizing. Did an excellent job replacing stone in ring. I highly recommend, something unusual for me. We are using him to fix another piece of jewelry for my wife.

It is very hard to find 18kt and above gold accessories in USA. I searched online and purchased an 18 kt gold necklace 3 months ago from here. Afram Jewelers has high karat gold items which is not easy to find. Mr. Joseph is very experienced and warm person. Overall, I recommend and satisfy this store.

Wow, what can I say. This gentleman was 1 day from flying to Isreal and he took a family heirloom Diamond and made one of the most beautiful engagement rings for me Ive ever seen. We were also hoping on a plane in less than 48 hours and I needed it. I spent about 2500 less than I thought, its an original, lifetime cleaning and repair, and when I mentioned needing to take my CC class, he walked me next door and got a great deal and 20% off a new pistol. Ordered my son’s senior ring here. He is graduating from JPII, but went to Orange Grove most of his life. He wanted “Bulldogs” somewhere on the ring along with JPII or Centurions. Although John Paul II and Centurions are written all over the envelope that was used while making decisions, there is not one thing about his school on the ring. I specifically asked MULTIPLE TIMES if it was possible to have something from both schools. When I picked it up and saw that there was nothing on it that had to do with the school that he is graduating from, I asked if we could add to it and it was basically just sorry, it wouldn’t fit and then they proceeded to tell me that we decided not to put the school he is graduating from on his SENIOR RING. It is paid for when it is ordered, so now we just have a ring with his name on it and the year he is graduating with the wrong school. Yes they had good prices, but it became worthless to us....I cannot reply to the owners reply, so I will address it here in an edit. First of all, I was there with my son when HE decided what he wanted on the ring (His current school and mascot were written multiple times on the order envelope). HE specifically asked if he could have something “Bulldogs” put on his JPII ring and he was told yes. I asked multiple times after to make sure it was clear and that it could be done. If the school has to approve the criteria, at what point was it “approved” by JPII that their mascot was the Bulldogs? This ring is for an Orange Grove graduate, which he is not. There was no attempt to even try and help me make my son’s senior ring right. You knew when I asked about it that it was wrong and you proceeded to try and tell me that at least he can wear it into college, since it doesn’t say his high school and no one wants to wear a ring from high school in college. You have no idea what my son wants to wear in college, but he did want to wear a senior ring his senior year of high school. We have ordered a new senior ring for him elsewhere along with my other son’s senior necklace that he wanted. I will continue to recommend people elsewhere, especially with the non professional response insinuating that “(his mom)” was the one disappointed in my son’s choices.

Called my wife’s diamond a CZ and assumed her mounting was silver when it was platinum. Guess you have to look like you have money to get decent service.

Very easy / fast / great job

I took my glasses there to get fixed. They said they would be ready within 10 days. I forgot about them and after 3 weeks they still had not called me to pick them up. When I finally went in to get them (after I had to call them to see if they were ready yet), they gave me my glasses back mangled and dirty from finger smudges! It was bad enough that they were crooked and mangled but they couldnt CLEAN them?! And they were totally nonchalant about it. Their customer service SUCKS.

Went here to look for an engagement ring at 5:00 pm. Store hours said they close at 6 pm. They were closed, lady inside acted like I wasnt even there.
