1/10 quality of jewelry twisted cuban links claims thats how they should hang ....repairs and other services to a chain are overpriced jeweler quotes stuff off the top of his head ....i got an extension on a chain and removal off clasp, came back weighing less and priced paid in the end was outrageous for negative weight trys to say the clasp i owned before was included in price for new weight tf just to overpriced gold and dont even bother asking for weight of any gold your trying to purchase they wont say unless u buy it. not much knowledge on jewlery in these stores understand the store has to make a buck but quality and customer service is embarrassing

After such a horrible experience at Ijaz jewelers (read Google review there for the horror) I brought my ring here to fix the damages. There was a gap in the saudering, diamonds were falling out, sizing was off, and more! AMANS came to the rescue! I havent had my wedding ring on for months because of the damages AND NOW I am all smiles wearing my ring again!! Thanks so much for the great work! They fixed EVERYTHING that Ijaz ruined!!

Took my watch to get a new batteries and its water proof/resistant after having my watch back for a week ive notice its start getting rusty and it stop working and after telling them what happen they said they will fix it and when i return it and get it back after a week it was never fix and they basically blaming me for getting my watch wet, i have this watch for 7 yrs and never it took even on a shower. This is a bad place to go never again, it was my first and never will be...

Went to Aman’s Jewelers to fix my husband’s wedding ring. The ring was bent and was missing a diamond. I tried to get it fixed elsewhere, but I was advised that due to the settings of the diamonds, they couldn’t guarantee the service and therefore, wouldn’t repair it. Aman’s Jewelers said they would be able to repair it for $140.71. After two weeks of having the ring repaired, the diamond that was replaced fell out. I took it back, and they said they would fix it for $40 but would not guarantee the service. Why didn’t they tell me that before I spent the $140.71? They also suggested that they would purchase my ring for $600 if I spent between $1800 to $2000 dollars. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. At least Pharoah’s Jewelers was honest with me from the beginning.

I would not reccomend anyone purchase anything from these people.Usually we try to buy local but this was a nightmare.I also, understand a No Refund policy but when you provide unprofessionally poor customer service and jewelry that falls apart (literally) days after wearing it; not only that but when given chances to fix problems the jewelry should have never had upon just purchasing, the jewelry develops MORE problems (and visible damage), I would think perhaps a refund would be acceptable.I can not believe the embarrassment my fiance has gone through with this ring (he proposed with!) And not only poor craftsmanship but absolute refusal of making it right by giving a full refund due to lack of ability to properly fix a ring.They have no others like it, we tried asking.We have left it for only more gems to fall out/go missing/needing to wait for replacement WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION.They have mangled a new band and Frankensteined it together to prevent further losses of gemstones due to their poor quality.I still do not have the ring in my possession because its always at the shop.I would be ashamed to label myself the owner of this place.TL;DR: Please, save yourself time and embarrassment and go to a reputable, respectable jewelry store.

Took my watch to the kiosk for battery replacement. They said it would be $20, but i had to go to the store. Got to the store and now its $40. Im skeptical but i leave it. Come to pick it up and they tell me that the second hand is bent and gets caught on the minute hand. This is the first time Ive had to replace the baterries and it never did that before so obviously they bent it when they opened it up. I tell them it never did that before and ask them to fix it. They say itll be another $25. I ended taking the watch home and fixing it myself which i should have done in the first place. Live and learn

They do not stand behind there jewelry. It’s poor quality and definitely overpriced . Spend your money with someone who stands behind their jewelry. A waste... $1500 down the drain

I purchased a chain and they claimed it was solid and it was hollow and busted the next day. Then they only offered me 30$ in store credit and on top of that they charged me 45$ to repair. Scammers. Go anywhere else.

Over paid for name plate Older lady was extremely rude paid extra to supposedly be reinforced and is now broken they do trash work I do not recommend anybody to buy jewelry or have custom made Jewelry here!

This place is a joke we spent over $2000 on my wifes wedding set in November of 2016, and in April one diamond had already fallen out. The diamond was replaced and it is now July and now 3 other diamonds are missing!
