I went to Florida for 4 days last week to celebrate my wifes birthday and I made a reservation to rent a car in this location at Coral Springs where i had the privilege to meet Martin Myslinski the Branch Manager.I want to take my time and write this review for him and his branch for the excellent customer service that he provide for mi and my wife.Martin made the hall process of a car rental easy and quick... in others words Martin is the one who makes the difference between the rest and The Best. He makes the extra mile to makes customers very happy.I definitely feel very short of words to express my gratitude for his high quality and professional service.Thank you so very much Martin and God bless you.

Terrible customer service at this location. I was sent over to enterprise by the insurance company and was given a corporate rate code to give to the representative when I reserve the vehicle, so I set a reservation over the phone and I was told one price but when I got to this location I was given a different price. The girl at the front desk was rude and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing because she had to run to her manager for everything but not before arguing over things that she just didn’t know how to do. Hopefully they can also teach her sometimes its not what you say to customers its how you say it and try to figure out how to do things before arguing and saying you cant do it because your choosing not to, and to top it off she wanted to give me a car that was super dirty and no gas.

First time renting from this location and the experience was horrible the vehicle they gave me was unclean “interior and exterior” or sanitized after previous use. To top things off the vehicle had a overwhelming amount of spiders which made the driving experience uncomfortable for me due to them coming out of the door panels, dashboard, headliner etc. I would advise if you rent from this location to make sure you check your vehicle to avoid my experience

I had to rent a car for my father for a couple of weeks, while he was visiting me in Ft Lauderdale. With the pandemic going on, especially in Florida, I was glad that they had a worry free practice. I made the reservation online. When picking up the car, they only allowed one person in the store at a time.When returning, they came out and checked the car, we gave them the keys and the e-mailed us the receipt. Easy Peasy!!! I was truly satisfied. Thank You!!

I could not imagine how the guy said, he puts in garbage my car insurance and registration after 3 hours of dropping of the car. I understand you dont want to keep peoples info but you can give the person a call, even after I called, still not getting them. Never again, thank you.

We have rented trucks a few times from this office with no issues. The last date being 4/14 and on 4/15 paid in full the amount of $50.09 That should have been the end of our business here, all seemingly went well. Now American Express shows on 4/23 and 4/26 there are two new and separate PENDING holds (deposits) of $150, $100 and $286.44 for more rental charges of an unknown nature.. We have NOT rented any more cars. After a call to Enterprise corporate, The company has simply apologized and said they would email this particular Coral Springs office making the charges so they can look into it. What good is that my friends? Now we have to cancel the card and update the info on all our personal services that use this credit card. This is terrible....BEWAREUPDATE, the staff at this location. today said they still showed us as renting a truck from a month ago but after researching further has found that their company sold the Ford 150 the following day we rented it. ???? My husband had to go back to the actual office in person to get this odd answer. They also tried to charge another $284 dollars today lol

What a horrible experience. I got to this location this morning because I had a reservation that I made on Wednesday. At first, the manager had told me that I didn’t have a reservation there and that it was for Sunrise. I proceeded to show my reservation that showed it was for this location. I then am told that they have no more cars in this location and that there was a glitch in the system. After I asked him if any other location in the area had availability for a car, he THEN proceeded to tell me he was in a group chat with other branches and that they did not have any either due to “spring breakers”. He then also told me that I should’ve been there at 7:30 for my reservation time even though he had previously stated that they didn’t have stock at that time either. Well, low and behold, I had to call customer service and they were able to find me another car close by. This branch made NO effort to make things right or help me out, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have been a customer with Enterprise for years and absolutely didn’t deserve this treatment from this manager. Don’t ever rent from here!!!!!

This is a review 3 years in the making! Let me preface by saying Im not the type of person to leave a negative review. I am fairly understanding and get that things happen. In this particular case this place is well deserving of a negative review! for the last 3 years my family and I take a vacation around Thanks giving or New Years. We have booked the reservations well in advance. We travel in a group of about 7 with luggage so we try and book larger SUV or passenger VAN. The 1st year on they day of pickup they informed the vehicle would not be available and had to go to Hertz to get a vehicle. No biggie. 2nd year we again booked in advance and explained the situation directly to management. Again on the day of pickup the vehicle we requested was not available and waited 6 hours past are pick up time (Setting us back almost half a day on our trip) for an alternate and smaller vehicle to be available. My wife had to sit sideways with luggage barley fitting for 11+ hour car drive both ways. Now this year I booked the vehicle 5 months in advanced and even called a month ago to explain the last 2 years and confirm our reservation of a 12 passenger van. Just 30 minutes ago ( 3 days before we where scheduled to leave) They inform me that they will not have my requested vehicle available and that there was essentially nothing they could do. Not even an effort to offer an alternative vehicle. I will never rent from this place again and I will make an effort to make sure that any one i know or do business with locally is aware of this.

We have rented vehicles from this location a number of times over the past years. This time we reserved a pick-up truck. I called and confirmed that a truck would be available the day before we were scheduled get the truck. The next morning when we went to get the truck they had one sub compact car, no truck as promised. The same employee was there that I spoke with. He offered NO assistance in even looking for a truck for us. If not for another rental company who helped us find a truck, our trip would have been lost.

I had a reservation and showed up 10 to 5pm and was told they are waiting for returns. I booked my reservation 2 weeks prior. 20 minutes pass nothing, now it’s 6pm and one of the employees tells me sorry we have nothing for you. I was left stranded in front of there store with no help at all. I had to take a $50 Uber to airport and rent a vehicle almost triple in price. I call customer service and they where even worse than the local store. I was told I’m going to get a call back and nothing. I go on my trip and on the way back I call customer service again and guess what they said, someone will call you back...... and nothing. No call back. Now I’m $500 in on a rental and $50 each way for Uber to get home from airport because I’m not allowed to drop off car to local store. $600 in. Couple days later and still no call back or email. By far the worst car rental business. This happened to a couple other people same day as me. I wish they had call me prior to getting dropped off and told me they had no availability so I could of went to another local business but no. I sat outside for 1 hour and by the time they told me they had nothing for me all the other local businesses had closed. UPDATE- I emailed after they responded on here and got a generic email saying local store will call you and guess what, NOTHING. No call back at all. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!

We reserved a premium car, 2 months before the date we needed it. We chose a local enterprise location as it was closer to our house. They had one car, wasn’t washed and ready to go, had to wait half hour for them to get the car clean. Then the enterprise employee informed me that the car has a tire pressure light on, they put air in and it’ll go away after driving for some time.After being already late I got in the car and noticed it smelled of intense smoke. I let the employee and know and he said he’ll note the reservation.When I started heading towards my destination I noticed the brake rotors were completely warped and the car was shaking intensely when I pressed the brakes. It was much worse on the highway. Also after about 40 miles of driving the tire pressure never went away.I called my local enterprise back where I got the car from and I could not get them on the phone. They kept putting on hold for over half an hour. No one triaged the call, just kept picking up and hold.I called the customer service number they said not a problem, bring it to a closest airport location, they have plenty of car in the same class they can switch me into. When I reached the airport location, the location refused to take responsibility for the local location and said they’re the one responsible for switching me into another car. Even the manager there said he have no cars available to switch and that the tires are fine. He suggested that I spend my own time to bring the car to a repair shop to get the brakes checked. They blamed the customer service for not knowing the locations business model for me being lead into their location hoping for switch out of a broken car.I asked for a supervisor to call me the whole trip to see if they can do anything and no one called me. I had to put air in the tire, I drove a car with messed up brakes which smelled horrific.What kind of service is this? If you don’t want to waste half a day of your own vacation time, DO NOT rent from enterprise. Im totally frustrated with the situation this company caused me. I made a reservation 2 months ago to pick up the car today, 12/24/20 at 4:30. When I arrived there they were closed. The working time was in the app. It was a mess!!! I planned a trip with my family and I couldnt find any other place opened. Respect and responsibility are mandatory to deal with people. You made a really big mistake with my family!

Renter beware! They just want to get you out quickly with the rental and will say anything to do so and than upon returning your car and receiving your final bill its not reflecting the adjustment they said would take place. Marti the manager is probably the rudest and unprofessional person I ever met. He doesnt know how to talk to people and its pretty bad when we are not the only ones complaining about him. The lady behid me said, he is so insulting and cant believe Enterprise lowers thier standards to this. These days everyone knows they need to wear a mask in front of you including outside and face to face contact so why did I need to remind the manager? Just imagine if he doesnt lead by example what about the others that work for him.I called Enterprise three times and its been several weeks and no call back not even from the regional rep. No wonder they learn from the top down. Go to Budget down the street they are a way better option. Im moving my corporate account to them moving forward.

If I could leave 0 I would. I’ve been a loyal customer to enterprise for years. Having worked at Avis and budget myself some time ago I understand that sometimes reservations must be moved or changed for availability. However I had a reservation received confirmation and showed up at 1:45 for my 2 pm reservation. Immediately I am told there are no cars available. I was not called and noticed prior they waited until I arrived. When I asked the associate ANDREW If my reservation can be transferred to the airport as I know they have a larger selection he told me to go to the airport with my confirmation and it would not be a problem. Which sounded strange as I said because I’ve worked at car rentals prior and the reservation can be modified. None the less I went to the airport and was told they were completely sold out. Do NOT book here they won’t come through or help you find another car

Do yourselves a favor a make sure you read all the fine lines before you sign the contract or agree to the terms. I told the guy I was renting the vehicle for 8 days and since they email the receipt now due to Covid, I didn’t have a chance to overlook everything. I didn’t get the receipt until the next day cause he had my wrong email address and I was on the road. Sadly, i didn’t have a chance to look at it since I was driving. I was charged $100 extra because the guy failed to reserve the car for the days I specifically told him I would be renting the car. To my surprise I return the vehicle with a full tank (I got it with a half a tank) and I get charged $613 for a rental that I should have $524. This place is a scam. If you tent from here be sure to do it online not through then directly. Lesson learned. I got the van dirty (I didn’t care cause I was in a bind), I paid more than the quote I got online because I chose the insurance, I bring it with a full tank and the thanks was here’s an extra $100 charge...)

VACATION RUINED AGAIN!!! Do NOT use this location! Reserved AND CONFIRMED a minivan for THIS weekend. Got there to pick it up, NO MINIVANS at THIS location OR ANYWHERE IN THE AREA! Second time this has happened to us! First time was during the holidays and we refused one of their vans because it smelled like marijuana!!! Will NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN.

They told me they would call me as soon as one came in. No call. No suv. I wanted the suv for specific reasons. Returned the car early.

I was so amazed at the way I was assisted. They staff made me and all the customers there a priority. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. It was hot and they did not let anything stop them. I knows it’s hard under these times with COVID but I promise you they take all precautions. Very impressed!

This place is the WORST ever. I made a reservations a few weeks ago to pick up the car, all they told me sorry we sometimes overbooked.Today again same thing. I even called to make sure the car is available and he told me they have cars and when I got there he offered me a Nissan while I ordered a pickup truck.Manager walked away and all he said was sorry. I’m so disappointed it’s the second time.DONT GO THERE. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR.

What was the purpose to make an reservation ? Finally they found me a small size SUV for the same price. I should have gone to the FLL airport for the better selections. Horrible customer service the rep had nothing but excuses! Reserved a car and was calling them all morning to confirm for pick up and they did not answer at all, his response was “sorry there’s three of us and we are really busy.” Mind you when I arrive there’s 1 customer at the store and one of the guys is playing soccer. It’s pouring rain outside and he asks me to wait a couple hours after I took an Uber and spent $30 to get to there store. Makes no sense hire professionals not children with no work ethic. I also asked the gentleman to find a store that may have a car for me and he said he couldn’t. Almost got me out of my element! Worst store ever !

I’ve witnessed this time and time again. This enterprise location this particular one pick and choose the people they ask for proof of regular car insurance. Even if some people decline to purchase their protection they are not asked to provide personal car insurance. This practice is discriminatory towards a certain class/ race which they will refuse to answer. People are using credit cards just like the other but not everyone is treated equally. I can understand you if you are using a debit card, even I myself was using a credit cause and was asked to provide my policy number which I did with no problem. Even while returning the vehicle I purposely sat and watch numerous occasions how the process went depending on who was renting a vehicle. This is a poor practice and needs to be addressed as associates should not discriminate against customers. I would not recommend this particular branch to anyone and customers should beware as this has been going on atleast for two years now from what I’ve experience. And yes I have a complete profile with enterprise that’s used online. Can’t enforce rules for one class of people, it should be all. I would not recommend and will take my business elsewhere. The simple question of how we can improve is poor, customers need the ability to compete a survey after the rental.

They are not allowing people to go inside right now during the corina virus season. Reason why is a 4 and not a 5 star review is because I called the location before going to ask for the availability of a car and i was told that the car was there and i cam go pick it up, only to find that that was not the case once I got there. I went to pick up my rental that I booked well in advance and they had no cars. I wasnt notified or anything about this. There was a lady who was in need of a larger vehicle and they were unable to supply her with her needs as well. The disappointing part is how they treated her knowing she had a family emergency and booked well in advance as well. She left in tears and no proper accommodations were made for her. I was completely blown away by the lack of customer service provided on Saturday.

Reserved a vehicle for noon I showed up at 930 am to confirm it would be ready @ for noon then got there @ 230 still not there then they call at 330 and said it’s on its way back I got there at 4 and waited till 4:30 pm to pick up the vehicle. I went to return the vehicle on Saturday and the office hours said 9-5 but they actually close @ 2pm. It never seems to amaze me I always have an issue at this location. Limited inventory and nothing’s ever ready.

Made reservations for an SUV two days in advance. When we got to the rental lot we checked in and I was taken to do a walk around the car. I initially did not see the crack in the front window but the agent did. He said to me, we cant give u this car because the window is cracked. I said well didnt you all check the car when it was turned in? So he takes me to another lot and when we grab the keys from then he couldnt find the car. I waited outside of the place for about 15 minutes waiting for the agent to come back. When he finally came back the car had 2.0 written in white chalk on the window, there 2as a cup full of water in the back seat door and three empty water bottles in the front seat doors. If that didnt do it I was given the car on empty (E). Im not saying the place was bad but come on with the cleanliness of the car and have the car on the lot or update people before they come.

My mother contacted Enterprise to confirm our reservation which she did confirm over the phone with one of the store managers. When we arrived to enterprise they informed us that they have been trying to reach us but did not have a working phone number and did not have a rental available due to the hurricane which was supposed to impact Florida. We were then instructed to come back between the hours of one and 2 o’clock so we left and ran an errand and called the store at about 130 the same manager explained to us that there were no cars available still and we would have to wait between three and four my mother who is by then very upset by the holdup of our trip informed him that we would be contacting corporate because of their lack of professionalism and inability to give us what was requested. After contacting corporate they were able to locate a vehicle for us at another branch in sunrise. We drove To the other branch and picked up the car (Which was dirty and had a quarter tank of gas) nevertheless we continued on our journey to Orlando.On the way back we were stopped by a police officer who informed us that the car whose tag was ran did not show any information whatsoever. The police officer also informed me that the sticker from the registration of the car did not belong to the car and did not match the plate. After showing him my rental agreement with Enterprise I was allowed to go on my way. We were stopped another two times on the way home. When contacting Enterprise after the first stop the representative of the branch informed me they have no idea what I was talking about and would not be able to answer any questions regarding the matter until she was able to physically see the license plate. After getting off the phone with her I contacted the corporate office the representative on the phone informed me that she would send an email to the regional manager and they would get back to me.The next morning in order to do do diligence I drove to the local police station to speak to an officer regarding why the The incident was recurring. The officer was able to run first the plate of the car which again came up not registered to any vehicle in particular. He ran the sticker which did not register in to any vehicle either but also did not match the sticker that was supposed to be on the license plates. The police officer then ran the Vin number of the car which was covered by a piece of paper. The Vin number did not register the car at all. Puzzled the officer Took the registration information from in side the vehicle and was able to verify that the vehicle was in fact in Pennsylvania vehicle and that the license plate that should be on the car should be a Pennsylvania license plate. The officer gave me his information and told me If I have any issues with explaining this to the rental company to give him a call and he would explain it to them.I drove to the branch in sunrise Florida and spoke to Christian the branch manager. While informing Christian of the mishap he inquired and I quote “ if it was such a problem why didn’t you stop and get another van?” My reply to Christian was that with five children in the car most under the age of eight it was impossible to stop to attempt to get another rental especially with the problems we had trying to acquire the first one. Christian then went on to attempt to contradict the story by continuing to ask how many times we were really stopped then going over to the vehicle and seeing that he thought I said the sticker was expired. At the end He explained that because of Covid the registrations are behind on the vehicles.he informed me and my mother that he would be contacting the registration department and contacting me on Thursday. I asked him for a business card he was not able to produce one again due to Covid and gave me his name and number to the store instead.As an African-American in this country being stopped by the police three times in one trip because of a mishap the rental company caused is extremely disheartening . DO NOT RENT HERE

I went to rent a car and that part was the easiest. I had to give an additional $200.00 deposit for the car besides the regular cost of the car. It has now been over 10 days and I have not received my deposit back. I talk to the local Enterprise location and they say everything on their end has been done. They checked with bookkeeping and they said they have it. I talked to my bank and I do not have it. They were fast on getting their money but not getting mine. I have always used Enterprise but maybe its time to change

We clearly had an appointment to pick up an SUV. We arrived to the Coral Springs location to pick up our car, only to find out that they dont have any cars. We had a meet up appointment in Gainesville at 2:30pm. We rented an SUV for a reason, as we need the extra space. They told us to go home and that they would call us when a car was returned, so we did. We informed them if they didnt have it for us by 10:30am, we would take my care as we needed to be there by a specific time. When 10:30am came, we called to tell them we were going to take our own car. They informed us that they had a return, but it was 1st come 1st served and could not hold it for us (even though we had a reserved vehicle). We rushed up there to get the vehicle. It was at that time that we realized they gave us a mini SUV. If we had know it was going to be a mini, we would have reserved a mini van, as we needed the space. This is my 1st bad experience with Enterprise, but it was a major bad experience!!! We ended up being late for our meetup experience and were very disappointed!!!!! Such a bad experience!

Great customer service. Picked up by a friendly employee, not someone who acted like it was an inconvenience. Car was a hybrid so gas mileage was much better than expected. I rent couple times a year and always very satisfied with Enterprise.

Not mad but a little disappointed in having a request for a reservation for a Suburban (I needed the seats and the trunk space) be put in for a little over a week in advance and saying it was available and the day of pick up being told they dont have any, so hey heres a beat up minivan...

The car I was suppose to get was returned with damage. The only option was a jetta or suv. Well the suv was getting and oil change and I had to leave by 9am. So i settled for the jetta and it just blew the weekend. If i had gotten my oil change earlier in the week I would of canceled it and used my own car. We just need the extra room. Enterprise should have more than 2 suvs on the lot for those kind of moments.

ALERT. These people are scammers. Actually the whole company. They messed up my whole 2 days including my hotel reservations. Make a reservation, go to their place they tell you they don’t have a car. Call their corporate, they tell you our other location has your car, you go there, they tell you oh we don’t have. These are some shameless people. Their employees are tainted to lie. I went to their 5 location including this one and disappointed. Believe me this was my first and last experience with enterprise. If you don’t want to mess you trip, make sure don’t reserve from enterprise. No matter if you reserve it a week or month before. By the way Martin was the guy who has no manners. He made me wait 2 hours outside and told me this is your car which we are cleaning and at the closing time he told me oh sorry i mixed up last names with someone else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND ENTERPRISE OR LERN THE LESSON HARDWAY LIKE I DID.

Been using this location for sometime now and can positively say that the folks here are excellent with customer service. Nicolai and the crew go above and beyond to assist with any issues. Of course there are peak moments when we all can’t get our way, but these folks try their utmost best to satisfy all. I’m a happy repeat customer at this location.

Everything was fine. The staff was great. The only thing I wasnt happy about was when I picked the car up it wasnt as clean as I would have liked. I wasnt vacuumed very well and some dirty spots both in and out. Other than that no problems.

NOT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR. I rented with them for 3 weeks and all the employees were amazing but the branch manager was beyond rude from the get go. I kept giving them chances until I couldn’t take it anymore. I had 3 very rude phone conversations and one in person interaction with him where he continuously cut me off and told me he didn’t want to hear what I had to say and that he would rather I leave than continue the conversation. I don’t know where that came from? I was looking to consider renting with them for an extended couple months. Jesse Castaldo was the name of the branch manager and I will never be doing business with enterprise again.

I recently moved to the Coral Springs area and for my 6 or 7 recent rentals, I only rent from this location, from the first time I walked in the door I’ve been nothing but satisfied with the kindness and willingness to please from the employees. The service is exceptional, for example I had a reservation at 9:00am on a Saturday morning, I was the first customer in the door at 9:00am and was on the road to my destination by 9:08am! He even allowed me to choose the car I wanted.

IF THERE WAS 0 stars would be the perfect rating.Everything started with my cousins visiting USA and renting a car last minute. They were going to rent a car from budget, but (thanks to my advice) I recommended them to rent it from enterprise.Andrew (very nice and professional employee). Helped find a car (last minute) we told him that we were going to be arriving at the Coral Springs location, around 5ishWhen we were on our way there and I saw that it was 5:50pm I called to let them know that I was almost there, that I had a reservation; the person who answered the phone (Jesse) rudely told me if its 6:01 and you are not here i cannot help you.When we got there I stayed in the car (the reservation was not under my name) so my cousin went inside the office... then she calls me in, because no one was there to help translate,I go there and there he was (Jesse) rudely asking me what did I need. I told him I am here to help my cousin translateHe said oh yes because she cant (hear me), I need to know what is her insurance. I told him ( is not that she cannot hear you) she does not speak English!He said Everyone in the United States speaks English.I told him since the minute I called you gave my attitude I dont appreciate your customer service, and please provide me with your supervisor information. He replied I own this office this is my office, and you are not going to come to myyy office to speak to me this way I replied thanks to the rentals and thanks to customer you have a paycheck and he did not provide me with the name of anyone above him (bottom line he owns enterpriseAnd his slogan is (ENTERPRISE we only rent cars for English speaking customers)Anyway..... he started RECORDING ME WITH HIS CELLPHONE!!!! And told me that if I didnt like his treatment I was welcome to go somewhere else and handed me back the credit cards.Basically, he called my cousin deaf, he disliked the fact that my cousin didnt speak English, and he dislikes helping people who doesnt look like him (our money doesnt have a value)I am a US citizen and this is the first time I feel offended and mistreated and the first time I experience a racism situationUnfortunately this person represents enterprise and represents the company values... and the values that he represents are of a person without empathy, compassion (because he doesnt know the reasons behind we needed a car)He doesnt know if we have health issues, if my cousins are visiting for medical treatment,And the way that he treated us was the worse he deserves to work At the morgue (not even because you have to show compassion). I rented a car for a quick weekend getaway with my friends and chose this office because it was conveniently located. When we picked up the car we were helped by Scott, a Management Trainee. He was super polite and professional even when he dealt with a difficult customer before us. The whole experience on picking up and dropping off the car was so quick and easy that I would definitely come back to this location.

I reserved a car online and the initial store didnt have the car available and they sent me to this branch. The car was ready and the process was super smooth. I do highly recommend that you do as much as possible online to expedite everything. Otherwise the customer service was great and the overall experience was hassle free.

Ive been renting from this Enterprise location for a few years now and though it isnt perfect every time, it comes close. The reps really work hard to accommodate everyone. They are very helpful and friendly even with the more difficult customers. I recently rented a vehicle from a different rental company but realized that Enterprise really is the only way to go!

The employees at this location are amazing, very efficient and helpful. I have rented from this location on three separate occasions and every time service has been smooth and quick. I always go to Enterprise in coral springs on the corner of university drive and royal palm .For years now that is my go to location. They have always been at the top of their game as far as customer service and making sure that my needs are fulfilled every time i have been their. This past Memorial Day i had reserved a car a week ahead and when i arrived in the morning, as you could expect for a holiday weekend the car i would be getting was not returned, so right away they found a car for me without hesitation, and drove me to another location local and in no time i was on my way.... Thumbs Up!!!!!!!

One of the worst car rental experiences I have ever experienced. Thank you for ruining a day of my vacation. We made a reservation online and were given a CONFIRMED reservation to pick up on Thursday, December 28th at 9:00am. When we arrived no vehicle! As I was waiting I saw at least 4 other customers with a confirmed reservation who were also told their cars were not available. This branch is completely disorganized and doesnt care about your time or your plans. Over promise and under deliver! After a five hour late delivery I was told one day of the rental would be waived. What I was not told is that it would be prorated, based on the weekly rate, so I saved six dollars on a charge over four hundred. Thanks for nothing!

Ive been coming here for a couple of years, more frequently in the past year and im so happy with their service. Dont bother with Hertz, next door. Come here. Everyone behind the desk is super friendly. Recently, i had scheduled a pick up but my phone number was wrong in the system. The gentleman who was picking me up actually got out of his car and knocked on my door to make sure i was picked up. Anybody else would have just left and said oh well.

This is the Enterprise location closest to my home and I have used them for my last 3 local rentals. This past recent experience was amazing, although they were extremely busy on a Friday afternoon and I had made my reservation a few hours earlier in the day. I was taken care of as quickly as possible. The representative greeted me and made me aware that there is a delay since they were extremely busy. I did not get upset because I understood as I physically saw about 8 people waiting. Kudos to the staff at this branch for working tirelessly to provide an excellent experience even though they were busy.

Hello...Theres nothing really to mention...Enterprise could not help me...my car was in the shop and i needed to get to work,i called five different locations and not one had a vehicle for me to rent,they claimed the spring breakers rented all the cars.The ONLY reason why i even gave a one star rating is JUST to be able to write this review.I made reservations st 7:45 am the morning of the first day i tried to rent the vehicle,the location in Coral Springs,Florida where i live told me that they would not be able to pick me up until after 12 noon,when that time passed and no one called.....i called and was told that they still didnt have a vehicle for me,so i asked so when was someone gonna call me to tell me that?they just didnt bother to care!

I rented a car from enterprise for a weekend away with the family, since our own vehicle was taken to the shop for some work. When we showed up at the counter, the employee said that they had no more vehicles, and that we would have to wait approximately 3 hours or so for a car. This was unacceptable due to the fact that I had called the location just before going to pick up the car because we were running a few minutes behind. The employee who answered the phone said they had cars available but no upgrades were available at the time. Finally after a heated discussion with customer service and the employee, they all of a sudden had a vehicle for us. When we received the car, we drove off and noticed a foul smell in the car, and it looked as if it was wiped down inside with a cloth that had never been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting!! We had called a few different Enterprise locations to see if we were able to trade the car in. Unfortunately, they didnt have any available. We have rented many vehicles in the past with this company, but this was absolutely the worst experience ever. We noticed that there were a lot of other unhappy customers there at the time we were dealing with our situation. When we returned the car, we explained the problem, and it looked as if the employee didnt even want to hear about it or even cared. Very unhappy!!

I had an amazing experience at Enterprise in Coral Springs. I arrived to pick up a car right at closing time but the friendly staff was kind enough to wait for me which I really appreciated. I rented a beautiful new Crysler 300 which rode like a dream! The price was unbeatable to say the least. I have to go out of town every month this year and I definitely plan to rent a car again from Enterprise of Coral Springs.

The waiting time was always reasonable and he was a perfect gentleman providing good advice and was always patient. He walked me through the process of dealing with communication between Enterprise, my insurance company and the collision center. Nicholai (Manager) is so helpful, courteous, and professional. The staff is cordial as soon as you walk in to the facility, in which you are greeted and asked for assistance. Enterprise is the company I will continue to do business with as long as they keep staff that is concerned about the customers needs. That is the reason I frequent this business often. I advise customers to give this location a try. Never had any real issues, and if so, I was fully accommodated.

What would you call someone who says they want you to be happy but then goes out of their way not to give you what you asked for.The sales person I dealt with was pushy and really didnt listen to me. I came in to see a specific car type and the first thing he tried to do after listening was to show me two other cars of a different make and higher price. Then after running my credit I told him I received a much better offer on financing based on my Credit Score and he told me I was making that up to negotiate.
