Ii rented a Toyota Corolla 2021 from amir for a week to Ocala and the car drove like dream amazing gas Mileage , amir got me a great deal including tolls , great mgr great customer service, i highly recommend Avis in coral springs and deal with amir, will definitely always be using Avis in the future .

Reserved a vehicle for rental. Got to the location and they had no vehicles. Manager just said tough luck go pound sand. Didn’t offer any resolution. I will call corporate and make sure they know how this location is treating their customers. Hopefully they go the same route as Hertz and go out of business. This manager does not deserve to have a job.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Manager at Coral Springs office is completely incompetent and very rude... I rented a suv with bald tires and the suv smelt like cigarettes... I was there on a Sunday and he was complaining the whole time I was there like it was my fault... he is very very nasty man this manager... I feel bad for Jessica who works there has to deal with such a nasty manger... I WILL NEVER USE AVIS AGAIN!!!!

Hands-down one of the best locations. I travel almost weekly and every time you go in this location, I am greeted with a smile, I am helped quickly and the cars are clean. Feels like the Manager is always at the location and really cares about exceeding his customers expectations.

I used Avis on two occassions on my recent visit to Coral Springs. Armin was excellent. Customer service was 5 star +. I highly recommend this branch of Avis operated by Armin. The cars were 1st class.

I switched over to this location after having an extremely offensive experience at my primary location. Amir has been amazing each time! I rent over 5 times a month and its consistently great service each time.

Renters Beware! Stop and read the reviews before renting a car here. I made my reservations several days in advance only to get a call 1 hr before pick up that there are no vehicles available. I asked if they could bring one from another location, and I was told that I could call and find out myself and if they do modify my reservation.Talk about no customer service! Hi, I want to let you know we dont have your vehicle you reserved, but you can call around and try and find one yourself.I called customer service, and they told me the next location is 3 miles down the road, and they have cars, BUT it will be an extra $100 at this location, oh and by the way, they close in 30 min.I then drive over to the distant location, and the guy working is stunned that Im there. He says we havent had vehicles since 10:30 this morning, and Im not sure why customer service sent you here.I will not be renting anything from Avis in the future. I called the local Enterprise dealer and picked up a vehicle the same day.

AVOID THIS LOCATION at University Drive in Coral Springs !! Do not rent a car from them as they will NOT have a vehicle ready for you. This happened TWICE to me. The first time I went I had to wait an hour for someone to return a vehicle. The second time around I made a reservation two months in advance and when I called to confirm I was told there were no vehicles available. This was going to ruin our family vacation as we had an itinerary set up to go to Orlando. We called corporate and was told we could drive 50 minutes to Fort Lauderdale airport to pick up a rental. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and I would never recommend Avis to anyone. If you want to roll the dice and make a reservation with them I would HIGHLY suggest NOT PAYING for the rental until you get to the location and confirm your vehicle is ready. We made our reservation online and did NOT use the option to pay for the rental at that time.

He will surely take good care of you.You should compare the price AVIS offers you with at least one competitor just to be 100% certain that you got a good deal.Anas told.me he will have the Ford F150 ready for me on Monday and he called me to confirm that it was available and ready for pick up. Good service, good car, good price.
