Ive rented twice with budget within 3 weeks in May 2021. Ive had a great experience and the service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. On my second booking Ive asked for the car Ive had on my 1st booking and they changed the car without a problem. Easy pic up and drop off. Definitely going to rent from them again on my next trip.

Great selection of cars. The employees here are kind and empathetic. You are usually in and out of here.

They need to do better. Returned the vehicle how I received it and was automatically charged for gas now it’s like pulling teeth for them to correct it. Oh and I paid with a credit card and they still held $250 dollars which they say clears in 24 hours… it’s been 24hours and it’s still pending on my account. Never renting from there again.

Wow! My wife and I love renting cars at Budget Coral Springs. Although we miss seeing and doing business with Mr. Deepak, we are so glad that someone as professional and kind as Caritas took over the business. She has gone far and beyond to meet our car rental needs every time. We have sent a few of our friends to rent cars from Budget Coral Springs and they were very satisfied as well.We will continue to recommend this car rental place.Thank you Caritas for going the extra mile every time to help us out!!! They did a good job for me however I think the $30 for loss damage waiver is excessive

We recently rented a mini van from this location for our road trip. It was apparent the staff went out of their way to ensure the vehicle was spotless when we rented the vehicle. This was by far the cleanest rental car in all of my years of renting cars. The staff and new ownership went above and beyond in honoring a promotion for us. Upon returning the car, the new owner helped us personally. They were very understanding and accommodating to my concerns. This location is an A+ and hats off to the new ownership for turning the location around.

What a stressful morning! Erin from this specific location made our experience exceptional, flawless and easy. Renting a car is tough enough and he made us feel at home. I 1000% recommend this place over anywhere else. His professionalism is an asset to a company like this and he needs to be recognized for how well he represents Budget. This place has a new owner and therefore new management. Honestly he is amazing. I flew from NYC for work and another branch totally dropped the ball on my reservation.When I tell you, he helped me out so much!! Imagine being stuck without a car in a new state. He’s well knowledgeable in the system where he was able to rectify my issues. I recommend this new location. Apparently he owns like 5 other branches so he knows what he’s doing.I recommend 5 out of 5!!!!

Renting my vehicle from Budget has always been mandatory with me. Great deals and always professional & I have always had a great rapport with them. Now my business has moved from Miami International to Coral Springs & my go to person is Carlitas. Truly a great person & she makes sure you leave SATISFIED. 😊

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the WORST budget I have ever rented a car from. I travel and rent cars quite often and I’ve never had a worse experience than this one. First they didn’t want to accept my card because it was a debit card. When I dropped off they wanted to charge me $250 over a tiny amount of dog hair which must have fallen of the double blanket I used to protect the car. I had a rental for 2 days and they charged me 3 days of toll because it was past 48 hours. STAY AWAY! I will be filing a formal complaint with budget company because I have never seen anything like this. I felt taken advantage of and I felt like they were crooks trying to take my money. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

This place has a new owner who is fantastic so disregard the earlier reviews. We are taking a roadtrip with 8 people and needed a specific car. We went to over 10 rental places who all, over the phone, claimed to have the car we were looking for...all of them did not - which we only found out aftet driving to each one. Finally I called this location and the owner picked up, she was so helpful and honest. She even called us after closing to update us on the car. We got the car we needed because of this Budget location and its great customer service.

Customer service was very gd.Insurance was but pricey but had nice enough car .

The staff at this Budget RAC location saved our trip by working very hard to find us a much needed pick up truck after another local rental company misled us by confirming our reservation the day before and then not having our / any vehicles. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend them !

How do you put -1 star review?... This is unbelievable. 3 weeks ago we made the reservation for a convertible. After 3 confirmations, I showed up just a little early to make sure it was ready and they HAVE NO CONVERTIBLES. In fact, they have another reservations so there is another person who is planning on this and when the show up, they will be disappointed.After looking at the reviews, it shows that you should never RENT A CAR FROM THIS GUY. If they knew they wont have the cars, why would they wait for us to come in? They offered me another car but it was just a regular sedan.The place called the airport and they are negative 5. They have 8 reservations for convertibles and only 3 cars available. they do this all time.

Such a good experience at this Budget. Dipak the main manager at this location is not only very accommodating to my rental experience but I notice he’s super nice to all the customers here. It’s worth mentioning when you see someone going above and beyond.

The customer service person was nice however they did not have the car that we booked then they offered us a second car and then retracted that one and then gave us a third car that really did not fit on needs and on our way on the highway to our destination we had lights going off on a dashboard that when we got to our destination we had to trade the car in whats trading the car in to get a new car it was totally filthy and unclean I gave it three stars because the customer service person at our original starting place was nice otherwise I would never rent rent from budget again

I got there and they didnt have the car I reserved over a week ago. The customer service was a joke. They didnt do anything to fix their mistake. I will never use budget again.

I love this budget location. Staff here is great and extremely accommodating. Owner Dipak acts like a regular member of staff and is very down to earth. He is very concerned about quality customer service. Fione and Caresa are very friendly and personable. This is my go to rental place.

I rent here about 3 to 4 times per year when either of our car is up for maintenance or family visits and they have never failed to provide good service, *****no hiden fees***** which is my biggest issue from other places.Cars are aleays clean and new. Easy in and out. I don’t even consider the 2 competitors across the street as they have disappointed on every experience.

The most unprofessional and disrespectful staff Ive ever dealt with. Also, very lazy. Did not move a finger to provide assistance for my little one and I. They didnt want my business so went to Hertz. Almost missed my flight because of them. Car was dirty and reeked of cigarette. They deserve a ZERO.

I called the manager/owner who was not in the office and transferred me to a automatic “on “sales person who gave me the wrong information..had somebody drive me over there & I was not able to get the vehicle due to that they gave me the wrong information by phone by a person named Maria which is the sales person from “at a call center”. Any out-of-state person do not go to this place ! Please .. Save the trouble & time . I wish I could give a zero ...

Great service here. The cars were meh. They tried to up sell me on a mustang v6 which ran me double the cost of the eco car. Which realistically was probably worth it but they werent pushy about it. Their Ford focus didnt have Bluetooth which sucked monkey butt. The car had a few spill stains on it too. But what do you expect when you pay so little. Come to think of it, my next rental was $7 a day. I probably will expect even less. But savings are savings.

I came to rent a car 8/26/19 at 1:30pm and my receipt says either Pieon or Fieon rented me my vehicle. I think this person needs another career because customer service is not her forte. She was extremely unpleasant and made me feel like I was interrupting her very busy life. I will not be coming back to this location.

This has been our family rental car service for over 15 years. They accommodate the needs of the customers to the best of their abilities. I like the vehicle selections and how clean they are when we rent.

Beware! Budget charges for early pick up, but doesnt tell you in advance!Like anyone checking on rent a car prices online, I was asked what was the approximate time of pick up. Not knowing for sure at the time, I entered 9:30am. However, I arrived that day at 8:30am to pick up the car. At no time there was it mention to me from the agent that the reservation was set at 9:30am and that I would incur an additional charge. I did not find out until I saw on my email receipt sent days later that noted that Budget charged me an additional $53.25 for an one hour EARLY PICK UP!!! (The full day rental charge was $70.00).I contacted Budgets customer service who refused to remove the charge. I travel all of the time and was a Fast Break member, but will never use Budget again!

The WORST experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Car was 2 hours late, dirty when we finally got it. Finally had car packed kids strapped in and ready to drive to Orlando back Fender started to fall off. We called Budget office since we were 5 minutes away and said they couldn’t help us until the following day. First and last

I called this place in hopes to rent a car. The person who answered indicated that no cars were avail and before I even asked if they have other locations he hung up.

Indian gentleman there is very nice and accommodating.

I was ready to give someone $20 just to attempt to smile. Horrible service....wont be back there. In fact, if you look at other reviews, its more of the same. just nasty to even talk to.

I have been renting here for a couple of years and I look over the fact that they rarely have cars, or the cars are dirty but overcharging me for a rental is where I draw the line. When I asked about it, the girl at the counter pushes me to call Customer Service - who apparently is not able to help either. No accountability and no customer service abilities. You have lost me as a customer.

To be even worse the gentleman who attended us was extremely rude. He told I should solve by calling or canceling online. I called and had no cars available anywhere else.
