Regret going this route to lease a car. Very draining process for me. There’s been so many missed informed, missed communication and so.. many fees with my process that I wasn’t aware of, including acquisition, surcharge, pré $900 delivery fee (that I wasn’t aware of AT ALL), any and every fees it turns out I have to pay and I thought getting a car this way would at least help get rid of at least basic dealer fees etc.. There’s even an “purchase option fee” that I was told was administrative fee. On top of that I was told that copies of paperwork and contract would be “mailed” to me but I never received the paperwork, weeks later I contacted person I worked with who claimed that she “saw delivery person handing me the paperwork” which was false especially considering that she left delivery site early and didn’t even see me signing any of the paperwork. After debating that I never received copies of the paperwork I received email copies of the contract only (weeks later). Fast forward to today, months later, I still never received other paperwork copies as requested.

I was in the market to purchase a car last month (June 2020) and was super anxious and stressed about having to go into a dealership with the COVID situation going on and having to spend hours negotiating and all the finance paperwork and the back and forth with the sales guy and finance manager. He delivered the cars to my house, we signed the paperwork and he took the existing cars. I didn’t have to spend all day a dealer or do something with our existing cars. So easy it seemed illegal!!! Frank is the man of the year. A complete paradigm shift in the car buying/leasing experience. I am blown away with the experience. As much as I love getting a new car, there is nothing I dread more than the process of actually doing so. It is always long, dragged out, and at the end you feel like you still got hustled.
