We had an appointment for 11 am. After dropping the car off at 10:20 am and seeing the number of cars double parked waiting for service, we asked if our car would be serviced today. We were told yes. At 5:28 pm we got a call telling us the car would not be serviced today. We were told next time we schedule an online appointment we need to call the store to make sure they can actually take the car at that time. If those are the rules, they should be posted online or just don’t have online scheduling for your location. Also, we asked upon arrival if the car would be serviced as scheduled. That sassy toned advice is indicative of how this business’ customer service has declined over the years. I think it’s past time for me to take my car and my business where it’s appreciated.

Went to the Firestone on H/way 138 in Conyers at 9a.m for tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would be a 2 hr wait. No problem! Waited 4 hours!! My vehicle pulled up to the door and the service man left. After standing in front the store clerks for another 30 minutes, the short bald-headed guy on the computer...I asked politely, Sir can you please check if my vehicle is ready? He yelled back with his eyes bulging out, dont you see Im busy? Shortly after the female attendant checked me out. Totally unacceptable! Wont be going back. sure what sure what he was doing. I said

I love Firestone but I’ve never sat and waited 4 hours for an oil change. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to set a decent appointment time for 12:30. NEVER come here in the afternoon or evenings. Book in the morning. Even then, you’ll probably still be waiting over two hours. Felecia was amazing. Just needs more mechanics. This is the only Firestone near Conyers and Covington.

I brought my Silverado to Firestone for alignment and checked in at 3:35 pm, I was told wait time was 1/ 1/2 hrs, at 7:22 pm while waiting for almost 4 hrs, I was told sorry we can’t do your alignment today bring it back in the morning.I was so shocked and disappointed in the professionalism and lack of customer service I kept my calm, ask for the manager and regional managers name, no empathy or remorse was expressed by Service representative. I remember the days when customer service meant a lot, customer service representative was very unorganized, keeps no record of how many cars are in line for alignment and doesn’t take in account what unfortunate end result can be for customer who waits and could possibly be turned away. I have been going to Firestone Auto-care for quite a number of years, and unfortunately I won’t recommend them any more to family and friends, unsatisfactory customer service.

They too care of my oil change. Great service. Felicia was very helpful. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the air filter I was told I needed was going to cost me around $100 but I ordered the part online for under $6.

Came here after I hit a curb on the side of the road. The tech named Billy went above and beyond in getting it fixed on labor day Sunday. With already a huge work load on his plant and closing In a hour and half. Thanks guys.

I was 8 hours from home on family vacation and within 20 minutes of this location when I noticed something wrong with one of my tires. I called and was told they could get me a new tire within an hour. When I got there 20 minutes later I was told they could not get to me that day. Luckily Tires Plus is less than a mile away and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. I have been a Firestone customer for 20 years in my home state and DO NOT recommend this location... unreliable.

Would of been 5 stars if they actually did the FULL alignment not just the rear left tire, also they had left my steering wheel off to the left therefore I had to return, but I will recognize the technicians for keeping me somewhat updated. Lastly Mike did help me out, didn’t try to sell me a service I didn’t need. Got 4 Firestone Indy 500, so far so good. Lastly I just wish they were a bit gentler with my wheels.

I was very reluctant to bring my vehicle into this shop and of course, they did not disappoint. 3+ hours for tire change, tech left for lunch. Business was slow and there was no reason for this nonsense. Manager tried to discount service but it did ruin my Anniversary dinner. Just drive right by this Firestone

The worse service I received ever. I bought new tires from discount tire, and I went to Firestone to get an alignment. The technicians just sit around joking all day while you are waiting for a service to be completed. I waited 3 hours to get an alignment. I drove my car back home and something didnt feel right. My steering wheel wasnt straight and its not a smooth ride. I took my car back to them to have them check it the next day and walking to them disrespecting another customer that was concerned about the wait time. The customer was told this is not your first rodeo you know its a long wait we will get to you when we get to you. I was took they didnt have time look at my car I would be the first one their tomorrow to get it. Its horrible customer service and poor work service. I wish I never gave them a dime. If you a can avoid this place then do.

Very disappoint with the service I received. I took my vehicle in to have new tires installed. The work was done and my vehicle returned to me. The next day upon driving the vehicle l noticed something was not right with the vehicle. The decision was made to return the vehicle to Firestone to resolve the issue. Within a week of having the new tires placed on the vehicle l was returning back to Firestone. The vehicle was returned and my husband and l waited to here back from Firestone. We had to repeatedly reach out to them about the vehicle. When we did here from them in regards to the vehicle it was because we returned to the facility and questioned what the issue was. We were given the run down of the problem, things that could have a detrimental effect on the tires if left untreated. The problem my husband and l now have with this information is, why didnt the technician share this information before these brand new tires were placed on the vehicle? NO ONE called before hand to say hey these are the things we found wrong with your vehicle, are you still interested in having these new tires placed on the vehicle. We would have never placed new tires on the car knowing the tires are going to be demolished in a rapid amount of time due to the other issues with the vehicle. We asked management why we werent informed of those issues before hand? No one had an answer. We asked about the cost to have the repairs work done, we were given an absurd amount. In the midst of us trying to resolve our issues management was arguing in front of the customers, they had to bust out another customers window because the keys were locked in the vehicle with the car running, with no oil in the engine!!! The ball has been repeat dropped at this facility. We have yet gotten our issues resolved with Firestone. We have reached out to their corporate office and have been repeatedly told someone will get back to use in 48 hrs. Again NO ONE has contacted us back. Thats been well over three weeks. I am very disappointed with the service Ive received.

Ok! I left this firestone ready to give a good review. We went here because our car wouldnt start correctly. Firestone took our car and told us it would be $300 we gladly paid because we were told it was only a falty battery. When me and my wife left the parking lot, not even 15 min later the car didnt want to start! We brung the car back immediately and waited for them to check the car for another hour at least, just to be told there was nothing they can do any further because their DIAGNOSIS reader was limted in what it could detect i was given my key and basically told to kick rocks. Simply incredible😒

This is a Wonderful, Honest, and very Kind & Caring Customer Service place. I took a vehicle that I thought about purchasing to get inspected, and Thank Goodness for Honest workers like Cynthia who works their and Truly informed me upfront of the issues with the vehicle. She clearly told the mechanic to make sure they check for code erasing, fluids, brakes, and other tricks auto sellers try to play. I was so Happy, especially me being a woman trying to buy a car during this high priced tax refund season time. She honestly told me how that car is not nearly worth what they were asking for. These people are the most wish washy repair shop I’ve ever seen. One moment they tell you one thing is wrong with your car then the next moment it’s something else. I went back and forth with these people for a whole week over a simple thermostat change and during this whole week I had to take Uber and Lyft. Everyday they have me a new time when the car would be ready. I recommend using a different car repair shop if you need repairs. My friends and family had also had problems with this location and in hindsight I wish I would have heeded their advice

Had the absolute worst service at any Firestone the other day. my wife tire kept loosing 10-15 psi a day. called to see if I could bring the tire in they said yes so I brought the tire in waited until they closed and they said sorry we ran out of time.This is why I called ahead!! they finally looked at it said we cant tell exactly where but its on the side wall nothing we can do you must buy a new tire. umm no. and to top it off when I bought new tires for my jeep they were supposed to replace a bad TPMS sensor but forgot to and then their machine to tell them which one was bad so now its been 1.5 months waiting for the new tool only to be told they no longer have my sensor and it would be another week or two. nope ill take my business elsewhere.

I went in on a Monday to schedule an appt for Tuesday. I was given an 11am appt to get my alignment done. I arrived at 11am on Tuesday for my appt and at 12pm noticed my car hadnt been touched and was parked in the same spot I drove into when I arrived at the center. At 1230pm I asked the Falcons fan Felicia, who was working at the counter how did appts work because my car was still sitting in the same place. At 1pm I asked for my car keys because I had errands to run. Later i called Cynthia the service manager and asked if I could bring my car back at 3pm and she agreed. At 5pm they finally pulled my car into the bay, I left the shop at 630pm. Felicia, and Terrence were great, but the wait was atrocious. It took 5 and a half hours out of my day that I can never get back and I had an appt.

Stopped in twice to use the tire warranty because I had a screw in the center of the tread. Just needed a patch done. Both times I was told that they were too busy to do it that day and Id have to leave my car. I explained that I have no way tonget around then and needed my car. No resolve. Stagger your work load and simple jobs such as an oil change should not have to take 4hrs I did not appreciate nor expected to wait this long especially when I called ahead and asked about store volume. Scheduled for oil change and more detailed work. after 2.5 hours asked status and told that the last thing was adding oil but no one was working my car. at 3hours the oil was not added and the other work was never completed. So 3 hours for an oil change.

Twice I have been deliberately lied to by the staff of this Firestone when getting tires replaced. Apparently proper rotation that they advertise on a poster in their lobby is too cumbersome to comply with. On my first visit getting two tires replaced I had to argue with the clerk to get the mechanics to put the new tires on the rear. The next visit to replace the other two tires, I marked the inside sidewalls to see if they actually got rotated; they polished the outer sidewalls of all the tires, something they have never done before in an attempt to cover up not rotating the tires and sure enough they werent rotated and even maintained they were after I pointed this out. Completely dishonest, cannot be trusted!

I was just there earlier today. Terrible, horrible unnecessary customer service. I am shocked on how I was spoken to by one of the lady workers. A dog gets spoken to better. A shame.She needs to find employment that does not include working directly with people. You never walk away from a customer with the problem unresolved. Same story everytime I come here, I am given a time of completion and its always longer than stated. My salesperson is always nice and professional. The manager comes off as somewhat annoyed by being questioned about the delays. A simple oil change going on 2 1/2 hours. I was told that one tech is working on two vehicles. I have to wait until he finishes installing tires. My truck has had the oil drain for over a hour. This is not a productive way to run a business.

Great people over there. When doing my brakes, they found that another Firestone location broke my wheel bearing when installing new tires. It was going to cost me over $500. Manager Jonathan took care of it and had it fixed for me for free. Jonathan, Amani, and Cynthia were all awesome.

The Conyers, Ga location charged me $203.95 for a crank sensor that my vehicle did not need. Now my vehicle is sitting at the transmission shop needing a transmission replacement. I picked up my vehicle from Firestone and my check engine light came right back on. I took it back and Firestone said it was pulling a PO740 code which is transmission related. They told me not to worry about it. Thanks for nothing Firestone.

I would avoid this shop at all costs.Scheduled a wheel alignment. Dropped off the vehicle for over 3 hours. They said that it would be done. They failed to get the alignment done. And kept the vehicle overnight.The service I experienced today was downright disrespectful and uncalled for. The Man I spoke with started hurling insults and got out of control very quickly.I was trying to figure out what he was talking about and then told me to get out and threatened to call someone reaching for the phone.Threatening customers is not wise move.I just came in for a wheel alignment, but they wanted to charge me extra for something. But I already have a life time alignment?I had some front end parts replaced.They are being paid to do the alignment are they not?Originally I dropped the vehicle off on Sunday and they said they would get it done. But they didnt. They had the car for over 3hours.I feel very ripped off and dont ever want to deal with this shop again.When I asked about it. Mid conversation the guy said get out. This is by far the worst service I have ever had. I will not be going back and would advise the same. Avoid.Not sure how this place operates but that is unacceptable.

Great service! We blew out both tires on the highway and were towed to this location. We were greeted first thing in the morning with amazing customer service. Both of our tires were replaced without trouble and reasonably priced. They did not overcharge us or suggest we needed additional services. We were almost certain we would need an alignment but were reassured that it was not necessary. We recommend this location!

I was very disappointed in the service we received. We had an appointment to get 4 new tires. We were told it would be 2 hrs. Which is ridiculous! Then they said we needed an alignment. After waiting another hour (3 total at this point) we drove back over to the shop hoping to get an update on our car only to discover the shop was closed! No one had called us or informed us about our car. Thankfully the manager was still inside and after knocking for 10 mins she came and opened the door and was extremely rude. We said we needed our car and that no one had ever called us. She said wed have to wait until tomorrow. We explained that was unacceptable and that we needed our car now after arguing with us a few more minutes she agreed to give us back our car. Ive never in my life had such terrible service or had a shop try to keep my car from me. Please if you value your time and car just avoid this place.

I pray other people read this. I took my truck in for a diagnostic check and for them to replace a hose. They DID NOT fix what I asked them to instead they called me talking about tires and an air filter! I paid 129.00 for my truck to still be sitting in my driveway. They wasted my time and my money. I honestly went into this situation in desperation. My water pump is leaking coolant and I had other issues that I could not diagnose. So when I came to Firestone, I was already stuck. My biggest fear was that they would take advantage of my desperation. But how wrong was I!!! Rohan is the most thorough mechanic I have come across! And Cynthia gave me the most exceptional customer service! I watched as they assisted others with the same respect. While I could not afford everything that was found in my inspection, I was able to address the most pressing issue - - the coolant leak. Rohan make sure I didnt leave until he knew the leak was fixed. I truly appreciate their customer service and look forward to doing more business with him in the upcoming months to resolve all of my issues. The good thing is the remaining issues are not as drastic the one for today. Thank you Firestone!

We came here on Friday because my mother-in-law purchased new tires from them last year and included in the purchase are free lifetime alignment services! Incredible. I dont know a ton about cars but Ive never heard of this deal before and even my husband thought it was pretty great. But beyond the great lifetime service, I was impressed with how fast they got us in and out on a Friday afternoon. No appointment needed, we just walked in around 1pm on a Friday, they quickly checked us in, very friendly customer service and told us it should be done in about an hour. So we went to lunch just down the street and by the time we came back, everything was done and the car was waiting for us. If you dont have another car to drive to lunch with, they have a nice, large waiting area with comfortable looking seats, TVs, drinks, etc. The place was well air conditioned, spacious and clean. We only had to get our tires rotated this time but with their friendly, fast service, I wouldnt hesitate to come to them for any of my other auto care needs.

Will never go back to this place they are crooks I went to get my car which is a bmw service with spark plugs and cores and they tried to charge me 1100 dollars. so I called someone else and they charged me 550. Took my car from them and took it to the place they were done in a couple hours car driving great! Seem to me they tried to put money in their pockets don’t don’t trust these crooks!!!!

Consumers beware. They will advise you of repairs you don’t need. In my case they told me my brakes were bad and I need 3 tires based on the dates on the tire. Had someone else check them out and they did not need to be replaced and the date is irrelevant if the tire is not worn.

Whats the point of scheduling an appointment and I still have to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seen? Not to mention the last time I was quoted an hour at this place, it turned out to be 2 hours. Out of all the Firestones in Metro Atlanta this location is the worst. I went to get my oil changed and brakes done. The claimed to have changed my brakes only to find out they NEVER DID. I called and spoke to them about it and each time that I went up there NO ONE would look at my car. Not only was this dangerous for me an my family, I had to take my car to ANOTHER Firestone and they REPLACED everything my brakes and rotors. DONT TAKE your car here, all they will do is lie about what they did and take your money.

I have been going there for 3 years and have generally liked this location, and the Firestone Auto Care stores in general but not anymore. I refuse to go back to this location. Second time in a row I was promised my truck back at a time and then forced to wait. Today 6/26/14 I left my truck for 4 hours to get an alignment done and they could not accomplish that. Do not go here. I dropped my car off to get a complete inspection before having to go on a long road trip. I came back hours later to check to see if they were done and noticed my car in the same parking space as if no one had looked at it. They said everything was in great condition and I specifically asked about my brakes which they said were fine, I paid and left. A month later I find out my break pads are in awful condition and urgently needed to be changed. Confirmed my theory that I was chgarged but no one actually took the time to inspect my car. DO NOT GO.

If there could be a -5 thats exactly what Id give them. Im still reeling from the experience I had with them on July 22nd. Recommending repairs that arent necessary! REALLY! Arguing with customers who have a little bit of knowledge, trying to belittle them. Thats LOW DOWN! I urge anyone who takes their vehicle to them to make them show use why you need to replace a part. I took my parents van to another company the same day and was able to view the rotors and pads they claimed needed replacing. I also took pictures.

So Im sitting here watching people come in/out its has rained for the 3 days or so. At least 1 out of 3 customers have slipped. The guys at the counter are saying be careful. I ask do they have a wet floor sign that may help. Well one of them waved me off but eventually put it out. Sorry for caring. If they hadnt pulled my care in, they wouldnt get my $500+ for tires.

I had a gas leak and couldnt get an oil change because of it which was understandable. They recommended a diagnostics (smoke test) to detect where exactly the leak was coming from which was $50, okay fine. They concluded that I needed a gas tank and fuel lines okay fine. They gave me the estimate of $1320 to complete the job okay not so fine. My actual mechanic lives an hour away. I talked to him. He said bring your car in to me that price is too high. He did the same smoke test. turns out I only needed a fuel pump. The cost of the service $656 half of what I was going to get ripped off for. Saved me over $600. Beware of the scams ask for your parts they claim to change at (any auto repair shop). I was saved thankfully. Try to find your own mechanic when serious and costly services are needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited this particular location to have my back brakes and rotors replaced. They told me I also needed front brakes and rotor replacements even though I had just had them replaced 6 months earlier. I took my vehicle to the place that replaced my front brakes and rotors because it was still under warranty two days later. The manager at this location showed me that my front brakes were still brand new as well as my rotors. Firestone In Conyers tried to rip me off by trying to replace brakes and rotors that were brand new! If you have any work done make sure to ask to see what they want replaced! They will most definitely try to rip you off and I am sure they have ripped off many customers in the past!
