I had not been to the dentist for almost 10 years. They came as a referral from a friend. The hygienist was knowledgeable and gentle. I went with the VIP program and for those of us with no dental insurance I find it perfect to accommodate 2 cleanings a year. The office is welcoming, very clean and relaxing. They were also on time and respected my time as well.

Had a more than great experience here. They actually do care about each patient, to be sure the patient is fully ready to go through surgery. The front receptionist staff is super friendly and well accommodated, and always have a cheerful demeanor with a smile. Couldnt say more about their professional and great staff they have there. Will definitely be back to complete my surgery and future check ups

Great experience with Patient First Dental Care. Check in was a breeze and spent less than five minutes waiting before I was brought back to the exam room. The room was exceptionally clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Dr Samantha, Amanda, and Paige made sure I was comfortable and made sure I understood everything they had to do for the day to ease my tension. I had an excellent experience and am looking forward to my next visit.

Highly recommended!!!!! Had a tooth ache that would not go away and hurt constantly. I call the office and they got me in as soon as I could take off. The doctor did x-rays and she saw I had a filling that came lose. She asked if I had time for her to fix it and they fixed it same day and kept me from having to take multiple days off. When it came time for check out the front desk girls even set me up with a payment plan that was able to fit my budget. The whole team was friendly and this office really makes you feel like family. Just had my first deep cleaning on my teeth in years! I had the hygienist Paige. She did in amazing job, my teeth and gums have never felt so clean. I also had 4 crowns re cemented, the quality and attention to detail here is just great. Client for life.

Went in for Wisdom teeth removal and would take two sessions. On second session once he finished the work he informed me that my insurance did not cover enough of the cost and I would have to pay $1,500 out of pocket to make up for the difference. Later found out that my insurance paid out over $1,000 to him. Looked up and quoted other dentist because i felt that was way too much being charged and my average quote was $1,000 for the whole thing.I just recommend quoting other people, was taken advantage of unfortunately not knowing any better.

Very bad and disappointing experience. First time customer to this dentist office, been having acute pain with headaches daily for a week. Had 2 appointments with this office and all they did is took x-rays both visits with no clue what the problem was. Took days off, lost money and still with pain. Very aggravated that the dentist couldnt figure out what the problem was. Only good part was the prescription pills.

Had a slight dental emergency when a filling fell out, while visiting Lake Conroe. I hate going to dentists, but knew I needed to get it taken care of ASAP. I called Patient-First & they were truly nice & accommodating. They got me in that day. The procedure was virtually painless & done quickly. Dr. Fletcher & is staff were all wonderful. I cant thank this clinic enough.

It was an overall pleasant experience. Dr Fletcher has a good sense of humor and which I like. His employees are all super courteous and have a smile on their face which makes the experience a good one since going to the dentist can be stressful for some. I had a root canal with them and I’ve had zero pain from the procedure. I’m not sure if that’s normal since I’ve never had one before. I’m not very experienced with dental work so it would be nice if the steps were being explained as they were doing them rather than me being in the dark about what’s happening but that can be remedied by asking questions. I’ll definitely be going back for future work. Highly satisfied.

July, 1 2020 my daughter had a procedure done at another dental office. By the end of the day she was in severe pain. She called that office spoke to the answering service twice and never got a call back. We proceeded to start calling ER dentist offices, urgent care and regular ER hospitals and no one would take her due to Covid19, so I posted asking for help on FB and a friend replied with Dr. Fletchers information. My daughter called spoke with him as he doesnt have an answering service he prefers to deal with his clients direct. Dr. Fletcher got her in the next morning at 7am sharp and helped her. I cant say enough good things about him. He was kind, gentle and very patient with her. The level of customer service we recieved from Dr. Fletcher was above and beyond. If you are looking for a dentist who provides an amazing level of care and truly cares about his patients then he is your guy. Thank you for being there for her when no one else would. You have gained new clients for life.

I have been a patient of Patient First Dental Care for many years. I have been very pleased with the quality of care that my whole family gets. The dentist is very creative and does excellent work. Taylor (6yrs old) was scared to death by a classmate about going to the dentist. Rhonda had cleaned her teeth before with no problems but since hearing her classmates story she was terrified. Rhonda was so sweet and took her time with Taylor. Within minutes I could hear Taylor laughing and having fun while getting her teeth cleaned. Rhonda is so excellent with children! The next day Taylor asked if she could have her teeth cleaned again by Rhonda. 😀

I have been going to Fletch since we moved to Texas in 1998. My sister recommended him to me. When I had a problem with my dentures (they broke in half), I called Fletch at 9:30 that night, left him a message and expected that they would get back with me the next morning. He called me back in less than 10 minutes! You cant get better service than that. I wont go any place else. Neither will my husband, my sister, my niece and my great nephews. That is what I call a true Family Dentist Office. :)

So I’ll admit I’m a little more than apprehensive when it comes to seeing the dentist. My past experiences were a bit traumatic lol. When my girlfriend made this appointment due to a broken wisdom tooth and the reoccurring pain I was in, I went reluctantly. The staff was genuine and fun and put my mind at ease. No insurance had me fearful on behalf of my wallet, but to my surprise the entire process was completely affordable. Never had a tooth pulled before but The Dr. was INCREDIBLE! I didn’t feel anything (including the initial shots to numb me in first place). This was yesterday and today I am eating normally and I’m pain free (no meds). Top knotch! I highly recommend.

Y’all, Dr. Fletcher is so cool for an old(er) dude. He’s like Maverick from Top Gun if Maverick was old(er) and, ya know, a dentist instead of an Air Force pilot. But I think that’s because Ol’ Fletch was a dentist in the military overseas. He’s obviously very experienced and you just know he’s seen and fixed everything.He’s also adorable with my kids. I have four. Their last dentist had all the tv screens and snacks and what have you. But we we pulled out of Pateint First my 8-year-old asked if we could go back there next time. Cause I’m telling you, Fletch is COOL.His staff is also legit, also experienced, also fab with my kids. My 6-year-old needed x rays and for some reason decided that morning that he did NOT like x-rays. I had to chase him around the house and OUT IN THE FRONT YARD while he screamed bloody murder about not going to the dentist. Fun mom moment. The only way I could get him in the car was by promising him there would absolutely be no x-rays for him that day.Of course it was our first visit and he needed X-rays. I wrung my hands and worried he would never forgive me. But the Dental Assistant took him back and distracted him with her calm and also unusually cool banter then got his X-rays done like a dental ninja before he even knew what was going onIn general I don’t know how Ol’ Fletch has chosen his staff but I imagine “magical” and “amazing” must surely be engraved in golden unicorn dust on each of their resumes.Choose Dr. Fletcher. You won’t regret it.
