Huge improvement over my old dentist that I had been going to for years. I moved and found Element Dental that was closer to home in my insurance network. The examination process was very up-to-date, All digital. I had a crown fitted and my teeth cleaned. I have super sensitive teeth and the staff was very considerate of the sensitivity. This visit was completely pain-free and I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing dental work. They have good office hours and even are open on Saturdays.

I love this place for my child they are so fast and super friendly. Very kid friend sly and the staff is very polite.

I really enjoyed my first experience with this place, the staff was great, and not to mention the dentist 😀 😁 was awesome 👏. She was so very nice and she wasnt in a rush. She was very concerned about what I needed and she did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth today. They feel so much better, I definitely would recommend this place to other friends and family members.

I had an excellent experience at Element dental. I had fell & injured my front teeth. They got me in right away even though I was a new patient. They did all 3 of my temporary crowns on my first visit. Very pleased.

Zero stars! My son and I showed up for our appointments this morning and the office was locked. We waited for two months for these appointments and never got a phone call letting us know the office was no longer open. The voicemail does not indicate that the office has been closed either.

I took my daughter here today to get her 3-month check up and I was absolutely satisfied with the service. My daughter, who is 2, was scared to get her teeth checked but the doctor was able to calm her down in seconds and help her relax! I definitely recommend this office because they are beyond amazing!

Brought both of my sons in after the terrible year we had last year. One is still a toddler, and is well. The oldest has issues, but the staff and doctors treated him with dignity and care. Very helpful and patient.

I had a broken partial tooth at 3:15 today.And. Element Dental were able to fit me in as an emergency tooth pulled.I know everyone doesnt like going to the dentist.But when youre in a jam they took care of me.I give him five stars for that staff were great and nice.Thank you, Element Dental

They got the job done but to be honest my daughter is 9 years old and I was allowed to actually be in the room with her... And that dentist assistant was really kind of rough and kind of rude to the point where she told my daughter if she kept pushing her tongue on her finger she was going to keep pushing it back harder! At one point my daughter even screamed out in pain and I couldnt help but jump up and say oh hell no! I just held her hand from that point on! I honestly can say the experience dont sit right with me at all! 😟

HORRIBLE!!!!! My 8 1/2 month pregnant wife waited for 2 hrs (over an hour of that sitting alone in the dentist chair waiting for someone to see her) for a cleaning that she wasnt able to stay and get! If she had stayed it would have been over a 3 hr wait!!

When you walk into a place you should be greeted by a smile and actually looked at, what I got was a clipboard full of paper and felt as if. I was rushed to fill the paper out. There wasn’t a line of people signing in. Not once did she actually look at me. This was my first time being here and was already weary. Once I got into a room connie and dr chau really turned my whole experience into the best. They were super friendly and patient and even helped try to make my daughter feel comfortable as much as possible.

Dr Chau did such a great job! She knows what to do and how to do it! Very caring! Best dentist I have ever been to

Do not come here!! They take forever to put you in a room. Staff is very rude.. I do not recommend this place whatsoever!

We always have a good time at the dentist. Friendly staff help keep my younger children feel safe and calm during their appointment. The dentists and assistants are knowledgeable, and they put my mind at ease to the fact that my children’s teeth are being well taken care of. Sometimes the wait is long, but they have TVs and family friendly shows to make the time pass quickly.

This particular office REFUSES to let me go back in the room with my daughter. In fact, they said I had to wait in my car! Shes NEVER been here before! She instantly started crying. 99.9% of ADULTS are afraid of the dentist! Shes THIRTEEN years old! Shes NEVER been to ANY appointment without me. Their excuse? COVID...Since when is it acceptable for a MINOR to have interactions with a Doctor WITHOUT a parent or guardian present?? NEVER! No thank you!

So I was told over the phone to arrive at least 30 minutes early to be brought in promptly so I arrive at 11:30 my appointment is at noon. at noon I still hadn’t been called back I’m like OK it’s just my appointment time at, 12:30 comes around and they call me like we haven’t forgot about you don’t worry. 1 o’clock rolls around still nothing, 115 still nothing so I start going back home. I walked there and they made me stand outside in the cold so around I think it was like what 125-ish they call me. ‘Oh we’re ready for you’After I already called and got sent to voicemail and explained it had been almost 2 hours of me waiting. Do not recommend .

Connie is great!! Her cleaning is thorough and deep. A shiny smile is always achieved here and the whole gang does a great job to make you feel comfortable.

My son was kept waiting over 2 hours to get his teeth cleaned. They do not keep the same dentist for.long. it seems to be a revolving door. We are changing to another practice even though we have been going here for years primarily because they have Saturday hours. We will forgo that for another dentist that respects your time. Never should you keep someone waiting over 2 hours. Shameful.

Very courteous and polite staff. Was called back for appointment in timely manner. Updated on what needed to be done and given the option to proceed or reschedule.

My son had a baseball injury which left his front tooth damaged, and falling out. Dr. Cho was phenomenal at helping fix his tooth. I can never thank this office enough for getting us in so quick and for helping save my sons tooth.

The staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with setting up an appointment for my grandson. When we arrived for his appointment Dr. Staggs and her assistant were very pleasant and gentle with him. Dr. Staggs completed the exam while working with a moving target and she provided helpful answers.

We went to this place and they said that they did take the insurance but, when they checked if my child needed braces they gave me a quote and said that they were not In network so it was a waste of time and school time as well

This office is lacking staff that cares about the patients. The doctors and dental hygienist never stay more than a year and a half to 2 years, but they are usually good. The front desk ladies are hit or miss. Some are great while others needs lots of training. For example, today they neglected to tell me that I would need 2 people for my kids appointments later this week. One adult to be inside with one child and another adult to sit outside with the other child in the car. This is information that should be shared before the appointment, preferably when making the appointment. I wouldnt have known had I not asked. I understand that things have changed with Covid. However, the patient needs to notified of the changes in a timely manner.It seems I am very irritated with the office staff most of the time. My insurance keeps me there.

Loving the new Orthodontist. He is professional and makes sure everyone is comfortable and aware of the procedures. His assistant is kind and always makes my daughter smile. We are loving the new changes. Very positive environment.

The back office staff was very nice and friendly. I was happy with their services however the front desk I was not. The lady who checks you in rarely smiles and you can tell she doesn’t wanna be there and the lady who checks you out was rude to my daughter. Wouldn’t even give her a 25 cent toy after we’ve been there twice in one day. All it takes is one person to ruin the experience. We will not be going back there.

I called Monday morning as a new patient and they were able to get me in Tuesday afternoon. They were polite, friendly, kept everything cleaned. I needed a filling and they were able to do it while I was there. They let me know what the cost was before I agreed to go ahead with the filling. With everything going on they took extra precaution and they were very concerned about everyone’s safety. Great office!

Rude receptionist. Not the first time someone says it.

The business management of this establishment needs to improve its process with patients, as it pertains to visit procedure and cost. Clerks at the front desk should present a document of what the procedure is going to be for you visit and what it is going to cost before just asking for money before you see a dental professional.The person that checks you in needs to introduce themselves and inform the patient of what process they are going to perform when checking you in. Furthermore, the person checking you in should inform you of the name of the Dental Hygienist who is going to perform a teeth cleaning, if that is the purpose of your visit.My visit today was with a new employee (Dental Hygienist), who I never got her name, but she was exceptional in her work. She knew what she was doing and focused on my teeth.The Dental Professional or Assistants should always walk you out and speak with the Office Clerks about setting up a next visit. They need to inform the clerk the name of the patient and provide any information as necessary.I spoke with the Dentist on my visit today, but they did not check my teeth after the Hygienist completed their work. I thought this was a routine procedure for Dentist.I trust this Dentistry, as attention to my teeth has been acceptable. Its their visit process that needs to improve.

TERRIBLE WAIT TIME!!!2 hrs total: 30 min waiting to get called in, 15 min X-rays, 45 min waiting for dentist/technician, 30 min routine cleaning. Way too long, 10:00 in the AM!

The process in place is horrible . It took a full hour and a half for a child cleaning. Because of COVID-19, they had me sit in my car from 10 am until 11:30 am( appointment time 10am, which I had confirmed if they were on time at 9:45 am). When I had called several times for an update from my car, ( because I didn’t know what was happening, and why it was taking so long, since this was a routine cleaning, and supposedly they were only allowing 1 patient in at a time and NO PARENT) they had told me they are almost finished, each time.( while my kid is texting me from inside, he’s been sitting I. The chair, after the cleaning for half hour watching TV with no one around! The final time I called I asked them to send my kids back outside! This makes absolutely no sense, I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THEY KEPT MY CHILD THERE, and I still never heard An update from the dentist After the cleaning!!!!Horrible!!!!

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone is very friendly.Dr. Chau is excellent. Made my root Chanel a better experience than I expected. The new cap matches very well. She does excellent work and has a great personality.

Only had to wait 18 minutes today and they were busy.. always polite and friendly.

Staff is great! Payments are low! We only pay 66 dollars a month and I can already see a difference in my son’s teeth. Everything is put on hold due to Covid but that is not their fault. We started treatment the day before thanksgiving.

I went to mint dentist, @ 1st, & then came 2 element dental 4 a 2nd opinion. They really took care of me. This is my teeth’s new home.

First appointment. All employees were courteous and professional. Haley took xrays. She was careful and apologetic for any discomfort. Katie, who cleaned my teeth, was gentle but thorough. Dr. Wen evaluated the xrays, clearly defined what issues I have with my teeth. He was understanding about the time table I have for medical issues this year and encouraged me to keep them in the scheduling. As I was done, Kathrine was able to put together my billing in a short time so that I can file for reimbursement from my insurance company quickly with all necessary documents. A well ordered office and practice. I was very pleased and will be back.

Went in with a toothache under a bridge. They did xrays and gave me a plan to clean my teeth and put in 2 crowns on other teeth but did nothing for my problem. Dentist said I needed to see an Endodontist cause she couldn’t tell from her xrays what is wrong with my tooth that hurts. Needless to say I told them my tooth has to be addressed before anything else and their endodontist is not in my network. So, starting over still with a toothache.

Not impressed. If you say you’re a pediatric dentist and have NOTHING on the walls and babies waiting over an hour to be seen. You’re not a pediatric dentist! The floor was disgusting, it was jam packed and again the wait with two boys under 3 was a disappointment and embarrassment!

Very happy with this place. It’s clean and the staff is great. I love my son’s dentist. She sang to him while he was getting the shot. He did not freak out.

I called on Saturday the 28th of December to see if there was a possibility of me getting a tooth pulled and was told we can give a exam for $60.00 but we are full on doing extractions today. Why would you be willing to take my money for a exam but not take care of the problem? The reason I called is because my wife has been a patient there. I called friendly dentists on 242 and dr Nguyen was absolutely awesome. If you want a awesome dentist go there. They wont screw you and they are very reasonable.

I have been coming here for years and have always received top notch customer service! Today I needed to reschedule my time to be seen by the orthodontist & they moved my appt to a later time with no problem. Glad they are so accommodating.

Element Dental is fine for the most basic dental services. In my 6 years as a customer, I never saw the same dentist or hygienist twice. When I had a serious dental problem, I was referred elsewhere, and there was a 2 1/2 month wait. I will not be going back to Element Dental.

Had to wait to 30 mins pat my appointment time to start the appointment, they were very thorough with the X-ray they took. Was put into a room waited 15 mins for the hygienist when she was done waited another 10 min for the Dentist to come in and check.The X-ray tech: 10 out of 10 very efficient.The Hygienist: 10 out of 10 very informative and knowledgeable.The Dentist: 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A very nice young man who thorough in checked me out, told me to keep my eye on a particular spot.Wait time 2 out of 10 😞 I’m very lucky that I had nothing else on for after my appointment. Otherwise i would have been freaking out.All in all a great experience, just got to have enough staff or don’t book too many patients for the same time.Thank you Element Dental see you in the spring.

I understand there can be delays because of COVID 19 but the delay if more than 15 to 20 minutes is really not good

Staff is friendly. However, Orthodontics care needs to be improved. We transferred from their Spring location to their Conroe location. I asked for their records to be transferred when I scheduled the appointment and on our first appointment at the new location realized that they never did. They didnt have the x-rays to help have a full picture of what needed to happen. They started another treatment to close up the gap they actually needed to open to help make room for her impacted tooth. I complained and they said it was supposed to happen that way. The next appointment five weeks later, records were still not there. I complained and they found the x-rays. The Orthodontist then did the correct treatment. When we went back five weeks later the x-rays were deleted. Another treatment done without the full picture. Im a frustrated with Element Dental.

Very fast to take us back to the exam room, very polite, knowledgeable and kind. Took my 5 year old and they were great with her!

Amazing service. I was scheduled for a root canal at one of their other locations. I went in to the Conroe location telling them how much pain I was in and they fit me in within 10 minutes of just showing up. The doctors are amazing and the office manager will take care of business. I highly recommend and will continue to receive service here.

This is my second time here and I wasnt greeted either time, today I wasnt even acknowledged they stared at me and continued doing whatever they were doing and finally someone came over. The first time I waited 45 min in the waiting room and 1 hour in the patient room. My daughter was here for a cleaning and no one came back there I had to go up front and after I said something 5 people magically appeared in the room. The hygienist was awesome he was very nice and made my daughter feel comfortable, most of the staff was nice but unless you speak Spanish the lady at the front desk doesnt give you the time of day.

I am very pleased with the dentist and his staff especially saving my tooth I left out of the dentist pain free especially after hurting all week long

Ive been fighting with 2 other dentist to get my daughters teeth done. We walked in and had ex rays, a cleaning done and then he asked if we like to do everything done today. It was awesome, were out in 2 1/2 hours with Everything completed! Thank You!

Great orthodontist office! We waited less than 10 mins to be called back and the doctor was in shortly after that. Answered all our questions, provided great financing options and cash pay amounts and staff was super friendly and welcoming !

I have always hated trips to the dentist, but I must say that today was a pleasant experience. Dr. Chase Lindsay was very professional but he was also very caring and really put me at ease.
