Her assistant, Caroline, is also quick, kind and efficient. The reception desk was very professional and the check in process takes less than 10 minutes for a new patient. The prices are affordable, even without dental insurance, and they offer savings plans. As a bonus, the whole staff made my oldest two children’s first dental experience painless and cheerful. First time visiting a dentist in MANY years! The location was extremely clean and well kept, everyone there was so professional and made me feel very comfortable. They shared my dental plan which included pricing before moving forward. I got a deep cleaning done with such ease and no pain whatsoever! They were very thorough and my teeth look immaculate!! Went to Dr Patel around two yrs. ago to have 2 teeth removed. Was in so much pain afterwards. (Too much to review at the time, wouldve given 0 stars.) But the cleaning, staff and consultation were great. Had a whole plan worked up for additional work plus dentures. But it was way too painful to even think about :(.

The doctor listens your concerns, explains everything for you and is very friendly. Last but not least, something I have never seen before in a dental office and blew my mind, a TV on the ceiling with Netflix and other channels you may want to watch while getting dental care. I was happy to find this dentistry outfit near my place of residence and Drs. Taipan and Shivani Patel to be participants in my preferred network. Went for an urgent visit and it led to wisdom tooth extraction. In a couple of days I was feeling like myself thanks to the very quick diagnosis followed by extraction that was very professionally done.

Went in for a checkup to see about the healing on a tooth they had extracted, ended up having me stay for a teeth cleaning i didnt have time for before work. Im disappointed that when i told the dentist that he still insisted on me staying.

Boy oh boy, I was in bad shape, with a bad tooth that was long over due for some attention, but waited too late. Starting having bad headaches, jaw bone was so painful, even had a bad ear ache. And just a couple days before the new year Holidays, wasnt sure if I could get anything done with it, my dentist was out of town, it really felt like my head was going to explode. So I was incapable of anything at this point. My wife it the internet, and found, Grand Central Dentistry, and a appointment was set up immediately, I was unable to to get my act together and couldnt make it in time,was no problem they reschedule to fit my schedule. And now I have a New Wonderful Dentist Team. A really nice Wife & Husband dental team that work together in a extremely professional caring manner. Modern office and equipment that made me feel I’d been missing out on something at my old place. The staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. In the short time I have been in Conroe, a bit over 2 years, I have been to 3 dentists and have not felt confidence or comfortable with any of them. This recently changed for me when I met and was treated by Dr. Shivani Patel. Truly a professional who is not after the money but rather after treating the patient in a progressive, efficient, and cost effective way. I must also add the her staff is likewise top of the line, very professional and welcoming. What an overall breath of fresh air!

I did a lot of research prior to choosing Grand Central Dentistry and they lived up to my expectations. I even travel a 1/2 hour to get what I wanted (and accept my insurance). My teeth are somewhat problematic and need a lot of maintenance to stay in great shape. I have found in the past that other dentists are a rip off and just want to do services to make money not care about your overall dental health. I was looking for a private practice, not a strip mall chain dentist. They were thorough and about the health not what they could add on as services. My other criteria was sedation. They offer laughing gas which I was having a hard time finding. All the staff was great, they are friendly, attentive, quick, thorough, pleasant, etc. They explained the cost of the services I needed in a very clear concise way. Great office technology! Dr. Patel was gentle, thorough and runs a great practice! Im super happy to have found them.
