I am a new resident of the area. First visit due to issues with a tooth. Everyone very awesome! Lauren, the scheduler/ office person, Brie the dental assistant and of course, Dr.Orn. Told me everything to expect — professional, yet friendly. I had to have a tooth extracted the next week. Never felt any pain. Again, Brie and Dr Orn were great in explaining the process— took less than an hour and I was surprised when he told me he was finished . Highly recommend Dr Orn and his office

I had not been to the dentist in a very long time and was nervous to go back. I’m very thankful and pleased with my experience at Harper’s Preserve Dentistry. Everyone has been so nice and has done everything they can to make me feel comfortable with some not so comfortable procedures. I would recommend them to everybody and plan on going to them for as long as I can.

Dr Orn made the anxiety and painful previous dental experience so much better! Coming up with a step by step dental treatment plan with an explanation for each thing! Even follows up after a procedure! Communicates and listens to patients unlike other dentists. Highly recommend

I had my first appointment this morning at Harpers Preserve Dentistry. I must say that they provide the most bespoke and friendly customer service. Everyone from Lauren & Kevin @ the front desk are super friendly both over the phone and in person. Bre made the X-ray part (for some unknown reason not my favorite part) easy, fast and comfortable. Dr. Orn was just as personable, thorough and took the time to point out where the problem was and create a plan for me (and actually explain it). Amanda is the absolute best! She made a trip to the dentist a fun one and explained everything that she was doing in finite detail. I cannot say enough kind things about this practice and am so happy that I have finally found a permanent dental office in Conroe! highly recommend it!

I LOVE everyone there. Dr. Orn is spectacular and so patient. I went in needing a lot of work, I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and I have anxiety when I do go. Dr. Orn was thorough about explaining to me what I needed, he was also kind and never at any point made me feel bad about the state of my teeth. I am beyond glad that I chose them, from the front desk to the hygienists to the doctor, everyone is lovely, professional and helpful.

Hands down the best dental place Ive ever been before!! First off scheduling an appointment was super easy and they even sent a reminder the day before which was very helpful for me. Dr. Orn was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also he helped ease my nerves and anxiety by calmly walking me through every step of the procedure which made me feel very comfortable. The staff and assistants were very kind and personable, I could tell they really cared about my health and happiness. Not to mention the entire place was kept very clean and they used top notch equipment. From the first moment that i walked in everyone was very respectful,kind,the vibe and energy is perfect.all the people that work there are great people and they did very great work on my mouth and were fast.i felt no sensitivity or pain during or after my appointment.they treated me the same day as my exam and they treated me like i was family.i definitely reccomend this place.

A family friend recommended this office to me and at first I was nervous since most of my dental work experiences come from being in the military. It is safe to say I will continue to drive a hour to go to this dentist office. The office is clean and comfortable, the staff was courtesies and welcoming. I was very nervous coming in for my appointment because of past experiences but Harpers Preserve Dentistry changed that for me! Everyone was amazing and understanding. I left feeling very educated on my oral hygiene. Amanda the hygienist was friendly and gentle . The dental assistant Kayla was gentle on x-rays. Dr. Orn was very caring. Awesome dental team.

I had a great experience. Everyone was so nice. I had to have a root canal and while making my crown after the root canal. They made me as comfortable as possible while I waited. I was able to relax and watch a movie in my chair, they gave me a blanket and I was as comfortable as I could be. They had top notch equipment, super clean clinic. All the staff from the front desk to the assistants, hygienists, to the dentist were fantastic! They explained everything and made me feel at ease. The crown turned out great! Looks just like my real tooth! I highly recommend!!!

Such a kind and professional office! The dental hygienist was out this morning, and instead of making me wait or reschedule, Dr. Orn stepped in and did my deep cleaning himself. The whole staff is so kind and non judgmental. I will definitely be returning and recommending to all of my friends and family. 🎉🎉🎉 (Oh and my birthday is next week, and they gave me a cupcake! 🧁)

I recently had lost a tooth out of my denture. I gave Harpers Preserve Dentistry a call and they got me a appointment right away. Everyone was super nice. Dr. Orn was very nice and did a awesome job on fixing my denture. I will definitely be bringing my family back in to see him.

I can not say enough great things about this dental office. My son has been seeing Dr. Orm and he loves him. His office staff is amazing. His dental assistant Kayla is great and I can not remember the hygienists name, but she is great too. Its so nice when your grown son looks forward to going to the dentist.

I walked by heb and saw the banner for this place and walked in to see if they accepted my insurance. Luckily they did and I was able to set my appointment for the following week. Am happy to say I found my new dentist office, the staff were very very friendly and accommodating. They even have blankets on hand if you get cold ! Already set my next appointment and my next 6 month check up ! The front desk attendant is especially friendly, shout out to her kindness !

Easily the best dental practice I’ve ever been to! From the front desk staff, to the dental assistants, to the hygienist, to Dr. Orn - everybody was very welcoming, professional, honest, and kind. There was no judgement about my dental health, nor of my financial situation. In fact, they went above and beyond to ensure that I received the treatment I needed while being sensitive to my finances. The hygienist, Amanda, did an amazing job and was incredibly gentle. I had originally set up an appointment for what I thought was going to be simply getting a few fillings based on some work I hadnt finished at my previous Dentist. After the exam and X-rays, I was pleasantly surprised to have more detailed conversations regarding my total dental health and ended up putting together a short term and long term plan with Dr Orn that works around my needs and my budget. In most businesses that I work with, Ive found that the difference between good and great is usually in the details and the details were taken care of here. The scheduling was easy, the appointment reminders were on the frequency and format that worked best for me, the in clinic care was top notch, the cost breakdown was clear and transparent, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and personable.

Super friendly, clean, upfront about costs and makes sure that you understand what procedure you need done and why. They made sure to ease my anxiety about dental work and were gentle while working. I highly recommend them.

First time at Dr. Orn’s office and would highly recommend Dr. Orn’s office for your dental needs. It was very easy to book an appointment online and see the available times. It was an added benefit to be able to coordinate both my husband and my own appointments. Kevin (office manager) was extremely helpful in explaining what my insurance covered and didn’t cover. He walked through everything and made it simple for me to make financial decisions. Highly recommend Amanda (hygienist). She was very professional and explained everything she was going to do. She was good at minimizing discomfort during my cleaning/treatments. Definitely will come back to this office for future cleanings - Amanda was great. The office was very mindful of COVID and I was pleased with the protocols they had in place.

I’m glad I switched dentists! I originally went to another dentist in town, went away to college, and when I came back I decided to try this new practice. Very clean and welcoming practice. Every staff member listened to my concerns and questions and the were addressed immediately. After X-rays, they sat me down in a chair, Dr. Orn took a look around and made his suggestions, an office admin came to me, finalized care, and told me the hygienist would be with me shortly. About 10 minutes later Dr. Orn was back and said the hygienist was a little tied up with another patient and he would perform my cleaning, when he could have taken an extended break he chose to tend to his patients. His care goes above and beyond, I look forward to going back in April

The Staff here is great! New clean office & the technology they use is up to date. Dr. Orn Truly cares about you as a patient and takes his time explaining everything that needs to be done. The front takes their time in showing you what insurance will cover & you leave with no questions. The hygienist Amanda did great with my cleaning and kayla the assistant took her time during xrays with me.
