Towed my Jeep incorrectly in December 2019 which destroyed the drivetrain. Jeep is still in the shop while Concord Tow World and their insurance carrier continue to play games. They accepted liability long ago but no progress. Their insurance carrier said the claim was delayed because I havent supplied medical bills??? Huh?

Where do I start? They charged me on a AAA call, I ended up without a car and a large bill and neither they or AAA would re-emburse me. They have driven a different car without any fluid and was going to leave my son stranded out in the boonies in the middle of the night and take the car. How they still have a AAA contract is beyond me?

Picked up my Penske rental truck. Very friendly staff and fast service. Penske truck always saves me money moving. No other rental truck company comes close to there price.

Concord tow world is great until you talk to their dispatcher, she tries to over charge You on miles. Everyone else is fair .

I called for tow, they call me back two hours later to say the driver is picking up another call
