Concord Arrowhead was the best out of all 3. Concord Antioch and Vallejo. But the company itself is totally awesome. The Concord staff was very helpful and lenient with me. They went out of their way to help make sure when I left Id be ok. I will recommend them to others and will definitely call them above anyone else for any needs I have.

Awful service when their driver Willy steals your battery. After Will found out we have insurance coverage he wanted to utilize every dollar via insurance for his benefit. After pleasantly refusal of their yard servicffe. Literally STOLE our battery out of our 2020 vehicle. When we called to confront with our proof that Willy stole it, we have been hung up on, no call backs, false promises to investigate. After giving them opportunity to make it right without Police involvement... they left us no choice but to go that route.After discussion with a co-worker and discovered they also had same experience but did not follow through due to not wanting conflict, value questionable and who has the time. Now after confirmation of thefts... authorities have been notified.We really believed the owner was going to follow thru and get to the bottom of it and resolve the issue but nothing. Not even a simple answering of the phone. Not returning voice-mail messages. Nothing. I also really believed Willy was a good and kind person as he was toughtful; only to discover after that he was setting me up with trust and manipulation to steal.Please beware and DO NOT use this service from Arrowhead Tiwing out if Concord office... especially the driver Willy.
