We ha a small business and a AAA tow truck driver ran over a sign of ours and they couldnt find out who it was. And 2 years ago was broken down in Hillsboro about midnight and AAA had no one that could help me. Needless to say canceled my membership!!!

My Son broke down in the Franconia Notch, Franconia NH it was awful. His grandparents got him triple AAA in case this ever happened, he called them he was on the phone for over 20 minutes broke down he never got a hold of them we had to pay $150 for a tow truck we should get reimbursed but nobody ever answers the phone there 😡 thats no way to run a business.

I waited over 2 hours for gas and you still couldnt get there.i was stuck on the interstate with a state trooper behind me who kept telling me I have to get off the side.ended up calling a friend to bring me gas. Then needed a jumpNot impressed with your service.probably wont renew my membership ever again.

James out of the bow nh shop was more than helpful when I wrecked in the middle of a blizzard. I had to leave my car and go home and he was slammed busy. He kept in contact over phone and showed real care about his calls. Unattended tow and drop off was flawless and preferred in a covid environment.

Horrible experience!!! My car was towed to the wrong location and then to top it off the tow truck driver drops off my keys into a abandon building with no way to retrieve them. Be careful!

.Been an AAA member since 1992. Drove from the Hancock nh to Concord on 9/12/2020. Needed to pick up a map and travel book. Was going to be a quick in and out visit. Arrived 5 minutes before the closed and as we walked up they locked the doors. The offices closes at 1:00pm but doors were locked at 12:55pm.Guess membership doesn’t have its privileges.

Both times my children have been stranded on the side of the road. One no one came at all after promising someone would be out. 2nd my daughter waited 4 1/2 hours! On the side of the road for tow assistance! Unacceptable and when I called they said they had only one company to take the call which was 2 hours away!! and they were already on a call. Not worth the membership when you can’t get help or you have to wait hours for it!!

We have had AAA for years and fortunately havent had to use it... Until today. I decided to take advantagw of the beautiful day and take the kiddos for a hike through the woods. Upon our return we discovered that the van wouldnt start. My fiancee came down to try to jump it to no avail. Called AAA and the woman I spoke with waa very pleasant and professional. We received multiple phone calls to update us on the status of the driver as he was at another call. We ended up having to wait a bit but u understandably so. They kept in contact through the duration which was really nice. When the tow driver got there (christian) he was very helpful and went above and beyond. Confirmed it was the starter and tried to see if he could get it fixed for us. Towed it home for us and did an exceptional job putting it in the precise spot we wanted it. That man deserves a raise. Very satisfied with the service we received throughout the ordeal and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you AAA!!

TOTALLY !!!!! DISATISFIED !!! I AM A TRIPLE A MEMBER IN TEXAS (LOVE THEM)...HAVE TO BE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE FOR THREE MONTHS AND NEED RENTERS INSURANCE. EVERY SINGLE THING I ASKED THEY GAVE ME DIFFERENT INFORMATION FOR...AND THEIR QUOTE WAS 4X MORE..AND NO REFUND IF CANCELLING PART WAY THROUGH THE YEAR...AND A PENALTY FEE AS WELL...AND BTW...SORT OF SNIPPY.....NO THANKS !!!!

AAA cost me $1416.00!!!! Dont get insurance with them they dont know what they are doing!!! I switched my auto and home owners insurance to AAA on June 2019. For my homeowners insurance I needed an inspection. Veronica my agent, never forwarded the pictures to the proper department and unbeknownst to me they canceled my policy. A year later my mortgage company goes to renew my policy and I find out Ive been uninsured for the past year and fine me $1416.00. I never got a call or letter from AAA. They are completely incompetent!!!!

Good day to all this may concern. AAA of America is a PMA . A private Membership assocation. They have adopted policy from the CDC and the world health in direct tort of the contract they have made with all members. They will knot provide safe services they were contracted to provide under contract. They will tow your public property but not provide a ride for the inhabitants of the vehicles. This leaving the motorist stranded without remedies to provide safe and adequate transportation. The state they are following CDC guidelines. I do not remember giving power of attorney to triple A for my health and welfare. This is a tort of contract and we should all hold them responsible for adopting a unethical and dangerous policy in tort of there tacit contract. I want a refund and want them held accountable .. shame on the CEO, and there employee s for allowing this to happen .. DKA

I went to use the free shedding service, which was awesome in itself, quick ,easy and friendly. The gentleman directing through the shredding line suggested we stop in at the AAA office and tell them we wanted a goodie bag. We got a small carry all with coffee mugs for both of us and pens, a notepad, etc. The people inside were very helpful and respectful of our time. Last but not least, we spotted some luggage on sale with good member pricing and a couple with very good clearance prices. We have beat the old luggage to pieces, making this a timely opportunity. I tend to treat my AAA membership as roadside emergency service, when in actuality, they offer a lot of services and are staffed with very friendly helpful people.

I am not one to usually make negative public posts about anybody or any business, however given my recent experience I feel I should share.Two weeks ago my cars battery was dead AAA came out jumped it but said it needed a new one the first man was great charged it, once jumped the car, it was backed into my parking spot in case needed to be towed the next day due to the battery again. Car was working in completely GOOD condition no issues with anything except the dead battery, this car has never had issues with the shifter and the shifter was fine that day when it was moved, then it gets towed the next day by someone else who is a AAA employee to our local garage, my girlfriend goes out to find the gear shift had been forced , the shifter was moving freely and the cars E brake was on which is how they must have kept it in park due to it not staying parked unless this was on and the guy left the keys on the desk didn’t call to tell me that and then left. I called to tell them what happened, they then sent an inspector out without me present and without my mechanic present completed a “inspection” in regards to the complaint. They came out again with their own mechanic only to say that they can’t definitively say it was their person who had caused a the issue. I have spent the last two weeks arguing with who towed it, the boss and then that persons boss only to be told that this was most likely “a wear and tare” issue and unless I had watched him physically force it, they would not pay to fix it, I was unable to watch him move the car or go with it, because I had just had major back surgery 😢 I am furious with the lack of customer service I have received in the last two weeks, I trusted the wrong company. All I can say is if anyone asks me about AAA I give them zero stars but they made me give at least 1 and caution you when working with the drivers watch every move they make, get names, numbers, everything and make sure someone goes with the tow truck. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced

So my daughter called Triple AAA road side assistance last night at 11:15, for she had locked her keys in the trunk, along with her phone and wallet. They told her somebody would be out in 45 minutes to help her. She was at work in Meredith, NH. At 12:15 she received a call saying they have checked with 6 towns and nobody could help her. She had to borrow money from a Stanger, get a cab and go home and get her spare keys and get more money and have them bring her back. The whole trip cost her $50.00. When I called to complain they really didnt seem to care, would you care if your 22 year old daughter was stranded in a dark parking a lot alone. They then said somebody would be back in touch with me within a week, a week really. This brings back memories of when I was stranded for 3 hours with a flat tire and triple AAA could not help. I companied but nothing happened. They really dont care about our safety. What I was told for waiting 3 hours was they wont count it. REALLY dont think I will be renewing my membership and I work at the largest state run employment. Very unhappy customer.
