Alex Gaddis was very unprofessional when it comes to doing his job. I deal with Insurance agents throughout the day and never had any issues at all. I called him to have something corrected for the fourth time and he yelled at me over the phone. That is not acceptable! I will be contacting Allstate corporate office to complain. Giving him one star is an understatement. I will not do business or recommend him at all.
