During the Covid 19 pandemic...I attempted to use this company.Gouging...Was there number 1 concern.THERE PRICES WERE OUTRAGEOUS AND A COMPLETE RIP OFF!! I needed my vehicle towed 2 miles away and the gouging price was $275.00 for a 2 mile trip... THIS COMPANY GETS A 0 ZERO.Not a 1 🌟 star...A ZERO....FOR ZERO COMPASSION AND ZERO UNDERSTANDING...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY... CALL ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE THEY SUCK!! ALL DAY...EVERY DAY!! LOTS OF OTHER COMPANIES AROUND.TO SERVE YOU
Great customer service. The tow truck driver gave me suggestions on where to go to for fixing my car.
The dispatcher was very nice on the phone. The driver was in a bit of a hurry but he jumpstarted my car within minutes. So I cant complain about that!
Highly recommended. The driver was nice and towed my car safely to a local auto shop.
The driver was 5 minutes late and came after 35 minutes. But, then, he changed my flat tire within minutes and was professional.
