From the tow, to me showing up to retrieve my belongings, everything was nice courteous and professional. When I went to clear out my car she ( I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) went above and beyond to assist me!!!!!! I appreciate D&M for everything and I will highly recommend them to anyone !!!!

My car broke down. I called D & M. They came immediately, loaded it on the flat bed and drove me and the car to the dealership. Fairly priced.

TERRIBLE!!! I contacted D&M to tow my vehicle along with two motors and was quoted a price over the phone of $75. Upon them arriving to the pick up location the owner then stated it would be between $150-165 to tow the vehicle and the motor. I advised him I only had $75 and would have to pay the rest with a card. He told me to contact the dispatch who act clueless when I tried to get clarification on the price after have been quoted 2 different prices the owner then became upset and said that’s it, I’m going to drop your vehicle! I don’t do confrontation. Mind you all I said was what is the final price bc it wasn’t clear. After getting off my job to meet them and having to eventually take the day off to find and wait on another tow he then stated your not losing out on nothing! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Tell you one price and charge you another. Of course I was upset after sitting for an hour waiting only to be told a bunch of bull. Reality is he didn’t want to tow it and should of just said that from the beginning. Hope in the future you provide better service!

I have been dealing with D & M auto wreckers for many years, the staff is very pleasant and helpful all the time, never had any issues. Julie is a doll!! very friendly and smart as a whip! Keep up the great work you guys!!

Extremely short, rude and confrontational over the phone. Customer service is definitely dead with this company. I wouldnt let them haul my totaled car again, nor any other car that could possibly be driven again.
