I went to purchase the disposable mask. They had plenty because they are selling them for 39 cents a piece. This is ridiculous. I cant believe they are ripping customers off during a health crisis. I will gladly order from Amazon. Thank you. No thank you.

I had a great experience at the pick up section thanks to Danielle! I wanted to take home a bath tub set, but turned out my suv was not big enough. Thankfully despite being understaffed today, Danielle was persistent in helping me tie down the box over my car so I could take it home. I was incredibly pleased with her customer service.

The staff in the electrical department was very helpful, but most of what I need was out of stock.

Very nice, loads of products. I cant wait to get items for my house. Looking around I noticed not only are there household items but there is also food items. Wish they would not continue to sell Pulsar lawn mowers if customers are always returning them. My brother put it together for it to not work. I am thankful for the fact that we were able to return it. Omar and our cashier (forgot her name) had very great customer service. Thank you

Great Store!! might be going to this store more often than Lowes or Home Depot, but the restrooms in Menards needs an update. The urinals need dividers installed in between them. Other Menards in different areas of Ohio have them why not Columbus? So I give it 4 stars

This store sells everything and at great prices.

Spent 2 hours getting everything for my bathroom remodel, got everything. Got plumbing done and realize after searching for an hour for the shower surround the guy found one and it was the wrong drain side. So now at lowes to get correct item.

Menards is my favorite hardware store. You cam find some of the most beautiful products for you home. Customer service and employees are great always very helpful. Great store.

Steve saved the day! I had ordered a sectional couch from the triadelphia Menards and they loaded the trailer with 2 chaise pieces instead of the sofa. After being transferred all over to try and correct the issue he was able to help. He was friendly. Helpful and very kind! Thanks Steve!

I wont shop at Menards when its their storewide 11% sale. Not worth my time. Have had good luck finding stuff that Lowes and Home Depot doesnt have/doesnt carry. Hate the change in entrance/exits-I have no idea where to park when Im handicapped. When I ask staff where something is, and its in the farthest reaches of a too big store, I then go to Ace Hardware. And finally, customers are buying stuff, using it, then taking them apart, repackaging it, returning it to Menards, and Menards puts them back out for re-sale. Not cool. (A handcart they said they didnt carry, I found a stack of them on a high shelf, had to get someone to get it for me, but didnt discover that it was USED).

I love Menards. I never knew I could pay in the back of the store and the associates would help me load my materials. Very nice experience.

A friend suggested a dog food brand that Menards had the best price on. The dog food area was easy to find and the variety of brands was overwhelming and completely stocked. The associates were helpful and friendly. The store was very clean as well. A pleasant shopping experience in spite of covid protocols in place.

I went in solely to get a 20lb bag of bird seed for my backyard feeder. They had it on sale and in stock. This store has a wide variety of items from tools to electronics to flooring to lumber to lawn and garden to frozen pizza. Sometimes you have to wait 5-10 minutes to cash out but this time it was near closing and the weather was bad so I didnt have to wait at all.

Was sent here by east broad. Waited 20 min for someone in plumbing to show up while other customers waited as well. One person paged plumbing. After waiting I had to go to the service desk to request another page.I Didn’t appreciate the passive aggressive comments made by Darlene when she finally showed up. Not to mention your inventory is horrendous. I was then sent to Lewis center to get what I needed. The full shower install, toilet, flooring, vanity, plumbing parts purchase went to them instead.

I love menards and they always have great prices but we had to drive to this specific location because this was the only one nearby that had the certain product and the amount that I wanted that is very aggravating that the other locations have not been restocking their product.

Like this place, prices are much better than HD or Lowes, especially garden and home building materials are unbeatable. Im surprised some products like gardening supplies are lower compared to online, not sure how Menards is able to that.The store is spacious and well organized. Being so big it takes awhile to figure things out but with friendly staff its easy to ask help than to walk through the store.On the cons, the in store pick up has a processing fee and not sure how its calculated. I see any where between 10 to as much as 40% the value of purchase which doesnt make any sense. I would rather go and shop in store than a pickup order. The same applies to ship to home as well, on top of processing there is a shipping charge per item which makes it more expensive. Seems like Menards like to encourage in store shopping than online.Having said that I still like to see the products / building materials before buying so in store shopping and their great prices did work best for us

If you can get someone to help they are usually really friendly- those stars are just for the staff. Now Menards the company: First, you cant save big money at Menards Also last year they banned kids (even accompanied by parents!!!) from their stores which was so arbitrary and inappropriate. I guess enough people complained that they stopped, but still.. Ew!

Good luck if youre mobility impaired in any way. Plan on being herded in such a way youll walk at least a quarter mile trying desperately to find someone that can actually help you locate items on their website. 5th employee finally had the training and wherewithal to locate the item I stopped for. What shouldve been a ten minute stop turned into an a nightmare lasting over an hour.

Always great prices, typically 10 to 15 percent below the blue or orange boxes. Also almost never a line at checkout. Great selection, especially for harder to find items in electrical and plumbing. Fantastic lumber and trim choices.

They gave no issues with valid returns as long as you are legit with receipt and no argument....and they are extremely helpful and understanding.

As always great service. Bought a freezer and was helped getting it in the computer, paying for it up front was quick and she was very polite as well. Went around back to pick it up, and it was sitting there waiting on me to load up.

Things are priced very clearly and then they want to argue the price and say it is not the right product that they have advertised. Even after I showed them the add and went through two snipy employers ,the manager finally came and told them they were wrong about the price ,after I had waited twenty minutes for him to come!

Menards has a great selection of quality products, however their inventory tracking its not great. I ordered 5 sheets of cement board online, went in and they didnt have any in stock, in the barn. An employee looked with me and he could not find it either.

Very well organized store with knowable staff

Purchased a gas water tank. Get it home and installed, and the plumber cannot get the pilot to stay lit. I called the 800 number on the tank. They informed me that this tank that I had just purchased at full price, was a returned item and had already been called about on Dec. 11 for a condensation issue. Since it was a returned item and I was the second owner of it, they could not help me. I called Menards and was told that I would have to call a plumber back out to uninstall it, find a way to bring it back to the store to exchange it. They said they were sorry for the inconvenience and they are normally better at keeping returned items separate. Not only did I have to pay the plumber an extra hour for trying to get the pilot to light, I am now inconvenienced having to find a truck and someone to help get the tank out and back to Menards, then hire another plumber to come back out to reinstall another tank. It is now a cold pandemic since I have no hot water and will have to wait until my next day off. The plumber said I was lucky that the tank did not explode while trying to light it. I am very upset with the lack of tracking and consideration from the management.

Very good store but uses horrible third party for their delivery

Initially, this place was good. they had a large selection of many things. Likewise, they had good deals on random items. Lately though they have been severely lacking. The general knowledge of the staff seems to be diminishing. the shelves are stocked incorrectly. For instance, there will be 50 of the same item hanging on pegs that should have a variety of items. Also, it seems like in every aisle there is a pile of random items lying in a pile at the bottom of the display. Management needs to step up their standards and hold the employees more accountable. they are regularly out of basic items. It feels like a top-down problem. Corporate needs to take a close look at this location. I hope they can turn it around, because lately I have been driving right past Menards to make the further trip to Lowes (ouch!)

Everytime I ask a question they are on a mission to help me or find someone who can. I cant speak high enough of their Customer service through out this store. Also theyre knowledgeable of the store product in other areas other then the ones they are working, which makes it easier to shop for multiple tasks.

After spending 8 hours at the broad street location trying to pick up my cabinet order that was supposed to have arrived, I ran over to Morse road location and Jeffrey brought me to the cabinets I needed immediately, i purchased them, he loaded them up and had me out the door in ten minutes! Incredible!! Thank you so MUCH Jeffry @Morse rd!!! Now I just need to figure out how to make returns at broad street without ever receiving the products, what an absolute disaster that store is 🤣

But there never anyone to help you and when you do find someone they are very reluctant to help.Cashiers are usually great and of course some of the staff but generally I would not go there if I really had a lot of questions or needed help making a decision.

Ordered on line, went to pick up my order, several sheets of paneling, all were damaged, the guy loading me didnt care, not his problem, the girl inside said thats the way it came to them so thats how I get it too. They wont send my receipt to get my rebate, wont answer the phone or e-mails, this includes the manager, never going back, much better service at Lowes.

I love going to this Menards ! Its clean and always stocked and if its not there they will order it for you. They also have a large selection of other items , and seasonal items !

If you have never been to Menards, go next time you need home improvement stuff. Its similar to Lowes and Home Depot, but their prices are typically better. They also have a better selection in many cases, and their lumber is much higher quality. The 11% rebates are also a great perk.About this store specifically, Id say its on par with other Menards locations Ive been to. Definitely worth going to as my primary supplier of home improvement goods.

Got there could not find my order had a variation number he just walked a way said dont see it. He walked a way after a while he pushed up a cart hand me the pick sheet I waited till come back told him not all there he check and I show him he looked on the computer said did not have the spray gun and the forgot to pull the other part I called my boss he said it show on the variation he called the manager and I had already asked and got no where someone put one not pulled idem onthe cart while my back was turned with out telling me while I was waiting finally the manager come and had the spray gun all this took was over 30 min.if I went out when the cart was handed with the reseat my boss would been out over 100.$ and could not due the job or even on time

In and out quickly. Just went in for one thing in particular (they had it in stock). Almost no wait in line to check out, and they have another one of those % rebate on everything going on. Made them have the best price I could find.

Menards is close to home so its convenient to shop there. They have decent prices & every now and then they offer an 11%rebate. They also open at 6 am. I usually get air filters, rugs & paint there but u can also get appliances, plants & patio furniture.

Great selection on materials. Not everything is as great of quality as other stores, but depending on your budget and type of project, that may not matter. Some products were that exact same as Lowes or Home Depot, but only 2/3 the price.

Ordered 16 2x4s at $5.39 each. I am not going to discuss the delivery charge as I ordered other items, so Ill just focus on the lumber. The people pulling the lumber either dont care what they pull, it they believe what ever it is that you are building does not have a straight line in it. Pictures will be posted when I can get to it.I contacted the store about the scrap lumber they sent out and gave me two options:1: go to the store and exchange them2: go to the store and return themI paid $89 dollars for delivery because I cant just drive there and pick them up, but they refuse to send out boards that could be relatively straight and exchange them at my house.I wrote a detailed letter to the corporate help desk explaining everything, reasons I cant take the boards in myself, delivery, quality, the store not willing to assist with an exchange or pickup at my house, etc.Corporate office not bothering to read anything I wrote, just that I was not happy with my purchase directed me to contact the store for a refund or exchange!Never again will I order lumber by delivery ever again, Ill rent a truck and go pick it up myself as it would be cheaper in the long run. If you do order lumber for delivery, make sure you order two or three times what you need so maybe youll get enough good boards for your project.

Typical menards.... I went for 8 pressure treated post and seen they were $23 each when lowes home depot etc were all 17.57 each so I asked the worker to price match like all there competitors do and he did with no problems my issue is not with the store in general just the people that are responsible for price gouging. Very unprofessional especially when we are in a pandemic MENARDS DO BETTER

Neat in the store.

Store is huge, clean, stocked well and has a broad range of items. Its a mixture of Lowes and Walmart or Lowes and something.My only complaint is I find it very difficult to find things at times. I have been unable to grasp the organizational structure of the place, if there is one.On the bright side there are lots of employees around and they know where things are.

Was able to find the lamp shade we wanted and a number of other items. Store was clean and shelves were well stocked.

Asked for stair treads,needed three, walked to back of the store. told clerk what I needed. Told to go to front of store to pay. Walked to front to pay. Drove to back of store to pick up. Went into pick up station. Nope, need to pick up at bay 19. Drove over there. Sorry, we only have one. Maam for a refund you need to go to the front of the store! Everyone was nice, BUT WHY DIDNT THE CLERK LOOK AT INVENTORY.
