Never had a problem.

Gentleman with the facial hair and ballcap in the rental center was unbelievably rude argumentative when I wouldnt agree to his upsell to a larger, more expensive tool today. Spoke to the shift manager of the store afterwards and she was receptive and apologetic. Im a contractor and Im in Home Depot just about everyday to make purchases. I also rent equipment from other places often but this was my first experience renting from a home depot and likely my last. I have two employees that work for me, if one of them interacted with one of my customers like this guy did with me today, that would be their last day on my team. My goodness.

I had visited this store to rent a an appliance dolly on 11/26/2016 between 7 and 8 oclock. The young lady that helped me was great. Dropped what she was doing soon as she saw me, and I was out of there in minutes. 11/27/2016 The big story was when I brought the dolly back. Soon as I pulled up, a gentleman was there holding the door, very pleasant, very nice. Then a second employee came out from the back. Those 2 gave me some laughs. At 830 in the morning you dont normally expect that. Thanks guys. Ill be back!!

Poor customer service. Employee (“of 13 years”) admitted to renting me subpar equipment. Attempted to justified this in numerous ways and failed to reconcile this issue with me. Had to speak with the store manager to get a solution.

This is a great place to rent tools, get there early and pickup the tools you will need.

I drive all the way from Far East just to go there. The best tool rental in town!!
