The employee was very helpful from the start , even over the phone when I called inquiring about my moms disabled iPhone . She was very patient with my mom even willing to help her set her phone back up once she reset the phone. She went out of her way to help us restore this phone . Even waived the fee for the service , I’ll definitely be back with other devices fro repairing !! Thank you iFix for working during the horrible pandemic.

I had recently cracked my screen and I was trying to call around to see how I could go about getting it fixed. Most people were giving me the run around and I literally had someone tell me that I couldnt get it done, because of it being an older model android phone. I called up.here to get some information about what to do and from beginning to end has been a wonderful experience for me!!! I talked to this nice lady named Randy. She has been such a huge help and she is really good at what she does. She described to me what I needed and very professional. Helped me out with any questions I had and what I can do about anything else I asked.They also repair other electronics as well and it was just such a wonderful experience from the time I walked in from the time I walked out!! There is some other lady that is there is well. I didnt catch her name but she was very polite and helpful as well. I highly recommend anybody to go to this store for any technical advice or phone related. Very good atmosphere, super friendly, good customer service,and I loved every second of it!!!! I went here to get my phone fixed in July and the customer service was good and I got my device fixed in a jiffy, but I dropped my game off to get fixed almost a month ago and payed for a new part to get replaced inside of it 3 weeks ago. I had a paper receipt and asked for a emailed receipt 3 times as of now and still haven’t gotten an email for it and they told me that they might have to place the order again which it looks like they forgot to do so on the day I payed (Dec 27) and it’s frustrating because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I didn’t expect it to take this long, doesn’t seem like they’re making an effort and I can’t even get a refund for what I payed for and luckily I have my paper receipt for future reference. Only thing I can do is wait probably another 3 weeks ☠️ They do excellent inside work on devices tho and I can’t knock them for that. I’ll try to look around for other services that do the same work next time💯

Went in for a diagnosis of my iPhone7 Plus; the microphones are non-responsive, meaning I can only use my Bluetooth to make phone calls. Randy gave my device a quick (and free) diagnosis, and confirmed what I feared the issue is. Looks like I gotta send my phone in for some microsurgery (actually micro-soldering) to replace some tiny innards.Back to the service: Randy was awesomely responsive to my initial phone query (I had to leave a voice mail). She promptly texted me with directions on how to find the store when I got to the mall and cheerfully greeted me as I entered the shop. She quickly diagnosed my issue (which confirmed what I thought the problem was) and offered to send it of to a 3rd party repair shop. Great experience at this store! If the phone Gods smirk on my device in the future, I will take it here to get fixed!

I cracked my iPhone 11 screen and they took great care to make sure I was taken care of. Replaced my cracked screen and phone still wasn’t quite right. Randy offered some tips over the phone and then suggested that I bring phone back in if the problem persisted. She replaced the screen again and wanted to make sure it worked. Phone works great! Things happen out of their control (possible manufacturing defects), however when it happened they didn’t question, drag their feet, or deflect. They did what they could to make it right. A true test is when things don’t go right to see how a business responds. Randy was great ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, christy was very informative. I thought I was going to have to get a new phone because mine stopped charging, turns out all she had to do was remove lint and dust. I don’t usually keep a case on my phone and she explained the small components on the inside of the phone need shock absorption just as much as the glass should be protected, I wasn’t charged for the cleaning of my charging space so I punched a case from her which is also dust proof to help prevent the issue I had to reoccur. I will return here if I need anything repaired due to her honesty and shared knowledge.

I got a lot of help setting up my new smart phone, the manager Christie made me feel right at home, I definitely had no clue what I was doing and she jumped right up from her task to help me. She explained everything as she did it so if anything happened to my phone I would be able to understand it better. I tried getting help from my phone company and felt as if I was bothering them, Christie didn’t make me feel this way. I wasn’t able to buy a case or anything from her today because the phone was expensive but she gave me a card with a “bundle price” on it and this Friday I’ll definitely be coming back! I’m glad people like her exist in this field.

With all the chaos going on in the world, I walked into Peachtree Mall and their was a Caucasian female at the register. Not once did she treat me differently or make me feel uncomfortable. This is a fine establishment, the staff was very friendly and they were all knowledgeable. The people here did not make me feel dumb about my questions on using my new phone, the manager actually went out of her way to bring me a chair to sit and her teach me some interesting things about what my new phone can do, she even told me about her mom and the kind of phone she uses. While I was inside the store a man came that couldnt charge his phone and instead of automatically insist a repair happen she excused herself and took dust out of his charger place and sent him on his way perfectly. I love businesses that treat customers this way.

I am forever in debt to this blue hair blue eyed queen of phones. I was in tears at the counter with the dead as a doornail new iPhone x in my hands. I explained the screen wouldnt turn on and it was completely shattered. Christie looked at it and peeled off a broken tempered glass screen protector, well fixed that problem but why wont it come on. I gave permission to open it up and she had an answer in under a minute. My battery had came unplugged when it landed face down in the parking lot. Easy fix she said and put it together and everything was like brand new again. I prepared for the worst when I asked how much, her response was just purchase a tempered glass screen protector from her and if I can do a review of her store. I got a protector and this amazing cute clear gear4 case. I spent under $100 on something that a non honest person would have charged me at least $250 for the repair. I love this store and I love Christie most amazing customer service representative I have seen in a while. Thank you so much for your help maam you are a real rockstar.

Christie is an amazing store manager. She replaced my fiances Galaxy phone screen after it shattered. We went to the other location inside of Walmart at Whittlesey and a very king gentleman guided us to this store as they had the required screen. Christie and one of her assistants did the job in one hour. Christie also offered him various options for phone cases. My fiance is very happy with the quality of service and the attention to the customer. I personally mentioned to Christie that I recently received a tempered glass protection for my phone and as a courtesy she put it on my phone in 1 or 2 minutes. I definitely recommend iFixandRepair!

I took her advice this time and bought a case for my phone and a temp glass screen protector. I only spent all together $115 this time this is for the repair and the accessory bundle as she calls it. She gave me a $5 card to use if it happens again as well. Thank you maam for outstanding service yet again

Completely unacceptable service.My wife’s iPhone was experiencing trouble charging and went in for an assessment on whether it was the phone or the charging port that was malfunctioning. Nothing else was wrong with the phone. During the assessment the phone was opened and we were told that it looked like the water sensor inside had been triggered and the malfunction was due to water damage. Her phone had never been submerged but we understood that apparently moisture had gotten inside. The phone was reassembled and handed back to her and we went to a Verizon store. When we got to the store we realized that her screen was no longer working and unresponsive.We immediately went back to iFixandRepair and were given the BS story that her screen not working wasn’t due to something happening during the assessment, but from the apparent water damage. I argued that the associates explanation was absolutely ridiculous as the screen was working fine right until they took it apart. The associate said that water damage can take affect at anytime, even when a phone is dry, and that the screen no longer working was coincidental to them working on it, but not at all their fault.Again, I was told that a completely functional screen, on a completely dry phone, coincidentally succumbed to water damage at the same time her phone was opened and then reassembled at no fault of the technician.I called the customer service line and filed a complaint and was told that I would be called back after they spoke to the district manager. I never got a call back. We ultimately had to file an insurance claim to get the phone replaced.I understand that accidents happen, but the associate denying any possibility of responsibility and blaming it on water damage was completely unacceptable. I’m tracking how corrosion works, there wasn’t any. The phone was damaged further when it was worked on and they tried to brush us off.
