No good

Our team needed a 12 passenger van to transport ourselves around Columbus for a week, and Speedy was the only company in Columbus that suited our needs. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The manager stayed after-hours to help us when our flight was late getting into Columbus, and he was more than willing to assist when we hit a few snags during the rental agreement. Our vehicle was in great condition, and we had no complaints with the vehicles performance. Overall, we were very pleased with the service at this business, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental vehicle.

The staff was so great and friendly. Prices were even better. Cannot beat that. Probably the best rental experience Ive had in a long time, and I rent cars often. I will recommend Speedy to everyone.

If i could i would give the place no stars......the customer service there was great they got us in a rental and it was quick....the problem was that they was aware that we was taking that car out of town....they gave us a car and 30 mins after leaving the lot the whole tire popped off...... as we was driving ..... Not only that but i paid for there full coverage there insurance but they didnt even give me the information for the insurance company....So out of pocket tow i paid..... they did refund me my money + tow.....but there cars is something i would never trust again....i ended up taken my own truck with no problems

I just got the car yesterday and I have already had a tire blow and a problem with the front display panel/radio system going out. It is Sunday so I can not get ahold of anyone and I can’t leave a voicemail either because apparently their voicemail box is full. I am highly dissatisfied with the car I received and I do not feel that they are doing proper inspections before renting out their cars. Do not rent from this company.

Picked up a car today at 10 am and the wife and I go out for our anniversary and now I am sitting in Ikea with a rental that will not go into gear and are currently stranded. The only number I have is for someone who claimed to have been the owner that just rings and rings there is no emergency number and every number I have for them ring to a phone with no voicemail I had the car for less than 6 hours and only drove it a total of 1 hr cumulatively. Do not rent from this company Thier cars are dirty and beat up. From what I have experienced thus far they do not care about the customer or take any pride in the vehicles they rent.Still no anwser we have tried everything!!!!!

Myself and my mom have been trying to get a hold of this company for the past two days even left the inquiries on the Internet and everything and no one can return a call or email.
