Very dirty place. Rented there 3 weekends they never clean the office. I can say the same about their fleet. Out of 3 times I got smoking car twice. Personal played poker face that they cannot smell anything.

I had pre reservations a month before we was traveling. Called through my hubby job (cooperate) they said we were allowed to use multiable credit cards.Get to Avis the guy was rude, not helpful at all. The only thing he said was you should of called or came by before your vacation.He did not spoil my vacation at all..our family SUV 2009 Kia got us there and home safely. AND WE saved $1300.00!!! Kick rocks rude dude.

Unfortunately they gave me a car with a bad rotor, and brakes.

I reserved a van 3 months in advance...I get there and they tell me they dont have any vans.. Gave me the option on a SUV.. Did not offer me anything for my inconvenience... I will never go back to this particular location... The customer service is horrible and the car had a funny smell...

If you need to rent a car go to Avis, youll be glad you did youll want to travel the world. 🚙

I rented a large SUV for a personal trip. The service was great. The representative was very friendly, and the vehicle was ready and clean when we arrived. We were in an out in a matter of 10 minutes. The vehicle fit a group of 6 comfortably, just as described. I returned the vehicle to a different location and did not have any issues. I would highly recommend this facility and will use AVIS again in the future.

I have rented cars many places around the world and have never had a vehicle that had been smoked in. The staff treated it as no big deal and I had a difficult time getting them to mark this down on my paperwork. This could have been a big issue for someone who is extra sensitive to the smoke since there were not other cars available. Avis is generally a great company to rent from otherwise.

Rented a large SUV for a work trip. We experienced great service, the vehicle was excellent and met our travel needs, and the process was extremely simple and efficient.I would highly recommend this facility and will use AVIS again in the future as a result of this experience.-Happy Non-Profit CEO :)

Avis has been so helpful in getting me on the road when needed. Unlike some places they go above and beyond in helping. They even accept debit card deposits. This is helpful for someone like myself who prefers to not have major credit cards.

The guy who worked there, Tom, was the nicest person Ive dealt with the last couple of days he is kind,patient and was really understanding on my needs and he helped me so much and I truly appreciate him!

I had rented from this location at least monthly for the last year. I rented a car on 12/30/17 at 12:13pm and per my rental agreement was to return the car at 12:00pm 12/31/17. Due to a fatal accident I71 was closed and all other routes extremely congested. I made a phone call to the location at 11:54pm to explain the traffic situation and that I was only a few blocks away. I was assured by the person on the phone that it was fine. At 12:06pm I arrived in the parking lot and made eye contact with the Budget employee as she rushed to her car and drove away. My car was parked in the lot and key dropped in buildings key drop at 12:08pm on 12/31/2017. After several phone calls I was able to get no where and long story short charged an additional $117.84. I guess that is what being a loyal customer gets you.

Horrible they dont tell you that you have to use a credit card not bank card before you go there, then if you dont have perfect credit they wont use your debit card place Is a complete joke I went to enterprise and got in the damn car as soon as I got there I paid with my debit card ....cause they are a legitimate company

Used for work rental. Was a pleasant experience as the representative was very kind and helpful. Car was clean and location is very convenient for downtown residents.

I love the company but this location is horrible. I will stick to the airport or upper Arlington location on Columbus, OH
