As of now this is a sad review. We made an appointment for 9am the following day. Lady called to let us know we were the only appointment and if we arent going to make it then to call. Well we showed up for our appointment 20mins early and left 20mins after our scheduled appointment. We called twice to ask if she was on her way. Nothing. Its now almost an hour past and still no message. Not a good look and very unprofessional. Even when Im in the ER I still have made calls to let others know my status if they are waiting on me.

I used your volunteer tax service for 2020 & just got a bill from the irs for underpayment of my taxes. I paid what your “professionals” told me to pay however this was in error! Your “professionals” argued over my return & did not give me a copy because their printer wasn’t working. If you’re going to offer a service, perhaps you should vett your volunteers better and do more than pretend they’re professional. I will never have anything to do with your organization again.

Just know that for every $1 you donate, one nickel goes to someone in need. 95¢ goes to staff you never see. Staff you see are unpaid volunteers.

This Wonderful Non Profit Is A Foundation Of Community Resource.I want to personally thank all of their fine volunteers for all they do to help others!

This place has been no help for me at all. Every resource ive been given from ecumencial social ministries on down to cathelic charities offers no rent assistance like its stated. These places need to be taken off the resource list if they no longer offer this service and the website needs to be updated. This is misleading for people who are in an emergency situation and need help paying their rent such as i am in. Its also very frustrating being told no we cant help you by everybody, one after another. Fix This!!!!! otherwise what good are these services

A referal place ,not the best they seem to offer limited services I dont know how they can pay these people a salary as they do virtually nothing!
