This place is not ADA (American Disability Act) approved it is a house turned into a commercial building not safe and the smell of baby diapers is thick in the air.Very unhappy

They often would tell me 1 thing but then tell the casework a different thing but would leave me alone with my kids and then tell the casework that I was not ready, I would never recommend this place.

The staff is really great especially when it comes time to end a visit

They are great people that genuinely care and want to help you feel comfortable with your kid

A great place for visitation. Just beautiful

This is a place to visit your child while they are in DHS or out of home placement. There is no privacy, there are other families trying to visit at the same time so no one in one with your own child without outside influences or stimuli. The employees have no warmth, talk about other families within earshot of others, not professional and are demeaning.

Most of the staff is fantastic the house is gorgeous todays absolute torture for them to steal your life hold your kids hostage give you a certain amount of their life for you and or you see all these young mothers didnt know any better kids are brochures and I mean if Im such a bad mom why do they keep the cutting knives and the 2nd drawer with no lock on it can I send dishwasher tabs in an unlocked cabinet with the lid off and tabs all over in the cupboard waiting for a young lady to eat it and they refused to let me redo the kitchen so that it would be child proof but Im a bad mom my kids are teenagers my doctor try to kill me my ex-husband didnt want to pay child support and I lost my life because of it but other than that the county runs a beautiful building in the people are really nice there work there but DHS ruins lives

This is a great place for DHS visits. The staff are awesome and very polite

This is a place to,LEGALLY,see your kid during a pending court case.However-the workers are NOT experienced with any adults that have Autism or Aspergers Disease.The workers played little games and,little did they know,that I was doing Internet Security for Elpaso County and a,previous Engineer for GM & Toyota(before cancer).My Child Supportmonies paid for their services while my daughter was in Foster Care. I met Tammy,from DHS and she was very helpful on ideas for my kid

They do the best they can with the situations they are put into

I get to see the one person who lights up my life, here, so I cannot complain. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I cant say anything bad.... I visit with my toddler here on the weekends... for now!

Just because you walk past someplace does not mean you visited.

Its what it is except the knives were kept in a n in child proof bottom drawer and there were soap tabs allover under the sink were it wasnt child proof either. And these people were telling me how to parent my teenagers .

Its a nice neutral place to visit with family.
