My children and i were forced to come to this place in November 2020. Not only have they not given me the records I have requested MULTIPLE TIMES THIS YEAR for my children, but my children have also been thrown from therapist to therapist 5 or 6 times in LESS THAN A YEAR, half of them never even notifying me of the switch. My children were diagnosed with ptsd and adjustment disorder and the fact that they dont take that into account when they are sending them to someone new every other month is so so so unsafe for my kids mental health. The unprofessionalism BLOWS MY MIND. Their current therapist whom Ive never even met, told me to drop my children off alone without me after I had received an email about suspending services,, and told me not to come.. Absolutely not.. they do not care about building childrens trust and then breaking it by their ridiculous employee turnover rate.They do not care about my childrens mental health nor the delicate situation we are in. If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay FAR away from this place!!

UPDATE shawntel did contact me if this can be worked through in a productive manner to move forward i have no problems changing this review UPDATE My kids now seem do be getting the therapy they require and communication seems to have gotten better the only thing now is shawntel herself witch i will continue to follow up on as i believe this has been a problem with communication and lack of understanding met by defensiveness as communication and understanding are key in a therapy setting I will continue to up update

I recommend you look elsewhere for this type of care. My insurance company referred me to this office because they provide the services I was looking for and they were listed as accepting new patients. When I contacted the office, one of the staff informed me that they are not accepting new patients, and they do not accept my insurance. When I asked why they are listed on my insurance companys website, the staff member told me the office is not responsible for anything my insurance company tells me.
