This company is the epidemy of a customer service. At the end of last year, I had all three units replaced: the hot water heater, air conditioner and furnace. There were a comedy of errors that happened along the way (not entirely their fault) but what was more important, was what transpired when I contacted them. Their Office Manager, Renee Duprey went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of. For starters, she responded in less than 24 hours via phone. Frank, the Furnace Guy, called ahead of the appointment time saying he had some free time and could come early, which was fine with me. Soon he stopped by, checked the furnace, determined that I needed a new inducer, as had happened before though I had used another furnace company, but I dont remember their name. Though Frank talked about trying to straighten or replace the shaft, I much preferred getting another new inducer. Start fresh. Frank called his supplier, found a new inducer, made a quick trip to pick it up, installed it, and after checking that everything else was up to speed on my furnace, completed all the work in no time at all. Good pricing and quick service. Ill remember The Furnace Guy should I ever again require these types of services.

Horrific experience not made right. The first HVAC person didn’t know what he was doing. He broke a perfectly good Rheem Furnace to get me to buy more parts. In addition the second person tried to cover up mistake and removed my condensation pump that was fine before they touched it.I had the system serviced back in September by another company and there was nothing wrong.
