Even though it wasnt an emergency, they scheduled a service call within 24 hours. Zach, the technician, was clean, polite, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. Zach gave me the attention and information I wanted and explained everything to me.The price was fair, some parts need to be ordered to complete warranty work, so Zach made everything safe until the work can be completed.Veteran owned company who treats everyone right, especially this veteran, in my opinion.

I was quite happy with the service, the lady in the office (sorry I didnt catch her name) was kind and professional, she set me up with a late night appointment because I wanted to get it done even at a little extra cost. She then had a cancelation and contacted me immediately and set me up with even an earlier appointment at a cheaper rate. Then Zach showed up at the house on time, maybe even a little early. Very polite and professional. Went right to work after introducing himself, had the problem figured out in five minutes and fixed in ten. I wish I could give them a positive review. Had them install an AC unit last year. Fast forward to now and its just not blowing cold air anymore. Tried calling the phone number listed.. 6 TIMES. Nothing. Go on their website to fill out the form so someone can contact me, again nothing. Ended up hiring another company, paying them alot of money to fix a leak which should have been taken care of by Springs Heating and Cooling. Never again.

Our experience was great...our original appointment was scheduled on a Tuesday. We got a call on Thursday of the week before that one of the techs had a family emergency and had to take some time off; we were asked to reschedule. Unfortunately due to work schedules, we weren’t able to. Not even 2 hours later we got a call that they could fit us in that day. The tech came out and did a very thorough job. We would use Springs again!

Surprised that they were able to get us in so quickly. The technicians inspected our system, easily explained the problem, and advised us on the fix. While it is a hassle to worry about replacing an AC unit, I feel more confident now moving forward.

We hired Springs Heating and Air Conditioning to install a new furnace and A/C for our home. We got estimates from 3 different companies, but Springs H&C had a very competitive quote and also gave us a significant military discount. They also installed a new thermostat, which I purchased, for free.The install went well but we had a number of issues - the 2 stage furnace was not wired correctly, the thermostat wasnt wired correctly, the new humidifier leaked the first time we used it and there was a noticeable spill on the floor. Some of the issues wouldnt have been discovered had I not done quite a bit of reading in order to understand how the furnace and thermostat should have been wired.To their credit they did quickly fix all the issues and also gave us a free annual maintenance on both the furnace and the A/C. Because of this I raised my rating.4 stars because of the install experience. I would recommend, but like any significant purchase/investment, do your homeworkUpdate: All issues resolved and free maintenance offered. Would definitely recommend.

I have used this place before for a furnace and AC service and they did fine. However, I just used them for an Air Duct cleaning and was not pleased at all. They charged $350 for 13 vents, but didn’t do 2 of the vents because they were too high on the ceiling.. then one of the guys kept going outside to get equipment from his truck but while he was out there he would light and smoke a partial cigarette then walk directly back into our home smelling like smoke and was in and out of our newborn baby’s nursery. So now we have to work to get the smoke smell out of our nursery. I also don’t feel like they even got all of the dust out of our vents because he showed us the vacuum they used and it was completely empty and this house we’ve been in has never had the ducts clean. So seems pretty odd to me. I just feel like $350 was a steep price for the service we received. Especially for them being there for over 4 hours. Most likely will go elsewhere for further HVAC related stuff.

Brief Summary: Our AC stopped working, and they told us the only solution was to replace the entire unit that was only 11 years old, and that it would cost us $6400 for parts and labor. We called another company who came, repalced a dead capacitor, and had everything up and running in an hour for a $340 part and the cost of a visit, saving us thousands.Longer version: Our AC stopped working. The first time they came, they successfully solved a power issue with our thermostat and told us we were good to go, but did not solve the issue of us not having AC, as our house was in the 80s just hours later.To get them to come out a second time after already charging us for a problem they hadnt fixed, quite literally took hundreds of phone calls over the course of multiple days, and hours of my time that they werent answering calls during business hours and sometimes even sending me straight to voicemail.The second time out, they took a bunch of measurements and told us that our fan and condenser were pulling significantly more amperage than they are rated for, and that it indicated the entire unit needed to be replaced for $6400, which was the only possible solution.After having some bad experiences and a terrible diagnosis, we wanted a second opinion, and called another company. The absolute first thing they did was check the capacitor that starts all of the individual components up, and it was completely dead, which they said absolutely can cause incorrect amperage readings. They replaced the part, taught me a ton of stuff along the way, and our AC was fixed and blowing cold air immediately, which it hadnt in weeks of working with SHC.Final Thoughts: We genuinely had pleasant experiences with most individuals we worked with (when we could finally get a hold of them), but would not hire them again. Only one of two scenarios is possible: SHC was dishonest and tried to get us to pay for the most costly remedy possible, or the technicians that came were not experts in their field, and almost caused us to lose thousands of dollars to replace a perfectly functional air conditioning unit. Either way, this sadly isnt a company that I feel I can trust or has my best interests in mind.

Called for quote got scheduled for the following day was the earliest opening furnace short circuited so didnt have heat on top of the pipes being frozen about two hours after appointment was scheduled technician called me and told me he was in the area and you could stop by and do it immediately professional didnt act he knew everything explained what he did and how this style furnace work since its not manufactured any longer and also considering I was not able to pay full amount send me an invoice and allowed me to be able to make a payment at a later time highly recommended I believe his name was Isaac

Originally had called Isaac out for my annual maintenance cleaning since I was informed last year of a cracked heat exchanger by a different company, upon Isaacs evaluation I did not actually have a cracked exchanger but I did have a major gas leak at the gas lines. Isaac did the repair and double checked to make sure everything was in proper condition again. The squeaky noise now stopped and my system is in great condition again. I am a tenant and not the owner and would be much more upset if I were the homeowner but will report this also to him. I am not sure about functional and technical quality as that is not my expertise, however, these guys were not clean or professional and left a mess for me to spend over an hour cleaning up when I got home late from work. First, when they arrived they stood outside of my house smoking cigarettes. When I opened the garage door they walked in exhaling clouds of smoke. I am not a smoker but even if I was, it doesnt create a good 1st impression when the workers are breathing smoke on you when they walk into your house. When I came home from work the electrician had moved my trash container, a ladder and a wheelbarrow out of the way to access the electrical panel in the garage. None of it had been put back. When I went into the basement the floor was a disaster. There was dirt and debris all over the place, pieces of insulation lying around that they had removed from the walls, tables and my workout bench were moved across the floor and not put back, my leather top coffee table had clearly been used as a work bench and was filthy. I could see the marks where they had set their tools down. I couldnt believe anyone, especially providing a service and representing your company, could be this dense and nonprofessional. Do these guys receive any training? Is training even necessary around these types of common sense things you need to know in daily life? Very disappointing and caused me a real hassle. Now I see your response states the crew says they did sweep up. This is offensive. I had 2 full dust pans from the basement floor of dirt, metal and debris. The text I received said they completed job around 3:30. They were clearly in lets hurry up and get out early on a Friday mode.

Ive used Springs Heating and Cooling multiple times after trying other companies for AC service and Im very pleased with the service they provide! I own a small business and they are SO SO quick to come out and get me the help I need! I am used to waiting a week or longer for a scheduled appointment with other companies and with springs heating and cooling I get service in 1-3 days EVERY TIME. Most times they try and move schedules around to get me taken care of same day or next day and I let them know it is not an emergency and I can wait for their next available spot. Love this company

I had a good experience 2 years ago using them to service my furnace. I was having a problem with the flame sensor, and the tech (Isaac) correctly diagnosed it, thoroughly cleaned the inside of the furnace and the flame sensor, and the furnace worked again.2 years later, I called on them again for furnace service, and again it was a great experience. Again the flame sensor just needed to be cleaned. The tech (Brandon) did a thorough job of checking everything, measuring current draw on the blower motor, temp rise in the duct, and a bunch of other things. He clearly knew what he was doing, and he gave great explanations for everything. I learned a bunch of good stuff!This is a small family-owned business with only a few employees. Ive worked with 2 of them now and had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended!!! Imagine being deployed halfway across the world and your wife calls to say the heater isn’t working, it’s 13 degrees and the house is really cold. That’s the call I got. The battery in the thermostat died and she didn’t know how to open it. Springs Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace just before we bought the house last year, so I had my wife call them. She explained her situation and that there was three children in the house. They sent someone immediately and changed the battery free of charge. Note; the warranty expired already. This tells me they are military friendly and family friendly. The peace of mind I got was priceless. Thank you Springs Heatings and Cooling.
