Have been here for a few service including an oil change and a recall service. From the times I have been here the service is always fast and easy. The waiting areas are clean and sometimes they offer cookies which is a huge bonus.

We stopped by to buy a car and Salesmen Mitch and George were courteous, friendly and amazing as always. Stop by and ask for them. BUT if you see the MAN WHO KNOWS NUMBERS, Keith, walk away or run. Because one thing he does not know is people skills. We had our well behaved toddler with us but it was very clear he was more than annoyed and his demeanor towards us was demeaning and rude. Within the first 5 mins of speaking with us and before running ANY numbers he asked can you aford this in a condescending tone and also questioned if we really needed a car the size we wanted. It was obvious he was in no mood to try to work a deal. We walked out. Three years ago we purchased two Mazdas from here on the same day on a whim and have since paid one off. Everyone we have worked with at HQ Mazda since has always been friendly and welcoming, even treating our little one like family, however Keith is not cut from the same cloth and has soured our experience greatly.

Headquarter Mazda is awesome! I recently moved here and needed reg maint as well as a recall issue resolved. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, and went above & beyond to help me. Theres an issue with my models touch screen and they even got that process started for me and preordered a replacement. They saved me time and hassle of doing it myself.The other thing I love about this place already is they dont push services which arent necessary yet. Yes, they will let me know what is needed and when, but if its not vital at that time, they let me know it can wait until my next maintenance. They have earned my respect and trust at the first visit, and I look forward to a long-term relationship.

You can keep yourself busy while you wait for your car to be worked on. Theres a TV with free coffee and some snacks. :)
