I had a 2pm appointment for a oil change. It took 1.25 hours. Not quick at all. They offer free wash and vacuum with every service. It was not done. I spoke up they brought it through the car wash but still did not vacuum. Do not offer a service if its not going to be done period. They did not check or adjust my tire air pressure. The windshield washer fluid not filled either. All essential needs with a oil change. Even Jiffy Lube does all that.

Love the professionalism and optimal attitude these service agents have.

Too fast and too expensive. Did not check all fluid levels and left me one quart low in transfer case. Not recommended.

Ive tried a couple other local dealerships service depts for our small fleet of Fords and this one is far and above the best. Our high mileage 2013 Escape was needing a trans flush and after one dealership telling me they wouldnt do the flush and suggesting I might need a transmission, I called Clermont, they said no problem, bring it in. They have at least 6 bays and a shop full of techs and were able to get it right in. They did a double flush since it was overdue, and gave it a wash and vacuum. Prior to bringing it in, it was acting up. Now it drives like new. Its hard to find quality competent service these days, but Ford of Clermont has it. They also work on other makes, so Ill be taking my other two vehicles that need major maintenance in the next couple weeks to Ford of Clermont.

The service department has new leadership that is focused on improving the customer experience. Brian is the Service Manager and he was understanding and knowledgeable. Obed joined this team recently from another nearby Ford dealer and he brings a wealth of knowledge and outstanding service. Because of them, my car was in great hands. Thank you Brian and Obed! Ill be back.

Excellent service from the entire team especially from Kristine and Adam...the QuickLane folks provide excellent service too! I’ve changed from Mullinax Ford service to Ford of Clermont and it was a great decision!

Our first experience with Fords Quick Lane Tire and Automotive Center will be our last and was so bad that it took three attempts in one day to get our dually truck back in working order enought to be able to drive home again! The intent of the visit was simple maintenance - an oil change, brake pads and rotors (and we added replacement of two air filters as well). We were having no problems with the vehicle. Upon completing the work, the tech put the wheels back on incorrectly, putting one of the inside dually tires on the outside, but backwards, so that the hubcap was facing in toward the center of the truck! My husband caught the error and they had to go back in and correct the problem. Upon departure, the truck had no get up and go and was no longer driveable. The mechanic claimed both batteries now needed to be replaced. Having never had any previous problems with the batteries, it leaves us wondering what happened during our visit that morning to make the truck not even run. Three attempts to get the truck back in working order, six hours of waiting, and two bills ($877 and $348), and our truck was finally back on the road. We found no quick lane at Ford of Clermont, only imcompetence, high costs and frustration.

Ironically, waiting 45 minutes to get a “fast lube” and writing a negative review earned an instant visit from the service manager offering an apology and willingness to do anything to rectify the situation. Kudos👍

Thanks for making my decision not to shop at your dealership easy. I found this truck an emailed inquiring for more information on 9/24/19 with no response then 24 hours later then price went up an still no response from dealership.
