I had to give it one star to get to this would have been zero if I could. I have been a loyal Life Time Discount Tire customer over 30 years. This was the first time I have ever had to make an appointment online because over the phone they would not make it. When I got there they told me I had no such an appointment and because it was only a tire balance and rotation I sat for an hour past my appointment time. They took cars in after my arrival I think because it was money. I will never use Discount Tire again for anything but my warranties that I already have.

I had a flat tire that Raun helped me with, and did a phenomenal job with it all! He made sure I was well taken care of and the service was super quick. Great experience, would highly recommend anyone coming here if they need any tire work done!

This morning I woke up to a flat tire. They didnt have any appointments available so I just showed up when they opened. They had me in and out in 35 minutes. Their prices are always the best and they move fast. I dont ever go anywhere else for my tire needs.

Best prices around. Helpful service advisors. Replaced 4 tires in just under an hour. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that even though my service was scheduled by appointment, my car sat untouched in the lot for 50 minutes before work began. Ive purchased tires there before and have never been disappointed. I would recommend this business.

Absolutely horrible! I had a flat tire, dont know why it went flat but I was in heavy traffic and asked Google to get me to the closet tire store and ended up there. It is a Saturday and it was busy. I arrived there just before 1:30 pm and the guy who gladly took my credit card tells me it will be 4:45pm before they can get me outta there. I have a flat tire, no coice but to wait it out. I asked him if there was a vending machine where I could get a drink and he tells me there a store on the corner. I walk over and buy a cold drink, return to DT and settle in for my Saturday adventure at the tire store. As I am waiting two guys walk up to the counter and ask where they can get a drink, guess what....they were handed two bottles of water. People came in after me and left before me. I guess service for older women isnt important. I will never go back there!!! And will share my story with everyone I know, its already been posted to my Facebook page....Update after sending an email to corporate, I received a call from the branch manager apologizing.for this experience.

I am being extremely kind giving this business one star. I was treated like trash by entire staff, including management. I have a warranty for services that was flat out refused. I was forced to pay for services I did not ask for. Went in for a check engine light and was forced to pay for additional services. Also, they never even addressed the check engine light! The man who manages should be fired immediately. He made fun of me and my predicament in front of all staff and every customer in the building during my entire visit. Avoid this location at all costs. It is 100% worth it to drive to the Orlando instead. You will avoid being laughed at and robbed simultaneously. Do not trust anyone at this location. I get much better service at Walmart, and that says it all.

When I found I had low tire pressure, I searched for a place to take my vehicle. Discount Tire came up as near to my home so at 5:00 p.m. on a Monday, I drove to their facility. The place was packed and one of the managers said they would see if they could repair the tire as there was a screw in it. However, they were backed up and wouldn’t be closing until they finished all the cars. We were number 29 in line. The employees are amazing and they are so friendly to each other and the customer. Before we left, they found another screw in a different tire . . . When I buy my tires, I will not go anywhere else!

Prices were good except for $20. Per Tire installation fee. Im in a tire store. The price should include installation. McDonalds doesnt charge extra for cooking their food and assembling the hamburger!!

Fantastic experience using Discount Tire. Went to replace two tires and they gave a great recommendation on Road Hugger GT (their own tire brand) tires. They discovered 3 of the stock tires I had went bad and gave me credit for them. Extremely helpful, fast and accommodating staff with great service!

This is the second time we went here and both times were above and beyond a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back when the time comes for new tires and truly appreciate this business and how friendly and customer oriented they are. I feel like that is hard to come by now. Go inside for a tire patch. Stated it couldnt be patched. High pressure sales tactics to replace all tires. Then they refused to provide a receipt. Called and left a message, still no receipt. Wouldnt recommend this shop.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Brought my car in to see about some tire repairs. They said it could not be repaired but provided a detailed explanation as to why. When I asked about a higher end brand of tire for a replacement, they said the cheaper version would be better for my vehicle, which just goes to show that they genuinely car about your needs, and not making extra money.

Had my Jeep Wrangler in to get some new wheels and bigger tires recently. Shawn worked with me to get the right wheel offset and the bigger tires that I wanted. Shawn and Marshall both made sure there were no clearance issues when the new tires were mounted and they made sure I was happy with the purchase. Extremely happy with my purchase and the outstanding service from Shawn and his team! Wouldnt think of going anywhere else.Update Dec 2018: I wanted to get some new wheels for our Macan so I went over to Discount Tire in Clermont. Shawn helped me out with selecting the best wheel and tire package to give the Macan an aggressive factory appearance. These wheels change the entire look of the car and we couldnt be happier. I had my tires rotated & balanced on Tuesday, August 25 at the Clermont, FL store. I bought a set there about 2 years ago and have had one flat repair and 3 rotations since then. It hasn’t cost me an extra cent either. I never have to wait more than 60 minutes from my appointment. My tech was Jared (I think that’s his name) and he was great at going an extra mile for me. He made sure the work was done quickly plus he checked my spare to verify it was aired up too. Thanks, guys!

I dropped my car off at noon to get a tire checked out Because it constantly leaks air (tires I purchased from Discount tire) I have 5 kids I transport in my veh. So yes I need to make sure I’m not stranded and can’t get to my destination. whenever we come in to purchase tires no problem in and out. now that I have an issue my car has been sitting for 6hrs it now 6:11pm and my car has not been checked out or even moved from where I left it. Why do you sell warranty if you don’t plan to take care of your customers. In the message I received to check my progress said I dropped off at 4:05pm I asked Shawn why and he quickly change the subject to we are running a bit behind but we will get you in. It’s 6pm and I have had to make arrangements for my kids n still my car sits.Raun was very nice and listen to me vent because the main issue is communication. If I would have been told we are slammed bring it tomorrow that wasn’t a problem.

The worst experience ever and the sad part is that I am a repeat customer. Two months ago I purchased a full set if tires (4) on my personal car and before that two front tires for my moms car, which is the vehicle that I was driving as is more comfortable for my mom. My mom just had neck surgery and we live in Clermont and was on my way to pick up my daughter from school in Ocala when I notice that her vehicle had a flat tire. My car was in Apopka being worked on.CLERMONT LOCATION (9:40am)I called first to ask if they can take care of a flat tire and said no over the telephone. So I decided to show up in person at 11:30am.Since they didnt have anyone outside to check me in, I went inside the store where it was full of people. This was odd to me, cause Apopka follows the COVID-19 rules.Clermont location (OSCAR) refused to even consider working me in for my flat tire, then he sent me away to another shop and stated that they were just too busy working on Labor Day sales and if I stayed there waiting it would be more like three, four or more hours to wait...not knowing they close at 6:00pm. Note I was here at 11:30am.APOPKA LOCATION (11:58am)Following this incident, I decided to call the Apopka location where I purchased my set of wheels, plus my moms two front wheels. Note that I called after being shushed away from the Clermont location.Apopka location (JOSÉ) said he could work me in at 2:15pm, mind you that it was great, but I had to be in Ocala around that time to pick up my daughter from school. I cant be late for picks-up or EX wouldve taken my weekend away from me. José offered me more times, but I would still be in Ocala. He was nice, polite and professional. I was able to look at appointment times online for the rest of the day and Saturday. So, I decided to book an appointment online for Saturday at 10:00am.At no available option, I decided to fill moms tire with much air as it could put on her tire. The air machine only made it to 32. Then I kept praying that the tire would not blow up on our way to pick up my daughter in Ocala. Let me see if they have a store in Ocala. Yes, I said they can be my salvation.OCALA LOCATION (2:33pm)I called first to ask if they can take care of a flat tire. Theyre answering machine loops around about five times before anyone picks up. Todd answers me over the telephone and said no way they can help me with a flat tire today. So I look for online appointments and they still had an availability for 5:00pm, which I booked right away.3:05pm Arrived at my daughters school and finally at 3:12pm she was picked up. Decided to get everyone lunch as our usual routine on Fridays and head over to Discount Tire.Since they didnt have anyone outside to check me in, I went inside the store where it was full of people. Again, another store not following COVID-19 rules like Apopka store.Arrived at 4:05pm and the next available guy was non other than Todd. I said I am here to get my flat tire fixed. He then did his speech about selling tires. I said to Todd. I spoke with you over the telephone and you told me you could help me if I waited, but the thing is I made an online appointment for 5:00pm, but I am here an hour earlier with my mom and daughter and I just need the flat fixed, so I can be on my way back to Clermont. Todds answer was Ohhhh, you were able to get one of those online appointments. Good for you. Todd went ahead an tried to sell me the store cause theyre focus was selling tires during Labor day. I told Todd, I know youre trying to sell me tires, but I dont have the means to buy anything at the moment. I just need the left tire fixed, so I can be on my way home. Todd printed the slip and said to go wait in my car and theyll have someone come and get me. I ledt the store crying for the way he treated me. 5:15pm rolls around and I am furious. All of three of us making us wait for so long while they attend to everyone thats coming in to get free air checks. As I was calling the store someone showed up at my window. Tire fixed my with damages at 6:00pm.

So I told the guy , hey I actually need it for today but thanks anyways.Before I could finish anyways the guy just hung up on me.This may be petty but I was very polite and then the guy just hangs up on me? Cant let me finish my sentence and say ok have a good day?Super rude, kinda stuck with me so I had to share .Hopefully they are a lot nicer in person.The guys name was Snow. So hey snow next time just take a few seconds and treat people like humans that wasn’t necessary.

Don’t leave anything valuable in your car!!! They do not lock the cars after work is done. I asked about it and the guy said they don’t lock the cars but assured me that he is always watching the parking lot. If you believe that, don’t worry about it. If you are looking for a place to go through other people’s cars, this the the place for you! No security cameras or anyone actually watching the lot. Other than that, They have good prices on tires and friendly service.

Very fast and efficient, super nice staff that dont make you feel like you are interrupting their day, and are willing to take all the time needed to answer any question you have. I ordered the tires online, sceduled the appt and then received a reminder call the day before my appt folliwed by an email. I bought new Perelli tires for my BMW about 8 months ago. My wife was driving and got a screw in one of my tires so I Stopped to get it out and patched on my way to work and they told me it would be 3 hours before they can get to it. It was an emergency because it was going flat. And they weren’t busy. I’ll never buy tires there again.

Good experience. Came outside to determine our needs. Had us ready to go in 30 minutes didnt push a higher grade than we requested.

I dealt with Sean Snow, they wouldn’t put the tires on I wanted. They ended up putting a smaller set of tires, that cost more. We fought every step of the way. When I got there he treated me like a child. When I got my truck the tires were overinflated for what I used them for. The front tire psi was 65 and the rear was 75psi. That is great if I am towing but I do not tow at all so I have no need to have a high load index in the rear or front. Overall worst experience I had there

Over the past few years the staff has really gone downhill. They have became fairly rude and quick to cancel any and all warranties for no reasons then try to force you to buy a new tire when it is not necessary just to up their sales. After doing it to the third different car that I have bought tires from them for. Ive decided to never go back . Highly recommend going to any other tire shop. After being a loyal costumer for around 3 years I will never shop here again

I bought 12 tires in about 3 months for my rv and dually. Good prices and service until I was filling my tires on my dually the day before a trip and found out they put a cap on one of the inner tire valve stem and put a cheap plastic extension one the other which my air chuck wouldnt fill it with air. The truck came with dealer valve extentions about an 1 1/2 long. I went to Discount Tire and the Asst. Manager said it would be a few hours before they could do anything. Well I couldnt stick around for that doing last minute preps for a trip. You would think a returning customer would get a little bit better service. I went and bought 2 valve extensions and I stalled myself.

First I bought my tires from this store. I came in for a flat repair. I was told I would have to wait 2 hours for a flat repair. I waited they told me my tire was un repairable. No problem i have road hazard. They dont have my tire in stock so they put my spare on the truck and they kept my rim with flat so thwy could mount the tire when it came i. They told me it would be Tues afternoon or weds. Fine. They call me weds they have my tire when can I come i said around 3 or 330. I arrive at 330 they then tell me I will have to wait until 5 15 before they will be done. They had not even mounted on my rim. I told them mount it i will do the rest myself. If you want fast service stay away. Most places when I get a trailer tire flat get me in and out. This place is a joke. I watched the guy balancing my tire drop my chrome rim on its face off the machine onto the metal lift.

Good place. Long wait because they are busy. Polite people though.

I want to say thank you to Raun. My husband and I had been having a bit of a stressful day and an unforeseen hole in my tire was not helping the day. Raun greeted me in a friendly manner and even though I’m sure I came off a bit frustrated, he personally saw to it that the tire was able to get placed back on my car after being patched very quickly and rectify the situation immediately. I greatly appreciate it the understanding and amazing service.

Showed up an hour late to my appointment and they still managed to get my vehicle back there in 15 minutes or less! Once my car went back I was out of there in less than an hour. Very quick service and kind people. The only complaint I have is that I have my rims powder coated and I guess when they put on my new tires they were not that careful and chipped parts of the powder coat on two of my rims. I did not notice this until the day after when I cleaned my car. Pretty disappointed in that aspect because I paid a good bit of money for my rims to be powder coated, but other than that their service is fantastic and they really take care of you in a timely fashion!

Bad service. Went in to get tires changed on our truck. These guys put the rims on wrong so we had to go back. After the second trip we noticed a bad vibration at high speeds. They didn’t balance the tires the correct way. Reached out to them a few weeks later and requested that we get them rebalanced. Told us we had to pay per tire because we didn’t purchase the lifetime balance. Yet NOBODY even mentioned that offer to us upon initial trip.Also, guys behind the counter need to just do their job instead of try to impress people.
