I came in after feeling my brakes give out and panicked. I’ve always come here for other auto needs so I knew of they could help. I did not have an appointment, but I was taken care of immediately!The gentleman behind the counter checked it out, told me he could fix it and priced it for me. It was so great to have an honest mechanic who took care of the situation so quickly and accurately. He estimated how long it would take and was done with repair sooner than expected. I will continue to come here for all our auto needs as they really do excellent work and care about their customers. I highly recommend others to do the same!

Amazing. Highly recommended. They are efficient, polite and honest. The owner was super helpful on the phone (first impressions), they assessed my issue and gave me an estimate within 30 minutes. They did exactly what they said they would, for the exact price they quoted me (no changes, upcharges, etc) within the exact time frame they promised me. I am very pleased. I have a 1997 Chev S-10 with a 5 speed Manual Transmission. I was losing the clutch pedal slowly to the point I had if all the way to the floor. I have had this vehicle for 23 years and had the clutch replaced once and the slave cylinder(Inside the Transmission) done twice. 5 years ago, I had the clutch and slave cylinder done (Not at this shop) so I thought it was the Slave Cylinder again($750+). Called around to a couple of shops and they all said it was probably that. Then I called Clermont Automotive & Tire and he said there are other things it might be. So, I took it there still thinking it would be the Slave Cylinder ($750). He looked under the hood and checked the Master Cylinder and said I was so low on fluid I probably even had air in the line. He said I could fill it up and try pumping it a lot. But I choose to have them do it and bleed the lines, cost $100.Now given my long story I would not have argued or been the wiser if he said it was the $750 job, BUT.They were SO HONEST they did Only What was needed in spite of they could have easily charged me $750 instead of $100.They were done in about 2 hours. With that kind of Honesty I WILL NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE IN THIS AREA EXCEPT “Clermont Automotive & Tire” for any of my Automotive needs every again.I would even send my wife there and not worry in the least that she would be cheated

I have a fairly old (1998) Mitsubishi Monero Sport that I use for local runs. Before I retired I used it as my go to work truck. Clermont Auto has worked on it three times. The first time the fuel pump had gone out. The second time I had them change the timing belts before they went out. Just this last week, I had the Mitsubishi towed there and they found that the ignition rotor had self destructed. Each time Clermont Auto has been professional,, courteous, fair priced, and honest. When you have a vehicle that has over 300,000 miles, you need a place like Clermont Auto (just in case). I dont even live in Clermont anymore and I still use them.

Our family has been using Clermont Auto for all our auto repair needs for at least 25 years or more. All eight of my children who are grown now have also utilize Clermont Auto for their repair needs and still do. For us Steve and Susie have become like family. We get nothing but first rate service from Clermont Auto . I never worry about what the charges may be because I know they have my best interest at heart. They refuse to just replace parts at random if you don’t need them . They search for the cause of the problem and make the necessary repairs only as needed. I will not go any place else for all our auto repair needs and I am sure if you give them a try you will feel the same way. Tom

Ive gone to this shop twice. Once to replace my parking brake and another to replace my motor mount. Both times were pleasant. The employees are friendly and honest. Both times they gave me estimates up front for free before working on it, and their prices are reasonable. They are timely and honest. My parking brake was fixed and my engine runs much smoother now with less noise and vibration, and I will be coming back here if I ever need professional and affordable car repairs.

Never have an issue getting my car service

Recently I had to have my 18 yr old Tahoe towed into Clermont Automotive. My 4 wheel drive was stuck in low/drive.They gave me several options and explained the mechanics of the problem & the costs for each option! This is what service, unreliability & excellent work is All about.They have keep my vehicle on the road for 18 yrs! Safe& cost effective. This works for me. Tx

One of my friends said they werent busy on Sundays and said he could give me 2 used tires for my SUV 98 Toyota 4 runner and an oil change and top of my fluids. Ive been patient. Taking my car up there when they open and telling the manager. I have every text and facebook message. He put 215s on my SUV and 5w 30 which he left 4 bottles in my SUV. Tried telling me excuses. Hoping the owner can help. I really hope I didnt spend that money on nothing! Please!

I called to ask how much it would be for them to check my Air conditioner and the woman was very rude. I told her my car was a 2000 and she said an 18 year old car?? Maam Im sorry I cant afford to buy a 2018 car but my 2000 car runs great besides my A/C recently going out.
