Picked up my vehicle yesterday and it looked practically brand new! Its 10 years old and they were able to match the paint perfectly. I had to come to this shop for bumper service after my vehicle was rear ended. From start to finish, Mr. Derek H., was my estimator. He was extremely professional, quick with what he had to do, but he did it perfectly. Him and his team did a wonderful job installing a new bumper and giving it a nice paint coat. To top it all off they cleaned and detailed the car. Overall everyone in the office was polite and did whatever they could to help out. Hats off to this place.
My car was in an accident. The representative, Gator took care of everything in the most professional and supportive way. It seemed to me that he and the entire Gerber staff treated me as if I were family. Could not have had a better experience.
Gerber is the best and Derek goes above and beyond for his customers. My car was done when they estimated it to be and it looked like nothing ever happened to it. Derek doesnt accept anything less than perfection, so when I pulled up to get my car he came right out and showed me a little scratch that was on my left side passenger window tint. He asked when was I free to have his window tint guy fix it, I told next Wednesday. He called his tint guy, got it set up and that Wednesday I brought my car back to Gerber and was in/out in 20 minutes. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship, but also his honesty which is hard to come by these days.
Joshua saved this review, it was going very badly due to his supervisor but he stepped up and took charge of a very messy situation. He got documentation to the insurance and got things done. You are what makes Gerber. I can see why there are staffing issues but we are so thankful that you are sticking it out. You have taken great care of us 2 times. Maybe sometime soon it will be General Manager Joshua. 😉

I needed a VERY minor repair. I heard Gerber was great so off I went to them.It started with entering a very big clean and pleasing to the eye front entrance. The two receptionists were so friendly and helpful. One of the guys, ( Gator), went out and took a look. I have to say I was very impressed with the work done on my vehicle. I didnt even recognized it when I saw it. Josh and his crew did a wonderful job. My car looked better than new.Josh kept me updated with the work being done and finished in a timely fashion without sacrificing quality.They gave it a car wash and beautifully took care of the damage. My husband ran over a raccoon and the front end of the car needed to be replaced. This was over the holidays. These guys were very professional and thorough with our car, as they checked everything. The paint job was just awesome, they called and let us know every update, so we were never wondering...Great work!! Highly recommend.
I went in today thinking I was going to need some paint work on my SUV truck, the front windshield metal parts look like someone poured acid on my truck. But thank you JESUS for letting me meet Josh aka GATOR.Any other company would have charged me to paint my truck but Gator use a compound to remove the harsh chemicals that was on my truck. If you are old and can not park do not even consider trying to go to this location!!!! So the parking was so bad that when I was looking for a spot I litterally had to do a 15 point turn to turn around!!!! Then when they finished with my car they got done early which was great. BUT they sent me a text the day before saying the Estimated Date Of Completion had been moved up to the next day. Then the very next day I got another text telling me it was done early that morning and to wait for a call to schedule a pick up and drop off of the rental. I waited ALL day and did not want to just go up their in case it was an automated message and the car wasnt really done and I would have to wait forever like I did when I dropped the car off. Finally at 5 PM I got a call that I had to let go to voicemail. The voicemail told me that I legally had 24 hours to pick up the car after its completion otherwise I would have to start paying for my rental and that the car was done the day before! The lady argued with me about it but I obviously had the text messages to prove them saying it was done yet on the day she said it was done! So I got my deposit on the rental back. If you need to go here go but otherwise find another place.

Do not take your cars to this workshop, they are very irresponsible and they do not care at all about customer service, they do not care about the inconvenience they cause you due to their delays, they tell you that the car will be ready on a date and they do not meet it.

Best service I have had in a long time. I was told that my car would take a week to get fixed these guys where so quick to get it done they did it in less than 24 hours. Excellent experience! Was greeted by Josh (Gator) as I pulled up. He assessed the damage, explained the process and how long it would take. When I picked the car up it looked brand new! They did an excellent job repairing the damage. Josh was courteous and right on with the timeframe for repair. Since the first time i came here I felt welcomed and safe. I do not plan when i need to bring my car in but definitely the 2nd time was beyond my satisfactory. Estimate of a 9 day work was done in 2 days! I cannot express and thank them enough for going above and beyond to fix my car, it was stressful with the holidays and them being booked but it was definitely worth it! Plus they cleaned my car spotless! Something I did not mind at all they needed to do because the goal i just wanted my car back to normal, but them doing that detail was literally showing how much they value their customers. They have great customer service from front desk to the techs doing the inside hard work for us! Always will be my go to spot for my car!!

I agree with most other Posts, Christina is super friendly and assertive. But, if you need them to fight for you with an insurance company, dont expect much. Their work is good if you are paying, this post is about the dis-service received because they do not fight a claim for you. I was hit, other driver sited, and all the damage was not fixed. They let the insurance company responsible rule the decisions. Very disappointed with that!They will come back and respond with it wasnt part of accident proposal from insurance or it wasnt mentioned in the beginning of repair.. etc.. Trust me it was. My car had no damage and their work performance leaves me with a worse car than before. Not the end of the world, but less than before accident. A door seal to be exact.

Work was performed very poorly. They take shortcuts and the finished result is horrible fish eyes and dirt spots in the clear coat. Some of the damage isnt repaired; there is a ripple in my bumper from the accident that wasnt repaired. Dont take your cars here if you want good work. They are here to help the insurance companies not the consumer. Now my car is being repaired for a second time at at another body shop at the expense of the insurance company.Update: In response to your reply, I gave you ample opportunity to fix this situation while you had possession of our Toyota picked up on May 14th; through multiple phone calls and in person. An employee called us to tell us it was good enough to come pick up. We explained good enough is not enough. Our bumper was in perfect condition before the accident and it should be restored to that condition after you were done. We were ensured if we looked at it in person we would be happy. Well, we did that and it looked awful. That was explained to the employee who helped us that day. I was argued with that the remaining damage was pre-existing and the best he could do was buff it out more. There was then 3 more men called out for a total of 4 men arguing with me. I dont understand how you can argue that a new car, never in any accidents before the one you were fixing, had preexisting ripples and scratches. I asked if you had seen the accident report that stated all the damage and you said no. I showed you the damage photos on my phone and you didnt care then. I scheduled an inspection with the insurance company who agreed with me that the repairs were not completed correctly

I recently had the rear lift gate on my Mazda CX-5 Repaired at the Clermont Gerber Collision Center. The estimate and scheduling process was excellent and they were able to get my car in almost immediately for repair (no parts were required). The repair was completed quickly and the car was clean and the repair looked good when I went to pick the car up.When I got home and looked at the repair more closely, I noticed overspray in three different areas. Two of the areas of overspray were on a molding piece, that per the quote, was to be removed and replaced. It is apparent that was not done. I took the car back and they had the overspray buffed out. I was out with the car in less than an hour. When I asked about the trim not being removed as quoted, the supervisor / manager only offered an unlikely explanation. Supposedly there was a color mismatch and they didnt want to damage the clips removing the moulding a second time when the car was repainted. I should not have been charged for work that was not properly performed.

Gerber did an excellent job repairing damage to my 3-month old Highlander that resulted from an accident. I picked them because they were recommended by my insurance company, were conveniently located and had good reviews. I was not disappointed. Derek was available on-time for our estimate appointment, thoroughly explained the process, and gave a reasonable approximation for how long the work would take. Importantly, from start to finish he kept in touch and set (and met) my expectations. Further, Gerber coordinated directly with both my insurance company and the rental car agency. The results were fantastic - you can not tell there was ever any damage, the paint was blended perfectly, and all the doors seal as though they were new (I mention that based on previous bad experience). I very highly recommend the team at Gerber Collision and would absolutely do business with them again.

This the first time I have used Gerber but they have gained my loyalty. Parts were ordered quickly the total repair for the front and rear bumper on my Dodge took only two full business days. Dropped off on Monday morning, picked up car on Tuesday evening. The quick repair was not the only surprise - this company spruced up my car and it looked better when I picked it up than when I dropped it off; it was completely vacuumed inside and they washed the outside - even getting off the dried bug droppings - but heres the kicker, they also shined up my tires. My car looks new and I have Gerber to thank for such a good job. By the way, their service estimator Rosa is the best!

Unless you dont a call back or are expecting a call to know how your vehicle is doing, they are good. Horrible follow up skills, I called multiple times asking for my adjuster, left a message on more than 3 occasions with the receptionist asking for a call back, and the post-it note must have gotten lost because I never got a call back...ever. Please fix this guys!
Took our car there after an accident because our insurance recommended them. It took 6 weeks to get my car back because it had to order some parts. Once I got it back there was a couple things that were not perfect and they worked hard to get it right. Customer service was excellent!
They confirmed my appointment Wednesday then cancelled to Thursday then cancelled to Saturday then cancelled to the following Monday then no one showed up..In a nutshell, Useless. Took my business to another dealership in Orlando Fl who promptly confirmed my appointment the same day and I was good to go..Job done
