The absolute WORST! Same trend as the others, warranty company for our washer made the appt. I called after I hung up with the warranty company and left a voicemail detailing the service call and that I wanted to confirm. Never got a call back. Tried a total of 18 times in three days from my office phone, cell phone and just for the hell of it from a blocked number. Still no answer. I have no idea if this is an actual business or not. He never showed up, after my husband took the day off from work. My husband did drive by his office, its a PO box at a UPS Store. Shady, shady shady!!!!!!

Setup appointment via warranty company. NO CALL NO SHOW. Reading other reviews, seems like a trend to me. Just called warranty company and had the Service Center switched to another company. Time is money, and waiting around for a 5 hour window, then to leave multiple messages after the missed appointment with no response back is frustrating to say the least.

Troy is one of the most knowledgeable repair people. We have used him for 7 years on many different appliances! We wouldnt use anyone else, he is up front on if you should fix something or not.

Just bought my first place and it came with pretty old appliances. Of course the dryer went on the fritz shortly after moving in. Troy was great. Turned out to be a minor issue that was a quick fix and it also needed a good cleaning. He took the time to show me how to properly maintain my appliances to prolong their life and stave off future repairs. I thought I was gonna need all new appliances. Really appreciated the education. He saved me a bundle!

Very professional and knowledgeable. And came right away. He even gave me tips about my dishwasher and washing machine I wasn’t aware of.

I have used Appliance Medic for several years for several rentals that I manage. They are great with scheduling appointments and getting the issue straight at a very reasonable price. One thing to know about appliance companies- there are not that many of them and they often have times booked several weeks out. Of several that I have used, Appliance Medic has the most prompt service. Troy specifically, is always friendly and helpful!

Troy came out to check our washer. He couldve charged us for a bunch of maintenance work, and we would have been never the wiser. Instead, he said buy a new machine, which makes him less money, and charged us a tiny fee for gas and mileage.

So glad I called Appliance Medic-Troy came out on a Saturday and fixed my dishwasher quickly

Troy is awesome! Fast and Efficient. I had no problems getting repair scheduled right away. He also gave us recommendations on what to do and not do w/ our front loader washer.

Owner doesnt answer his phone and is very rude when customers alert him of his mistakes. Orders get taken but not completed for weeks or even months. Im not sure why hes trying to run the business into the ground.

The owner of this company is terrible! I paid him $250.00 over a month ago to fix my ice machine. Needless to say it is still broken. He doesn’t answer phone calls or return voice mails. He replaced my entire ice machine, which I’m sure was refurbished, but that wasn’t the problem. Now, it’s some kind of board that has been placed on back order indefinitely. How can we get this irresponsible, piece of human garbage out of business?

Our warranty company referred us to this company for a refrigerator repair. Tampa Bay Appliance Medic set up an afternoon appointment time for their serviceman to come out. We waited. He didnt show. We contacted Tampa Bay Appliance Medic THREE times over the next 2 days & left messages on their voicemail. They didnt even have the courtesy to return our calls. One hell of a way to run a service business.

Horrible. Stood me up TWICE with NO follow up. Waited a total of ten hours between the two appointments, not to mention the time wasted on the phone on calls initiated by me, the customer. Requested to speak to the owner and never received a phone call. DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT, POORLY RUN BUSINESS!!

There was none I waited with a window of 8-12 called them at 11:50 to be told no one is coming. Bad customer service I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS if the review would allow it. My time is just as valuable as Tampa Bay Appliance Medic

I am very frustrated with this company. They came once to diagnose our washing machine and then said they would be back with parts to fix it. Two months later, our washing machine is STILL broken. They wont answer any phone calls and honestly, if I had the money, I would take them to court so that other people dont have to go through what we have gone through with them. BEWARE of Tamoa Bay Appliance Medics.

This guy Troy (owner?) took advantage of a single mother raising 2 girls.He quoted a price to fix her dryer, ordered parts, and came to fix it. After putting the dryer back together he said not all the parts came in but he will return to complete the job for no additional charge over the original quote, so she paid him the full amount. Approx $250.He never returned, does not answer his phone, and does not return phone calls.This was back on February 4th 2014.

Hard to reach. Does not return phone calls. Get someone else.

Doesnt keep appointment times, doesnt return phone calls, doesnt perform repairs. Wastes time and money. Still waiting on a repair since 5/7/15 dont know status because he wont return my phone calls. Save your time and money. Also left a review on Angies List for those customers also.
