Called with a question and recording gave me Rays cell #. Called and he answered, helped me diagnose the problem with my appliance, answered my questions. Very helpful and generous. Much appreciated after calling 5 other appliance repair companies and getting either voice mail or a receptionist with no technical knowledge or access to any - only an offer for as callback the next day. Cannot rate 5/5 because this company did not render any repair services for me, but would consider them for future needs based on my interaction.

Ray responded right away and ordered the part. He kept me posted on when he would arrive and was prompt. He fixed my washer for a very reasonable price. I will use him again

Called and explained the problem to Ray at 10am. He said he could be here between 12-3pm. He called as promised 20 minutes before arriving at 1pm and the repair was complete in less than 30 minutes. I have saved his number in my phone for any future appliance repair needs that may arise.

Ray was very responsive, even after I had to cancel my first appointment at the last minute. He was very understanding. He was considerate and explained everything he was doing in a way I could easily understand. He was prompt and cleaned up after he was done. I will definitely be calling him again in the future if I need help again.

Knowledgeable and honest man!! Came out to my home while I had to work and met with my Dad because my washing machine just stopped draining. He was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful in resolving the issue! I would highly recommend Ray as your primary small appliance handy man

This guy is very rude, disrespectful and would not recommend him to anybody. We tried to explain what was wrong with my dishwasher and he would not listen. He continued to mumble under his breath and speak condescendingly as if we were not right there. This guy is so disrespectful, he had my mother in law in tears. I had to throw him out of my house. When my wife went to the landlord to explain the situation, he violently charged at her, screaming to call the police on her and get her the F out of right now. We filed a police report.

Was flexible with my schedule, friendly, tidy, speedy, and priced fairly. I will definitely be using him again next time I have an appliance issue.
