The response to my issue was prompt. The repair technician arrived on time and assessed the issues very quickly. A part needed to be ordered, and an appt was immediately scheduled to complete the repair. The repair technician was friendly, kind, respectful of my property, and an all-around lovely person. I would call this company again in a heartbeat for appliance issues! The service I received was outstanding.

Setting an appointment was easy. Our repair person (Max) communicated with us and even offered to fix our washer hours ahead of schedule! This service fee was also $10’ish cheaper than the other places I called! Max wore a mask upon request AND taught us some things about our washer! He could have told us to get certain parts for the washer totally replaced (a cost of close to $300) but instead was honest about how we could wait 5 more years as long as we did not overload the washer. He was respectful and wonderful to work with. We HIGHLY recommend their services! I didn’t know what to expect-so this feels especially good to know I can call them for appliance repairs!

The bake function on my oven went out just prior to my son coming home on leave from the NAVY. I had planned on doing a lot of cooking for him and needed my oven fixed! My washer was leaking a little bit and I couldn’t fix or diagnose it myself. Max came out and within an hour had everything fixed and even cleaned the inside of the water for an extremely cheap price.I will be using this company from now on. Max came out to validate that my washer wasnt leaking all over the floor. On his way over, it was discovered the hot water heater was leaking. I didnt want to cancel as I thought it would be good to validate that both were not at fault. He came in, looked it completely over and also took an interest in the water heater replacement which a plumber was doing at the time. Only when he knew that it was not the washer 100% (there was a lot of water), did he leave. Good company.

The service technician, Vladimir, explained the problem and advised me on the condition of the washer. This is the 3rd time GCA has tended to one of my appliances and Vlad always does a good job.

They were able to come and fix our dryer in a timely fashion. The technician was good at communicating with us and called to let us know that he was on his way and could even come by earlier. It only took about 20 minutes to fix it, and they only charge $69 for the service call which is included in the price of the repair, much cheaper than the last company we used. The technician also wore a face mask.

Had Max as my technician and he was excellent. He first came out early for the first appointment to see the problem with my ice maker and determined the motor was gone. He had to order the part and would not take a deposit or a payment for that visit, just quoted me for the entire project. The part came in earlier than he thought, think he used good sources, in that parts are harder to get now with the virus issues. He came out again early for the installation and was in and out in no time--much faster than I thought. He showed me me the problem with the old part after he took it out. Highly recommend the company--they keep you informed of when you are scheduled and call a little before they come letting you know they are on there way. I felt the price was right as I checked some other on line sources for estimates and they were right in line. So great service and good prices, not much more to ask for!

What a horror show we have had in dealing with with our Samsung refrigerator. The Samsung-approved repair company continuously blew off appointments, didnt return calls, didnt answer the phone, didnt fix the problem in September. Finally, I called Gulf Coast. Unbelievably, they scheduled an appointment for the same day. Not only was the technician, Max, on time, he was early!! I told him that the sale of our home was being finalized in three days - I needed information and a remedy - FAST. Max assessed the situation, showed me that the previous repair was not done correctly and researched the availability of parts. He also stated that he would work late Thursday night to complete the repair before settlement. When the buyers were notified, they chose to have the amount of the proposed repair rather than have the Samsung fixed (you can research more about Samsung refrigerators to see why). I called Gulf Coast and Max to cancel the job. Of course I did pay for the $69 service call and the charge for expedited shipment of the needed ice bucket, which was fair. I love the responsiveness of this company, the professionalism and patience of the office staff and Max. In fact, I called them today to see if they could repair the fridge at my new home, but they dont go farther north than Tarpon Springs.

Had Gulf Coast Appliance come out to repair a GE Profile refrigerator. The repair man Vladimir/Owner was on time, knowledgeable and very honest. I was given an appointment within a day of my calling. Vladimir was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed my Samsung dryer problem quickly. He also explained what was the problem and showed me the part that failed. He also explained how it works and why it probably failed. He also explained the workings of the dryer in general.
