Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Paid extra for gel polish. The gel polish was the worst i’ve ever had. The polish was all over my cuticles. I could have done a better job than this. I kindly walked back in and asked for them to be fixed. They fixed but the polish still didn’t look great. Peeled off after 7 days.

TERRIBLE quality and experience. Technician Dino did a poor job with gel manicure. The color chipped and cracked in less than a week. Owner Nancy wouldnt allow a removal without extra payment. The removal is only $5 and I spent over $100 including tip. She had technician LIN file down the cracked nail paint. LIN was extremely rude and made the nails worse. She lied and said nail growth causes gel cracking...disappointed and shocked by the bad service. Never returning and DO NOT recommend to anyone.

My family and I came in from out of town for a basketball tournament. There was a total of 6 of us. They were able to get us in and were very nice about it. The staff was amazing and professional. We will be coming back whenever we’re in town and I will be recommending this place to my family and friends as well.

Lynne is always delightful, her gel lasts longer on my nails never chips or flakes off. Pedicure is relaxing 😌

Absolutely worst fill in Ive ever had, she skipped several steps. My polish was far away from my cuticle. They were not shaped. I wear white on my nails and its the worst paint job I have ever hadI would have my acrylics removed before I ever spent money here again. I do not recommend them at all. Go anywhere else wait as long as you have to but do not go here. I cant say enough how truly bad it is. Ive never written a review before and felt pressed to write this. Prices on website dont match at all. They were very overpriced.I wouldnt care if they would have done even half decent . So disappointed.

I was able to make an appointment about 2 hours before and get in and go right to a station. The nail tech I had was extremely nice, I love the sns I received here!

Technician was very nice. My rating is for the spa pedicure that was received. The nail tech didn’t put much effort into the pedicure I felt I was in for an express service vs the spa service. She barely touch my feet (she was very gentle) but at least do the proper foot scrub. I was done it seemed in 10-15 mins.

I went to this place to get an acrylic set I came back within a few days to get four nails fixed because they constantly broke the next day two nails broke I just decided not put anymore money into it

I went to get my nails done Friday for an event I had to be at Saturday. I asked for coffin nails because that is the shape I prefer. The guy I had obviously doesn’t know how to make that shape properly because some of mine or more rounded, some are square, and some are shaped like triangles. And the lengths are off on every nail. Will not be returning.

I was going to Eternity nails for about 4 years before I moved out of state. I love the relaxation and the great service me and my daughters always received. I always asked for Nancy but my daughters liked anybody who was available.

I had Alyssa.. she did an amazing job and also suggested the best way to make shellac last longer! took her time with designs on my nails to make sure everything was perfect. prices are great also! definitely going back!:)

This place was very clean. I had SNS done and had a very good experience and I can be pretty picky about my nails. I get them done about every 2 to 3 weeks. I was pretty impressed. Good selection of colors too.

I had been going to Eternity nails for years ..the workers are very nice .The issue I had was my nails broke ,fell off after a couple days I kept hoping it would get better ...but got worse then the last and final time i went there is because again I got my fill in and 2 nails broke within two days ...they fixed them did not match the nail polish that was on my nails and charged ,me 21 dollars .....went to a new place and wish I would have made the change earlier

One of the best salon experiences I have ever had. The staff was fun, friendly, upbeat and funny. I was very entertained, pampered, and relaxed all at the same time. I went with a friend and we both thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Next time I am in Dayton, I will be coming back!!!

Terrible service! I am from out of town and I was looking for a place to get a pedicure. I got on their website and their spa pedicure information was incorrect Instead, of honoring what I showed them was in their website, they said no. The lady that was going to do my pedicure was very rude. It may have been a great place for a pedicure, but terrible customer service and there was no need to be rude about it.

Initially, I was relatively satisfied with my manicure & shellac. However, the shellac already started peeling off less than a week after getting it done, and it wasn’t cheap either... on top of that, the workers were not friendly.I will not be returning to Eternity Nails & Spa.

I was passing through and hadnt been here before, or to many nail spas in general, but my technician was thorough, considerate, and professional. The pedicure process was lovely and relaxing.

The staff is very nice. They do not pressure you to do extra services that you did not originally come for.

I had a horrible experience with Eternity Nails. I made an appointment online , when i walked in the workers had no idea about the appointment I had scheduled, and when I discussed they pricing that was displayed online I was told i had to pay more because the online catelog was wrong. This is not my fault that your website has incorrect prices. You should hoor something that is your fault. So if you intend to book online know that the pricing is atleast $10 higher on everything they do. Very disappointed in the service of this company.

I visited Eternity on Thursday 5/2, and got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. My pedicure was good, I didnt want anything fancy, I just wanted my toes to look cute for prom. The guy was really sweet and I had no problems. The chairs have a massage setting like most chairs but theres a butt massage setting and I just find it kind of odd but that is not a reflection of Eternity or their fault. The tubs do not, however, have a lining and as I sat somebody else finished their pedicure and I watched their sanitation practices. They essentially just spray out the tubs with a little sprayer, which isnt the healthiest Id think. All of their other pedicure practices at least seem to be hygienic. Im not sure that the tools (cuticle clippers) are sanitized but thats because I can only see so much, they may or may not be. Then, after that I got a full set of acrylic nails done. My nails look amazing, but he used a harsh drill bit on my natural nails and they were sore the next day. Then he pulled out a used file to file the acrylic tips. Maybe that doesnt bother you since its used on the fake nails not the real nails, but it bothered me. The structure of my nails is a bit off, there should be a slight bit more acrylic over where the tip meets my natural nail, to prevent breaking at the weakest point, but my nails are completely flat. Thats fine, its nit picking but I should have well structured and hygienic nails. All that said, nothing bad happened, I have no infections or anything crazy, and my nails look beatiful for prom, just how I wanted them. I write this review to inform others of my experience because yes I could just ask for a new file, but I, like many others, dont want to be a bother. It just sickens me to think nail techs can get away with practices that are iffy at best.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. The tech was nice to try to fix all of the issues but I should not have had to ask for them to remove the visible cuticle, remove excess paint or paint straight, consistent lines for a French pedicure.

Over priced and they change the price every single time I get acrylics! I got a full set of gel acrylics last week and the paint is cracking, the lady didn’t put enough paint my nails and you can actually see the acrylic nail under the paint. $62!! when I just wanted one finger with silver ombré and she told me “ $50 “ and it ended up being way more. If you say one price stick to it! My nails aren’t even that longer either and she charged way too much. Also asked for coffin and my nails are tapred square. I will never come back to this place, wish I could post a picture of them

Let me just start by saying this salon deserves 0 stars. I made an appointment for a pedicure and fill in, during my pedicure my toes were cut because the man doing my nails was so rough he actually cut my toes to the point were burning and stining and went numb.... also got shellac on my nails. Told him multiple times were not dry and need another coat of polish, was ignored and could tell he obviously just wanted to make me leave the store since it was close to closing.You can see brush strokes and bumps. Had 5 seperate people work on my nails and none of them talked to me the entire time! also when it came to check out they were adding a additional 5$ and had to ask 3 other people to tally it up... good thing i said something... beware of how “good” their pricing is. appalled at this salon, will NEVER be returning!!

I got SNS done here and months later my nails still havent recovered. I lost both my index nails and ones growth back and is still lifted. It looks like a I got a fungal infection on my nail from them dipping my finger in the blue sns powder jar.

Worst place ever! I paid for removal of acrylic nails, they peeled thet off of my nails and used another fake nail to pry them off. Went another time to try SNS. They did it so thin that they broke in two days. When I said they werent right at the salon, the lady said she knows what shes doing.
