I made a same day appointment with Kira and absolutely loved my experience there. She was very kind and did an amazing job. My foot massage was super relaxing. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Cincinnati!

I got a pedicure and a Manicure by Wendy. She was professional, positive, and nice. I love how my nails look.This was my first time going to this place and the whole experience was great, however they are a little on the expensive side.

I went here for a pedicure, it was the worst experience ever! Nail tech was horrible!!!!! I get many pedicures by far this the worst!! She cant paint, sloppy!!! Can’t file, horrible!!!!!!!!!! Didn’t clean around my feet. My feet was in the water 2 mins, she start without doing the full pedicure…I believe she was a manager!!! They need to find a new one…I told her my feet was horrible all she had the nerve to say is she did her best!!! She rushed and her work reflects it!!!! A blind person could have done this I wouldn’t recommend my dog to these people!!!!!!!

Tara did an amazing job on my feet and nails! The owners are super nice too. Highly recommend this salon. ❤

Im sorry but Im very disappointed with this salon. Ive been there three times and the last 2 times I had SNS done on my nails. They popped off 4 of my fingers in 2 days after paying over $45 for this service. I called about it and received no apology only an offer to come back and have them fix it. Im very disappointed and hope someone else avoids this hassle.

Got sns and 2 hours later my nails chiped and my toenails were peeling. The worse Ive had thus far.

I went today and hadnt had my nails done since they were closed in March. my feet and hands needed a lot of work. Mercedes was great, and worked hard. not overly expensive.

Wendy and Alan are the owners of Nails 11 and they run a clean, friendly, and fun salon. Alan does my nails and he does an exceptional job every time, plus he is so funny! He makes my nails pretty and makes them last longer.

Mercedes does a great job and she always makes me laugh. Love her.

I have been to this spot they are always nice and I had three of there nail specialist and pedicures I never had any problem except them being booked. And the only reason I didnt go back is because I had other appointments but I was walking in. When I have an appointment they take me in right away. Bottom line there good people and do good work...oh and her husband is hilarious

I love this place. Ive been searching for a good salon near my house for a while now. This place is wonderful, they are so friendly, and my nails are always stunning. My shellac also lasts 4 weeks and still looks so shiny and great.

The owner Wendy is fabulous. Ive been going since she opened. Very personal amd caring.

A blind person could have filed my nails better than the tech I had. I asked for round and ended up with some squareish, some slanted, just all around misshaped nails. I had to file my nails down immediately because they looked awful. My tech was very nice, so I didn’t want to make a scene after asking her to file them again and having them still look horrible. I also have a goop of top coat on one nail that has a bubble in it. I don’t know if this is the norm for Nails 11, but the tech I had said she’s been there for 3 years.... so I’m leaning towards yes, this is the norm. Disappointed that I wasted 40 dollars on embarrassing nails that I had to fix.

This salon is not only professional but knowledgeable! They do awesome work and the environment is very comfortable. I would highly suggest this place as your nail experts!

Mercedes is absolutely amazing!

Pedicure was painful. Told the tech I thought maybe her cuticle nippers werent sharp. She didnt seem to care. Just kept yanking away. Polish doesnt go down to cuticle on a couple toes. Nails arent even, and some places on my feet arent as smooth as the usually get

Had to go back because my gel mani came off on the sides. They fixed it without too much fuss. Then she found another spot that needed attention and filed it off and was ready to send me out the door without painting over it. I had to ask for her to do that. Also for my regular pedi, the big toe smudged a couple hours after. You have to pay for a kit for pedis that you’re responsible for bringing back. Silly for someone who lives out of town. Just overall not worth the price unfortunately.

Not sure what everyone is griping about. I went today and got a pedi and Tara did an awesome job! Helped me pick a cute seafoam green beachy color for my cruise! How can you tell if your toenails arent exactly even unless you have your feet in your face? You walk on your feet. No one is gonna be crawling on the ground inspecting your toenail length except maybe your friends baby or dog. Seriously, its a pedi. Its not open heart surgery. I get that you paid for it. But you also have eyes and a mouth and can say something before you walk out that door. Ppl really need to learn to speak up about stuff instead of playing the victim of bad service.

The white girl does a horrible job on nails for acrylic!!!! nails were all different lengths and shapes and the whole nail didnt even have polish on it. i had to go home and reshape my nails so they matched!!! Never again will I go here

This place is soooooo unprofessional!!! I went to get my mani and pedi on 10/9 and haven had time to call and complaint until 10/11!!! I asked for SQUARE nails the nails were not square at all and the lay of the acrylic was lumpy!! I spoke with the owner of the store which btw was the nail technician who did my nails and she denied the fact that my acrylic was lumpy and that the nails were actually square even after trying to correct the problem!!!! The pedi cure was painful. The application of the polish on both nails and feet were horrible!!!

My experience with this place is one Ive never had. Four of my nails popped off two days after getting them done forcing to pop off the others called the place the day they popped off and they were closed that day and the next.gave me a five day grace period in which they counted the two days they were closed pathetic when told I couldnt come in till Sat my only off day was told I would have to pay again half price. I spent 100 dollars you would think they would accommodate me by working with my work schedule but no not yet. This place is horrible I wish there was a way give it zero stars cause I would and how is the only review is from Wendy the owners wife

Ive been here once before and thought it was fine. Its ao close to my house that I figured Id go there to get a mani and pedi. This time I had a newer employee who didnt have much experience. She was very sweet but did not do a good job with most of the pedicure aspects - my toenails are now weirdly shaped. Then the manicure was a disaster. I asked her to trim my nails a bit so theyd match. She ends up cutting all of my nails off so now Ive got stubs. Then she forgot to trim my cuticles and the manager had to come over and correct her. She then proceeds to paint my nails with non shellac polish. I thought it looked fishy so I asked, and she assured me that it was correct. When the nails had been completely painted, the manager came over, noticed it was wrong and had another employee come over and fix and complete it. I think her name is Maryweather? Shes the reason this isnt a 1 star review. She was great. The other employee gets fired while my nails are getting fixed. The owner/manager apologized to me several times, but honestly the damage had already been done and my nails look pretty terrible - no discount was offered and no kind of compensation either. If theyd wanted me back, I would have thought theyd do a little more to make it right.

Nails horribly done, wont offer refund, says she explained before hand and didnt, terrible salon, crappy work. Also it was Wendy that did the Nails, will never be back. Horrible quality

Wendy and Alan are awesome owners and have great customer service skills. They both are great doing nails and Alan and a couple employees are good with Pedis. I live with and suffer from chronic pain and a bunch of other stuff. I prefer Alan to do my pedis bc he understands, and Wendy knows how the tips have to go on my nails since I have flat nail beds and if not put on the special way it looks like my nails are pointing upward. Ive been a long time customer, I havent been back in two to three years bc my husband passed away two weeks before our 2nd wedding anniversary which would have been May 28, 2013. He passed May 9th, 2013, and my illness has gotten worse and now Im disablest 51 yrs old. I need to treat myself to something I love and thats nails and tanning. Im coming back Wendy and Alan, as soon as money allows!!!!! Cant wait

Jonesia should chill out: nobodys gonna run out to avoid paying for manicure, that would be pretty stupid! Least thats what she probably thought when I stood up from the UV table because she came right up to tell me I still hadnt paid. I GOT MONEY! Chill out! Your pedicure work was sloppy though.

Please save yourself the time and money and dont go here. try j nails on winton road instead!
