I love this nail place above a lot of them but severely aggravated today. Hours for today are online and say 12p-4p, I show up at 11:45am hoping to avoid hours of my time spent waiting. Upon arriving I see 2-3 people in the pedi chairs and 2-3 more ppl waiting in the waiting area. Please update your hours on Google so your customers can plan accordingly.

Ive been going to see Tom, Rose, and crew since I was 16, and Im now 37 today! I highly recommend them, they do great work, and they are fun and friendly people!

Now that Im vaccinated I decided it was time for some of those services I havent been able to get since the before times. I thought i knew my way to a good pedicure but oh boy... My feet feel soooooo good I dont think Ive had a better pedicure my whole life. Its not the fanciest *looking* place Ive ever been but like I said.... Best pedicure of my life. Go there your feet will thank you.

Holy cow! The Medi-Pedi was AWESOME! If you get it, be prepared to be pampered! Also the woman who worked on me is very knowledgeable and gave me instructions how to get rid of fungus I didnt know I had! Great service!!!!!

Came as a walk in and got a pedi cure just the regular one and Ben did an amazing job! Definitely didnt feel just regular he does a very relaxing thorough job! He is very nice!

Let me warn anyone that wants to patronize this establishment. I beg you to go elsewhere and read the reviews before getting services. Tom the guy that sits in the front attempted to do a fill in and a repair that ended horribly. The gel polish was executed poorly and the nail that was repaired was shaped badly. During the application of the gel I complained about how messy it looked. He kept saying not to worry and that it’ll be fixed at the end which I didn’t understand because if you do it right initially there isn’t a need to fix anything. I should have waited on the nail tech I normally go to. So at the end the gel polish was lumpy and the color was all over the place. I don’t him I didn’t like it and kept pointing out the errors. He proceeded to take the drill or whatever the instrument was to shave off the polish that was on my cuticles and it was starting to hurt. Alittle blood started to appear it was painful and he still was going like nothing was happening...I told him to stop and I told him look I’m bleeding just stop. He went back and forth with me trying to defend himself. Ultimately he let me leave without payment because he knew he was wrong. Please go somewhere else where they take pride in quality services!!!!!

I havent had my nails done here, but get my brows waxed regularly. They do amazing work and great attention to detail.

Manicure was good and quick as well as on the inexpensive side but felt rushed. Would visit again.

Pedicure was actually painful. The technician used a rough pad on the top of my foot. My foot was scratched and sore for a few days.

Great service, prices are way higher than anyone around.

I got my nails done here for the first time by Tom and I did not like it. I got the SNS done and my right hand did not match my left hand. My nails on my right hand were dented in as if my nails were bent. I ran my finger across my nails and i could clearly feel that my nails were not smooth. Some of my nails were also not filed smoothly and there was way too much of the gel base applied to my nails, which is probably why they looked so bad. To make it so bad, Tom said the whole time dont worry, dont worry. Seems like I had a lot to worry about. Then after leaving and returning, I asked Tom if he could fix one of my nails, which he did, but that nail then looked too thick and not natural. It was also bumpy. Upon contacting the salon, I was told that I could get a partial refund, which I wasnt even asking for all my money back, and upon going back to the salon, there was a big deal about getting half of my money back. My nails were poorly done and i recommend going to a nail salon where the workers will take their time to ensure professional service and customer satisfaction! I will never go back here again!!!

I have been coming here for quite some time, and have told all my family, friends and co-workers about how wonderful everyone is who works here. I have had almost every service offered and have had the best luck. Rose, the aesthetician, is exceptional. I have trusted her with my waxing and skincare for over a year, and it is only getting better. The nail techs are incredibly talented and consistent, and it shows on my nails. I get compliments everywhere!!! They have a nail tech, Sarah, that is a very talented artist, and the designs that she puts on my nails are works of art! I hate that they are removed every other week!! I have been to many salons in several states, and Cali Pro is the only one that has ever blown me away like this.

The best thorough pedi Ive ever had!!

Every time I go in here there is always an excessive wait time with several workers sitting around doing nothing. I typically come here to get my eyebrows done and they never have time. Always say “oh really long wait” but never give you a time frame. I came in probably 5 or 6 times and was treated this way each time. Rose does great work but they need to work on their customer service. Not sure if I’ll go back.

Pleasant enough experience except I kept pointing out the bubbles in my shellac polish... well they are still there. Wont go back because of it.

PLEASE READ!!! Important review! A few years ago I was a regular customer at Cali Pro Nails. Then one day I went in for a pedicure and was given one by the older lady. When she went to get out the side nail, it was hurting bad. It felt like she was ripping it off down the inner side of my toe nail. I was trying to express to her how bad it hurt and all she would do was smile at me because she did not speak English. I even asked a customer sitting next to me if that was supposed to hurt so bad and she said it had never hurt her like that. Finally she was done with my pedicure. I paid and went home. Later that evening I started to notice that the spot that she had hurt Was still hurting and turning red. By the next day my toe was very swollen and inflamed. I made an appointment to go see my doctor that day and I stopped by the salon to let them know what my toe look like. I went to my doctor and they put me on anabiotic‘s. Two days later after being on anabiotic‘s my toe was looking even worse. I decided I needed to go to the hospital and have it checked out. The hospital gave me a shot of anabiotic‘s and more oral ones to take. So the next day my toe is really scaring me now by the way it looks. I went back to the hospital one more time. This time I was it admitted to the hospital. They were having a very hard time getting this infection under control. It turned out to be staff. It was a staff infection. I was concerned and the doctors were too that I might lose my toe. I was scared to death! After a week of being in the hospital, a full seven days, they felt they had got it under control and I could go home and take more anabiotic‘s at home. After a couple more weeks my toe started to look almost normal again. And within a month you couldn’t tell that it had been infected. After my hospital stay I went to talk to the main people that run the salon or they may even own it. I’m Not sure. I think they are husband and wife. So I told them I need it to be compensated for what I had been through. The lady/wife told me next time I come in she will personally take care of me and make sure that I have a great experience there. She kept telling me how she would personally take care of me. They gave me a gift bag with some lotions in it. They apologized immensely. They acted so sincere that this had happened to me how sorry they were. They paid me and amount that we both agreed on. It was not a great amount of money for what I had been through. I could have got a whole lot more. I went to The salon one Day to let them know and show them how well my toe had finally healed. Well I walk in the front door and the man/husband tells me in front of a room full of customers that I am not welcome there and I needed to leave. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I could not believe they treated me that way. If you need a service done at this salon I would definitely think twice. You may wind up in the hospital worried that you may lose your toe. To get a staff infection like that, to me indicates that they are not using proper disinfecting techniques. I hope this helps someone else not to go through what I did. I have pics of my toe and pictures of me in the hospital with my big toe wrapped up. In case you might not know, you have to have you big toe to be able to walk. So I don’t even know what I would of had to do to be able to walk again. They obviously didn’t care. They put on a fake act so I didn’t sue them for what I should have gotten. I learned my lesson how fake they are that money is more important to them than a person’s well being!!!

Loved the perfection of the services, Welcoming Atmosphere, Great Services Selection, Clean, Only Thing That was Bothersome was the lack of conversation with the clients, and speaking in native tongue 90% of the time I was there, and very little in English.......

I use to visit Cali Pro bi-weekly but always had to wait forever for service so I found other nail salons that offered better service and way less wait time.

Nails are done great and they offer everything need, pedi, mani, pink powder, eyebrows done well! Etc..i travel across town to get my nails, feet n brows done!

Awful service. Signed in. Sat for 40 minutes for an eyebrow waxing (takes no longer than 10mins) and was told it would be another 30 minutes bc they “forgot” that’s what I wanted done and started doing people’s nails that arrived after me (walk ins only). Never returning. Incompetent employees.

Best nail shop in tri county area

First time at this place and it was absolutely TERRIBLE. We were warned by a lady in the salon not to let any of the guys that work here do our nails bc they always disappoint but there was only guys open so I gave them a shot. It was 40$ to get plain white tip and they look horrible. All different shapes and air bubbles in all 10 of my nails. I do not recommend anyone to spend there money here.

My girlfriend and I uber too Cali pro nails on Sunday, which was yesterday . Well they said on there website that they are open 12pm - 4pm so my girlfriend tried calling them too make sure you dont need a appointment but her call got forward to voicemail so we just uber down there since no one would answer and there website says there open so we get there and they are closed , my girlfriend was so mad she planned on spending 80$ there and it was going to be her first time ever going to Cali pro nails , but never will we recommend this place . Poor management
